En ökad medvetenhet kring dagens miljöproblem har bidragit till att företag i större utsträckning aktivt arbetar för en hållbar utveckling samt för att ta ansvar i samhället. Begreppet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) behandlar företags samhällsansvar utifrån tre perspektiv; miljömässigt, ekonomiskt och socialt. Arbetet inom dessa områden presenteras av många stora företag idag i en hållbarhetsredovisning. Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) är den organisation som bistår med riktlinjer för upprättning av den här typen av redovisningar. Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på vad GRI:s riktlinjer och rådande begrepp säger om hållbarhetsredovisning samt att utifrån vårt fallföretag Polyplank AB:s förutsättningar rekommendera lämpligt innehåll i en eventuell hållbarhetsredovisning. Metod: Vårt fallobjekt, Polyplank AB, är ett företag som verkar inom tillverkningsbranschen och utmärks genom deras miljövänliga produkter.

The primary purpose of this degree project was to investigate teachers conceptions about education for sustainable development and their education within the area. Teachers from Sweden and California have taken part and one of the aims with this study was to look if any differences could be found depending on what country the teachers came from. Therefore, this study has used a qualitative approach where conception maps and interviews have been used to get a result. Furthermore, the result showed that none of the differences that was found can be linked to the participants home country. The study also showed that several of different teaching traditions and educations philosophies was represented.

The purpose of this study is to find out how some Swedish preschool teacher discussing how children's Swedish colloquial interaction can be enhanced in the free play. In this case where children are aged three to five.My research questions in the study are:-          What type of free play do preschool teachers talk about in relation to children's Swedish colloquial development?-          What do preschool teachers say about child's colloquial interaction?-           How do preschool teachers reason regarding in what environment children?s colloquial interaction occurs?In my study I have used an interview with elements of a visual method called The Diamond. The approach is that the participants in the interview will be enhanced to discussing about a wise certain number of images. These images are then to be ranked accordingly with a specific theme and terms.If a child has difficult to speak, you can take help of  the interest the child has, the child can tell you and the other children what he or she know about the interest.

This dissertation deals with two sports clubs and their operational development between the years 1946-1998. The research was made by a qualitative analysis of the annual reports and protocols that the clubs produced between 1946-1998. The two clubs are IFK Växjö and Växjö BK which are located in Växjö in Sweden. Our main purpose with this study was to analyze the operational development and in which way elitist drive affects the voluntary society content and culture. Results indicated that if a sports club starts with elitist sport it could have a bad impact on the voluntary sector.

Background: Every year, 2000 persons in Sweden are diagnosed with malignant melanoma, the most alarming form of skincancer. Sunexposure, sunburns and tanningbed use are the most appearing causes in the development of this disease. The skin of young people is sensitive to UV-radiation and their sunbehaviour could be determinant to their future health. Purpose: To illuminate the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents towards sunexposure in the meaning to avoid the development of malignant melanoma. Method: The study was designed to be a literature review, containing scientific articles of both qualitative and quantitative approach.

För att ha möjlighet att använda lastfartyg måste det finnas hamnar. Hamnens uppgift är att vara den sammankopplade länken mellan sjötransporter och landtransporter. Syftet med denna studie är att titta på svenska hamnar och belysa de faktorer som påverkar hamnarnas utveckling. Med en ökad global handel och effektivare transporter är det viktigt att hamnen följer med i den utveckling som sker.Denna kvalitativa studie handlar om Gävle Hamns och Stockholms Hamns utveckling. Dessa skiljer sig åt då Gävle Hamn utvecklar godstrafiken och Stockholms Hamn i huvudsak utvecklar passagerartrafiken.

This master thesis examines the development of the two earlier independent IR protocols Z39.50 and SR (Search and Retrieve, ISO 10162/10163), now Z39.50/SR, from the beginning of the 80s to 1996 and their functionality in the client/server environment.Z39.50 applications in library systems will allow easy access to information regardless of platform or location. The use of Z39.50 will create a new user environment. Almost all the library systems of the market support the Z39.50 and surprisingly the use of it in Sweden lied on a very low leve! in 1996. This thesis was followed-up by an interview and a questioner among the Swedish Z39.50 users. They could see a huge potential of development concerning the future IR process.

The purpose of this bachelor essay was to analyze two Swedish district footballassociations and how the responsible coaches of the elite youth developmentteams identify and select talent. Key questions in the thesis were how thecoaches described their leadership and their own part in the team, how thecoaches identify talent, how they work with the selection process and theiropinions about the elite youth development team structure. The study wasbased on 7 semi-structured interviews. The interviews showed differencesbetween the district football associations but also many similarities in how theyselected the team during the talent identification process. All coaches wereinvolved in the selection process but the way they talked about developing eliteplayers varied.

Det här arbetet handlar om den globala handeln med Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG.LNG är naturgas som har gjorts flytande och består till mer än 90 % av metan. Sedanden första kommersiella transporten ägde rum år 1959 har den globala handeln avLNG ökat. Mellan 1980-2011 ökade den globala handeln av LNG med nära 1000 %.Under samma tidsperiod har den globala kända naturgasreserven ökat med mer än150 %. Antalet exportörer och importörer av LNG förutspås att öka i framtiden ochunder 2010 kondenserades ca 10 % av världens totala utvinning av naturgas för attexporteras i form av LNG. Focus i det här arbetet har lagts på att kartläggaimporterande och exporterande länder samt rederier som sköter själva sjötransportenav LNG.En kartläggning har gjorts med syfte att beskriva samt förklara den globala handelnmed LNG.

This study is based on the development of a new software, which is used as a recommendationtool for selecting the best product. As part of the software development has an external partnerbeen asked to assist. The report will process the expectations that different people have on anew project but also how information is communicated to an external partner.The results from this study show that a software's function is closely linked to its usability.Therefore shall usability been taken into account when a new resource is created. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges of integrating conservation practice and the circular economy into practical planning processes. In recent years, the discussion of circular economy and its relevance in the sustainability debate has intensified. According to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, the transition to a circular economy is crucial to achieving the national and international environmental and climate goals as well as the global goals in Agenda 2030. Parallel to this, there is a long established heritage discourse that emphasizes the importance of preserving buildings and cultural environments as part of our cultural heritage. These two discourses have common goals, but they differ in how they present their respective arguments.

This thesis examines how role-playing games can be used as an educational tool in after-school programs and identifies the challenges and opportunities perceived by both students and teachers. The study is based on qualitative methods, with interviews with after-school teachers and children in after-school programs with their observations of role-playing activities in a municipality. The results show that role-playing games promote social development, creative thinking, problem-solving, and language development. Students reported increased motivation and engagement, while teachers observed improved relationships and an inclusive environment where students could explore different roles and perspectives. The research links these findings to previous studies that highlight the potential of role-playing games to develop empathy, collaboration skills, and critical thinking (Daniau, 2016; Trespalacios et al., 2011; Suryani et al., 2020). Furthermore, our findings support the curriculum goals of student influence and situational learning, emphasizing the importance of students' own initiatives and responsibility in educational activities (Lgr22, 2022). The study also identifies challenges, such as teachers' uncertainty about introducing and leading role-playing games due to a lack of expertise.
