Denna studie har som syfte att se var och i vilka sammanhang, barn i förskoleåldern menar att de lär sig läsa och skriva. I denna studie behandlar vi sju barns berättelser om vem som spelar störst roll för deras läs- och skrivutveckling, hur de lär sig skriva samt var och i vilka sammanhang de lär sig. Kvalitativ metod, med intervjuer av sju barn ligger till grund för resultat- och analysarbetet, som i denna studie främst visade på att de deltagande barnen lär sig i mötet med sina viktiga andra för att utvecklas till läsande och skrivande individer. Det är också viktigt att poängtera att barns lärande inte startar vid en viss ålder, utan sker kontinuerligt och läs- och skrivutvecklingen börjar i nästan alla fall redan i förskoleåldern (Fast 2011, s. 38f).

Bakgrund: Ett behandlingsalternativ vid bröstcancer kan vara mastektomi som innebär borttagning av hela bröstet. Kvinnan har en dynamisk och personlig uppfattning om sin kropp som omfattar tre olika komponenter, kroppens verkliga utseende, kroppens ideal och kroppens presentation. Kroppsuppfattningen förändras vid hälsa såväl som vid sjukdom eller skada. Misslyckande i någon av komponenterna kan resultera i att personen upplever sig få en förvriden kroppsbild relaterat till sjukdom. Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva kvinnors upplevelser med bröstcancer som genomgått mastektomi med fokus på kroppsuppfattningen.

The aim of this essay is to examine the view on children with disability´s in the end of the 19 Th to the beginning of the 20 Th. We will examine the children that lived in Eugeniahememt but we will also examnie the view the society had on the children who lived on Egueniahemmet. In our essay there are four questions that we are going to answer.- Who took the initive to start Eugeniahemmet and how did it affect the activity?- Which view had the society on the children who lived on Eugeniahemmet?- How did the work with the children look like?- Which view had the staff, in Eugeniahemmet, on the children?The method that is being used in this essay is trying to analyses what the material tells us about the view on the children and how the work with the children lookt liked in Eugeniahemmet.The theory that we use is about Michel Focaults look on madness.  Title:              Not just words, classroom communication about subtraction in year 2Language:      Swedish with summary in English.Keywords:     Communication, mathematics, subtraction, teaching The purpose of this study is to analyze the mathematical communication in a classroom during a lesson in the field subtraction, and to find out how students describe their perception of mathematics that is communicated in the classroom.The study consists of the observations through the videotaping of two lessons in primary school grades 2 and student and teacher interviews related to these lecture occasions.Research indicates that Swedish pupils' mathematical skill continuously deteriorates in a national and international perspective, and that student experiences of mathematics in general are negative. The literature emphasizes the importance of communicating mathematics in various forms to deepen and develop understanding of concepts and mathematical operations. Communication must be generated between teachers and students but also between student and student to have a beneficial impact for the student.Our result demonstrate the different types of communication in the classroom but that communication does not always have a clear mathematical content in spite of teachers' mathematical intentions with teaching. The result also indicates that the mathematical communication that takes place, in essence, is a one-way communication where the teacher has a great opportunity to speak. The teachers perceived as oblivious to their own ways of communicating, but stressed in the interviews with an understanding of the importance of communication learning.

 My field is Korpus and in this project I am investigating what role that plays for me as an artist connected to craft. To really get close to, and understand Korpus I have deconstructed it to find clues to why the silversmithing field looks like it does and how we got here. I believe Korpus has not yet come out of the closet for what it really can be. That it carries a great heritage of traditions and preconceptions that it would do well to shake off a little bit of. Can Korpus as an art field really survive in Sweden, where the Church has no power and silverware is no longer a need to demonstrate ones economic prosperity at an important dinner party? To help myself get closer to these objects I have given my own definition of Korpus.

The aim of this essay is to debate the narrow contextualization of the works of Swedish artist Maria Friberg, in which she is interpreted as a female, feminist artist engaged in masculinity studies. Art reviews and exhibition catalogues regarding a great part of Friberg?s work have formed the core body of information in this study, selecting the more recent works entitled Still lives (2003- ) as the main focus. These show a change in Friberg?s artistic expression.Subjects concerning group belonging, identity and existential questions have always been present in Maria Friberg?s art, but they are more clearly expressed in her latest works.

AimThe purpose of this study is to, from a perspective of a PE teacher, look at how teachers of physical education in elementary school designs and assesses the teaching of swimming. The issues underlying the study are as follows:Which elements are included in the swimming education and how do teachers work with these operations?What does the PE teachers classify as swimming ability and what do teachers experience as obstacles for the students development of swimming ability?How do the PE teachers interpret the knowledge requirement in Lgr 11?MethodThe study is based on six interviews of qualitative nature, with PE teachers from various municipalities in the region of Mälardalen.ResultsThe result yielded by the study is that the swimming classes can take different forms depending on whom the teacher is. Common to all the teachers in the study is that they teach emergency management and lifesaving. When it later comes to teaching how to swim and practice, the teachers who teach in the younger age groups work more concentrated and continuously with swimming, while the teachers who work with the older age groups just checks whether students can swim or not.

