Att vara beroende av hjälp vid ALS : En studie av bloggar och biografier
Bakgrund: Amyotrofisk lateralskleros (ALS) är en motorneuron sjukdom som bryter ner kroppens muskler. Detta försvagar de kroppsliga funktionerna. För att klara av sin vardag ökar då beroendet av hjälp från både hjälpmedel och människor. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa personers upplevelser av att vara beroende av hjälp vid sjukdomen ALS. Metod: En kvalitativ innehållsanalys har använts och materialet hämtats från bloggar och biografier som beskriver personers liv med ALS.

The new media landscape is growing by the minute with Blogs, web pages and different communities. The latest phenomenon that has grown rapidly throughout the world is Facebook. This is at new platform for communications where individuals can meet and socialise. Even political actors have started to appear on this community to work and spread their opinions. Several of the Swedish political parties are represented with different group, among them we have the two biggest political youth organisations: MUF (Young conservatives) and SSU(Young socialists).This study examines how Facebook can be used as a tool to create opinion.
Återhämtningsprocessen hos en svensk livsmedelsproducent efter ett allvarligt produktfel : En studie av Findus hantering av ?Hästköttsskandalen? under våren 2013
This study deals with a Swedish company in a food industry that got affected by product failure, which led to consumer trust crisis followed by media and was needed to be managed. Situation had a negative impact on company?s trademark, which acquired long recovery work by the company. Study is following a case example of Findus problems with having horse meat in their meat product that was supposed to contain beef meat. Study aims to research how the company dealt with situation, through crisis communication and recovery strategies.
Yngre elevers motivation till skolbloggsskrivande
Detta examensarbete visar på vilka faktorer somyngre elever finner motiverande när det kommer till att skriva en skolblogg. Undermin senaste verksamhetsförlagda utbildning genomförde jag projektet skolblogg.Alla elever i åk 5 fick starta varsin skolblogg. Under mina fem veckors praktikså observerade jag att eleverna tyckte detta var ett roligt sätt att arbeta på.Jag har intervjuat 12 av eleverna i denna klass för att ta reda påmotivationsfaktorerna till skolbloggsskrivandet. De faktorer som jag kom framtill är: att andra kan läsa, att få göra något nytt och annorlunda, att få mertid med datorn, att få skriva, att kunna läsa klasskompisarnas skolbloggar, attfixa med designen mm. Kunskap om elevers motivation får oss lärare att förståeleverna bättre vilket i sin tur leder till att vi kan anpassa undervisningen.Förhoppningsvis kan detta arbete leda till att lärare kan få en insyn iskolbloggen som undervisningsmöjlighet och bidra till en förståelse för attInternet ger oss den möjligheten..
Vägen till den virtuella butiken - en studie om Gina Tricots möjligheter att marknadsföra sig online
Internet når idag över 8 miljoner människor i Sverige och är en naturlig del av vardagen för många. För företag betyder detta en viktig marknadsföringskanal som inte bör underskattas. Genom att kommunicera med målgruppen via plattformer såsom sociala nätverk, bloggar och mikrobloggar kan företag erbjuda mervärde och bygga relationer online. Genom att utnyttja rätt marknadsföringskanal kan onlinemarknadsföring undvika att uppfattas som påträngande för konsumenten och istället inspirera på ett hjälpfullt sätt.Syftet med studien är att med en kartläggning av fast-fashionkonsumenters nätbeteende och attityder fastställa hur modeföretaget Gina Tricot som har flera försäljningskanaler kan öka besöksfrekvensen till den virtuella butiken genom marknadsföring online. Uppsatsen har en kvalitativ ansats med en fallstudiedesign.
Etnicitet ur sportjournalistikens perspektiv : En kritisk diskursanalys av skildringen av idrottsmän i svensk media.
The aim of this study is to explore how sports journalism can include and/or exclude athletics from a national community. This study put emphasis on finding patterns from articles by Swedish sport media on non-ethnic Swedish athletics. The theories central to this study are ethnicity and nationalism, as these concepts contain reflections on why certain groups of people are excluded and/or included. Norman Faircloghs critical discourse analytical model has been selected for the study method that analyzes texts in three levels: the text level, discursive practice and social practice. Four non-ethnic Swedish athletes have been chosen to explore how they were portrayed in the media.

The aim of this study was about how librarians in Sweden work with their web page to reach young people between the ages of fifteen and nineteen. Most of the youths in Sweden today use Internet every day for several reasons, and the library should have an obvious place there as well. It shouldbe obvious because almost all youths uses Internet every day and therefore the library needs to be seen there as well to reach out to them. Earlier research has shown that librarians and youths think differently in this question. Youths think that the library web page is more important for the librarythan the librarians do.How do the librarians work with marketing for youths on the web page? Do their policy documents help them in their work?To study this area we have interviewed librarians from six quite large public libraries from different parts of thecountry.
Sociala medier-journalistens nya källor? : En kvantitativ undersökning av användandet av citat från sociala medier i svensk press
Is social media becoming a new form of interview? This is a quantitative study about the use of quotations from social media in Swedish newspapers. We chose the online editions of two of Sweden?s biggest newspapers for this, namely aftonbladet.se and dn.se.Although we noticed a big difference between the more serious dn.se and the more scandal-oriented aftonbladet.se both newspaper still frequently used quotations from social media.The thing that we found most troublesome about this phenomenon was the fact that we found that journalists very rarely contacted the person whose quotations they used. That meant that the interviewee had a very slim chance of correcting any misunderstandings.It also opened up the opportunity for certain people to use the media to spread their own agendas without getting questioned.We used the social institutionalizing theory and the social responsibility theory to verify our findings.
?Out of sight, out of mind? : En studie av svenska bokbloggares inställningar till e-boken
There are experiential products that through a digital transformation wholly or partially have taken new place in our everyday lives. Just a few years ago, we had music on CDs, movies on tape and books in bookshelves. In Sweden, we are now facing a transformation when the e-book begins to take place alongside the printed book.This paper focuses on what values play a role in the attitude towards ebooks among a selected group of Swedish book bloggers. A qualitative content analysis was performed on blog posts concerning the ebook from twelve different Swedish book Blogs. The posts were then coded into categories and values.

We have noticed that there is a trend of being healthy and fit today. ?Strong is the new skinny? is a quote we can see in social media and on Blogs today.

Det är som att få en kram från cyberrymden : En intervjustudie om ätstörningsbloggar
Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka hur det kommer sig att vissa personer med ätstörningar väljer att starta en ätstörningsblogg samt hur de upplever sitt bloggande. Respondenterna bestod av fem kvinnor i åldrarna 23-35 år som bloggar om sina ätstörningar. En kvalitativ metod användes där semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes över telefon. Resultaten analyserades och tolkades med hjälp av känslan av sammanhang (KASAM) och copingteori. Resultaten visade att anledningarna till att starta en blogg var många, bl.a.
