Bakgrunden till litteraturöversikten är att bristande kommunikation mellan vårdpersonal är den vanligasteorsaken till att drygt etthundratusen personer i Sverige årligen drabbas av en vårdskada. Kommunikation ärett centralt moment i vården och innebär överförandet och delandet av information. Verbalkommunikation är mångfasetterad och är en färdighet som sjuksköterskan skall besitta. Fokus förlitteraturöversikten är verbal kommunikation mellan sjuksköterskor i överrapportering av patienter mellanskift. Syftet med litteraturöversikten var att jämföra omvårdnadskonsekvenser av verbal kommunikationmellan sjuksköterskor.

The department Vehicle ServiceInformation construct standard times through work measurement for particularworks in the workshops. The software application STAM is used in the servicemarket to create and store standard times which then are exported to theworkshops' own systems.The purpose of this master thesis is to analyse and evaluate the internal workmeasurement system that includes standard times and the software STAM. Also,based on external analysis and benchmarking of other systems suggest appropriatefuture development within the area for Scania Vehicle Service Information.In order to perform the investigation, interviews and studies have been doneinternally at the departments that are involved in work measurement as well asexternally at Scania workshops.

Detta arbete handlar om grammatikens roll i språkundervisningen. Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka hur grammatikens ställning i språkundervisningen har utvecklats från 1960-talet fram till idag. För att få en inblick i detta ämne, har jag studerat och analyserat innehåll i styrdokument från 1965 till 2000 och i franska läromedel för nybörjarspråk på gymnasiet från motsvarande period. Med stöd av litteratur om språkundervisning, har jag försökt att ta reda på hur denna utveckling ser ut genom att titta på grammatiken som produkt, d v s att tala om språket, och på grammatiken som process, d v s att använda språket i sitt rätta sammanhang. Dessa två sätt att se på grammatiken utgör en bra utgångspunkt för att få en helhetsbild av grammatik, och när det gäller att utveckla språkförmågan är samspelet dem emellan viktigt.

Today's fierce competition means that companies constantly must develop their business and internal processes. Focus on processes and continuous improvement is something that characterizes Lean Production which ICA logistics are applying with their concept Leading Logistics. Standardized routines for handling damaged gods were insufficient at the ICA distribution center in Kungälv. Handling and registration of damaged gods were not performed uniformly, resulting in problems with controlling and monitoring the process.The purpose of this thesis was to analyze and make recommendations how the process of internal handling of damaged gods could be improved. Therefore a comprehensive understanding was needed of the entire material flow through the warehouse and important quality aspects such as product safety and delivery reliability.The methods used are literature reviews, interviews and observations to produce a comprehensive process mapping of the current situation at the distribution center.

Eutrophication has been a problem in aquatic systems for a long time. It is well known that the key nutrient to control the eutrophication process is phosphorus. Lately, it has been possible to reverse the process and recover lakes from eutrophication.During a long time Lake Näsnaren in Katrineholms kommun, Södermanland, has been exposed of a large amount of phosphorus from the city's wastewater. The lake has a great value as a habitat of rare species but also a high recreation value for people living in Katrineholm and Södermanland. Lake Näsnaren is situated in a Natura 2000 area.

Dessa kostnader jämförs sedan mellan hälsocentralerna, för att på så sätt kunna ge indikationer om vilka hälsocentraler som drivs kostnadseffektivt och vilka som är i behov av effektivisering. Syftet med resultaten från dessa beräkningar och jämförelser är alltså att ge Västerbottens läns landsting förslag och rekommendationer för en ökad effektivitet.Metod Studien är genomförd med en kvantitativ forskningsstrategi. Vår kunskapssyn är positivistisk, där vi försöker förklara hälsocentralernas totala kostnadseffektivitet genom att analysera olika processer och deras kostnader.

The purpose of this study is to examine the challenges that exist within thematerial handling process, to and from a department for service and maintenance at a hospital, and how the challenges can be managed to achieve a more efficient material handling process. In order to fulfill the purpose the following two questions where formulated:1. What challenges exist within the material handling process, to and from adepartment for service and maintenance at a hospital?2.

Redovisningen har många olika nyanser, vilket beror på alla de möjliga val som en redovisareställs inför. Copeland (1968) säger att det finns 30 miljoner olika sätt, på vilket ett företagsresultat kan beräknas, inom ramen för de redovisningsstandarder som finns. Med det sagt, kanmanipulering av resultatet koordineras med en standard eller utan en standard. I bakgrundenav studien presenterar vi begreppet income smoothing och i problemdiskussionen utvecklar vibegreppet ett steg längre genom att utveckla ett koncept av tre relaterande begrepp; motivstruktur-resultat. Därefter såg vi det utifrån en praktisk synvinkel och utvecklade treforskningsfrågor: Hur utbrett är income smoothing bland stora svenska företag? Vilka motivoch vilken struktur har svenska börsnoterade företag för att jämna ut sina resultat? Vilkeneffekt får income smoothing på företagets börsvärde? Vidare har vår metod till största delvarit operationell då vi utvecklat konceptet motiv-struktur-resultat och använt finansiellarapporter som informationskälla.

Mitt syfte med den här uppsatsen är att förstå hur medarbetare upplever ett förändringsarbete i en organisation. Det handlar även om att studera skillnader mellan hur olika grupper av medarbetare upplever ett förändringsarbete. Upplevelserna av ett förändringsarbete har studerats utifrån olika faktorer såsom individrelaterade faktorer, arbetsrelaterade faktorer, processen och organisatoriska faktorer. Jag har valt att använda mig av både en kvalitativ och en kvantitativ metod för insamling av empiri. Först har jag intervjuat en projektledare, vilket har skett utifrån en kvalitativ ansats.

En kvalitativ socialpsykologisk uppsats med syfte att belysa betydelsen av gemenskap och detsociala i missbrukares process av tillfrisknande. Det empiriska materialet grundas i tio nyktramissbrukares livsberättelser, med vilka vi kommit i kontakt med genom organisationen VågaVa. Parallellt med vårt huvudsyfte vill vi också spegla denna stödorganisation. Den övergripande analytiska ramen diskuterar social aktivitet, etik, gemenskap i förhållande till kampen mot missbruket, vi lyfter även fram vikten av stöd- och samtalsgrupperna Nyktra Narkomaner och 12-stegsprogrammet. This thesis analyses the cost accounting system KPP and its use within the Swedish health care. KPP is designed to calculate and assign health care costs to individual patients. This would facilitate evaluations and comparisons of the costs for certain diagnosis, patient groups or clinics with a different mix of diagnosis. The study investigates the following questions: 1. Northern Stories is a narrative video-project, mixed between how to work with the movieformat and the programs involved. As well as the complexity of how it can be to work in collaboration with a company and an investigation in how to evolve my design process. My objective for this project was to create a short but thrilling 2D-animation intended as promotion for an online comic book. The purpose of the project was to learn more about animation and graphics, to further my artistic skills and to learn how to work in Adobe After Effects. I also wanted to learn more about scheduling, project methods and how to handle stress. During the ten weeks of the project I have created the story, the storyboard, the character design, the backgrounds and the animation. The voice over was recorded with the help of a fellow student who also made the music and the sound effects.
