Medlemskapet i EU har fått effekter på den direkta beskattningens område då internrättsliga skatteregler måste utformas i enlighet med EUF-fördraget. Icke-bosatta som tillfälligt arbetar i Sverige beskattas enligt en definitiv källskatt i SINK eller A-SINK. Beskattning sker på bruttoinkomsten, kostnadsavdrag medges inte. Vidare medges inte heller avdrag som är kopplade till den skattskyldiges personliga förhållanden.Mot bakgrund av EUDs praxis fastställdes SINK och A-SINK vara oförenliga med de fria rörligheterna i fördraget. Oförenligheten bestod i den diskriminering som uppstod då en icke-bosatt beskattades hårdare än en bosatt person i motsvarande situation.

The climate for video sharing online is somewhere in the border of becoming a place for only the big companies to distribute material with general interest, or small communities with genre-specific interest to attract a larger audience. In this article I will look at the travelindustry to see what possibilities can be implemented into communities with interest in planning and travelling. I will argue that the importance of collaboration with different media can create a bigger picture so that more people can use and discover each other?s travel videos and experiences. I have also taken a closer look at social interaction at online communities such as MySpace and YouTube.

The interest for organic food has grown a lot over the last 15 years. Even so, only 3.5 % ofthe share of wallet in Sweden goes to organic food. The purpose of this study is to examine and describe how retailers can get consumers to buy more organic fruits and vegetables. The study was carried out by visiting six Coop Konsum-stores, of which three performed poorly and three performed well in organic sales. We conducted interviews with the department managers, customer surveys and in-store observations.

With background in the rapidly growing need to find solutions for sustainable energy production and the increasing interest for wind power, this report was written. With take-off point from the wind power plant Big Glenn, which has been built in the harbour of Gothenburg, a model of the adjacent power grid has been created in Simulink/SimPowerSystems. Parameters for the power grid and its components has been provided by Göteborg Energi Nät, that has also been the supplier of measurement data of produced power, the power need from loads in the vicinity, voltage levels, current values and also the variation of power factor at the wind power plant.The SimPowerSystems model has been used to perform simulations of power flow in the grid. These simulated values have then been compared to the measured values to verify the functionality of the model. Further, the model has been used to perform simulations of a grid fault, which causes a voltage drop.

Varje suverän stat bestämmer sin beskattningsrätt, de subjekt och objekt som staten ålägger skatt. Om två skilda staters beskattning träffar samma person och transaktion, uppstår in-ternationell juridisk dubbelbeskattning. Eftersom dubbelbeskattning kan leda till en mycket hög beskattning av en enskild, och därmed verka som ett hinder för internationell handel, ingår stater skatteavtal i vilka rätten att beskatta fördelas mellan staterna. Skatteavtalen skapar därmed en inskränkning av den rätt staten tar sig i den interna lagstiftningen. Sverige har ett 90-tal skatteavtal med olika länder; en majoritet av dessa följer den avtalsmodell som arbetats fram inom OECD.

Syftet med vår uppsats har varit att utreda om revisorns roll har förskjutits från ?client focus? mot ?public interest?. Vi har också tagit reda på vad revisorerna tycker om sin nya roll. ?Client focus? innebär att revisorerna utför tjänstejobb, de måste vara måna om sina klienter, dessa har rätt att byta revisor vid missnöje.

Teaching preschool children about the environment. A comparative study of how two preschools work with environmental issues.My investigations are based on qualitative interviews and observations carried out at two preschools, one of which has a nature and environment profile while the other works in traditional ways with these questions. I sought to explore the ways in which pedagogues in each preschool raise environmental awareness and, more generally, awaken an interest in nature in the children. The consequences of methodological similarities and differences will be considered.This term paper concludes that the difference between an environmental profile preschool and a traditional preschool working on environmental awareness is not large. The knowledge gained by children in the latter preschool surpassed that gained in the former.

Rekvisitet samma eller likartad verksamhet är en del av de särskilda reglerna kring beskattning av fåmansaktiebolag. Då samma eller likartad verksamhet anses föreligga blir den aktuella delägarens aktier kvalificerade, vilket innebär att utdelningen upp till ett visst belopp beskattas i inkomstslaget kapital, överskjutande del beskattas i inkomstslaget tjänst. Denna bedömning är av stor betydelse för delägarna i ett fåmansaktiebolag och syftet med denna uppsats är därför att utreda hur väl den praktiska tillämpningen av rekvisitet stämmer överens med syftet bakom regleringen samma eller likartad verksamhet.Syftet med regleringen är att förhindra att delägare genom olika bolagskonstruktioner kringgår de särskilda reglerna kring beskattning av fåmansaktiebolag samt att förhindra att ersättning för arbetsinsatser betalas ut genom utdelning istället för lön. Genom en studie av relevant praxis på området kan det fastslås att den senare praxisen på området skiljer sig från den äldre. Detta då det i den tidigare praxisen endast diskuteras huruvida en hel eller en del av en verksamhet kan anses överförd från ett bolag till ett annat där verksamheten i det senare bolaget ligger inom ramen för verksamheten i det första bolaget.

Arbetet behandlar möjligheten att avyttra fastigheter utan beskattning genom reglerna om underprisöverlåtelser och näringsbetingade andelar. Centrala frågor som behandlas är när andelar är lagertillgångar enligt reglerna i 27 kap. och 17 kap. IL samt hur kapitlen förhåller sig till varandra. Vidare analyseras frågan om betydelsen av skatteflyktslagen vid avyttring av tillgångar genom användandet av reglerna om underprisöverlåtelser och näringsbetingade andelar..

Scholarly publishing has since the introduction of electronically distributed periodicals seen a time of change, mainly in the STM-business (Science Technology and Medicine). The roles of the three main participants in the publication process; researcher, publisher and library are developing into new directions. Researchers themselves are taking a more active part in the discussion, with the boycott list from the Public Library of Science organization as an illustrating example. Reforms are being launched partly as an economical and efficiency issue, partly as an increasing desire from researchers to maintain the control of scientific end result. This Master s thesis examines how the partly conflicting goals of the participants affect the conditions for scholarly publication in an electronic environment.

Prisstegringen på skog har under de senaste åren varit anmärkningsvärt hög. Samtidigt är det svenska systemet för beskattning av skogsintäkter mycket komplext och invecklat. Systemet medger att skogsägaren kan göra olika avdrag för att sänka sin skatt och därmed erhålla en högre lönsamhet. Möjligheten till avdrag och ekonomisk nytta av dessa är beroende av skogsbrukarens övriga inkomster och ägarförhållanden. Målet med denna studie är därför att utreda hur skattesystemet påverkar prisbildningen av skogsfastigheter.

Inspired by how to sketch a light cone from a flashlight in a comic I wanted to create an armature carried only by its own light cone. To manage this challenge I sketched in an architectural and sculptural way, where I chose to ignore the function of the lamp as long as possible.As a result I developed an armature with a stunning shape, with an illusion that it was carried by its own light cone. It could be hanged on a wall, placed on a table, pushed against a ceiling or standing on the floor.Depending of its size the light cone from the light source lightens up the surface and draws attention to the otherwise forgotten wallpaper or the undisposed statue in the darkness of the city..