DCA VantageTM är ett patientnära analysinstrument som utvecklats för att kunna utföra laboratorieanalyser inom till exempel primärvården. Patientnära analysinstrument är viktiga för att minska tiden från provtagning till behandling. DCA VantageTM är ett halvautomatiskt analyssystem som utformats för kvantitativa mätningar av HbA1c i blod. Syftet med studien var att utföra en verifiering för att se om DCA VantageTM (immunoturbimetrisk metod) kunde användas som ett komplementinstrument till VariantTM II Turbo (high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC).

SammanfattningStressrelaterad psykisk ohälsa såsom utmattningssyndrom, är en komplex problematik som varit mycket omdebatterad. Åtskilligt är publicerat i ämnet, men bara ett fåtal studier finns där personer med utmattningssyndrom själva fått möjligheten att beskriva orsakssambanden. Olika förklaringsmodeller och perspektiv beskrivs i litteraturen, men den rådande uppfattningen om varför människor drabbas utgår ofta från ett arbetsrelaterat perspektiv. Vi ville utforska om den rådande föreställning i ämnet stämmer överens med den uppfattning människor som drabbats av utmattningssyndrom har om orsakerna till symtomen. Vår ansats var även att undersöka om det kan finnas fler eller andra orsakssamband till utmattningsprocessen. Vårt syfte med studien är; dels undersöka hur individer med utmattningssyndrom upplever vilka orsaker som är av betydelse för utmattningsprocessen, dels försöka beskriva och analysera dessa utsagor i ett vidare perspektiv. Till studien valdes en kvalitativ metod och data samlades in med hjälp av intervjuer utifrån specifika forskarfrågor.

Syftet: Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinors upplevelser av kroppen efter en cancerrelaterad mastektmoi. Bakgrund: Allt fler kvinnor drabbas av bröstcancer i dagsläget. Detta har gjort att behandlingen har utvecklats och fler kvinnor överlever sin bröstcancer. Den kirurgiska metoden mastektomi är ett alternativ till att avlägsna bröstcancern vilket kan påverka kvinnans upplevelse av kroppen både fysiskt och psykiskt.Sjuksköterskan har en betydande roll kring kvinnorna. Metod: Detta är en litteraturstudie som bygger på artiklar med kvantitativa samt kvalitativa metoder.

This study was a qualitative analysis of the covers of six lifestyle magazines, three addressed to women and three addressed to men. We have studied the cover photographs, the teasers and their relations. The purpose of this study was to answer the questions: According to the magazines, what are male interests and what are typical female interests? Who is the ideal man and who is the ideal woman? Is there a certain way you need to look to be able to be on a magazine cover? And how often do the magazines encourage you to consume? The study was based on thirty covers, five from each magazine. The Swedish magazines are VeckoRevyn, Amelia, Damernas Värld, King of Sweden, Café and the American version of GQ. We?ve used semiotics and rhetorical methods to analyze the material.

Bakgrund: I Sverige har cirka 95000 människor någon form av autismspektrumtillstånd. Autismspektrumtillstånd är en kognitiv funktionsnedsättning där problem som kommunikation, sociala samspel och föreställningsförmåga kan uppstå. Djur i vården påverkar positivt på människans hälsa. Djurunderstödda interventioner är aktiviteter eller terapiformer som sjuksköterskan kan använda vid omvårdnad av barn med autismspektrumtillstånd. Syfte: Att beskriva hur sällskapsdjur påverkar samt upplevs påverka barn med autismspektrumtillstånd.

SummaryPatients with burn injuries involving more than 20 percent of the total body surface area lose a lot of fluid and are in the risk of developing a severe hypovolemia. Fluid resuscitation is a corner stone in burn care and is important for preventingfurthercomplications. The most common resuscitation formula is the Parkland Formula. Hourly urine output is a measure used to evaluate if the fluid given is sufficient enough to maintain a sustainable tissue perfusion. Inhalation injury, abuse of alcohol and drugs are some of the factors that may increase the amountoffluid needed.

Studiens syfte har varit att få insikt och kunskap om kvinnor med ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) och vilka upplevelser och erfarenheter dessa kvinnor bär med sig av arbetslivet, samt deras olika strategier i arbetssituationer. För att få ett ytterligare perspektiv på de berörda kvinnornas situation på arbetsmarknaden, har syftet med studien även varit att undersöka hur en rehabiliteringsaktör ser på kvinnornas situation samt vilka stödinsatser som finns för den berörda gruppen. Som blivande Studie- och yrkesvägledare bedömer vi studiens ämne som viktigt, då vi anser att dessa kvinnor ska få det stöd de kan tänkas behöva på arbetsmarknaden. Vi menar också att det är en viktig samhällsekonomisk fråga. Eftersom kvinnor med ADHD är en grupp som hittills inte fått samma utrymme i forskningen som män med ADHD är detta ämne i hög grad aktuellt och relevant.

The average length of life is increasing in the western world, hence the older population is growing. A common health problem among the elderly is malnutrition. Malnutrition causes decreased body strength and is associated with an amplified risk of infections, depression, fractures and increased mortality. The health care system is therefore faced with the challenge to prevent malnutrition among the growing population of elderly. This could be done by providing nutritious foods developed to meet the specific needs of elderly. The overall objective of this project was to test a healthy energy dense drink based on oats targeted for the elderly consumers as a strategy to prevent malnutrition among elderly.
