Fetma är en växande folksjukdom. Den ökade förekomsten av fetma leder till attsjukvården i större utsträckning kommer att möta patienter med fetma. Syftet med studienvar att ur ett patient- och sjuksköterskeperspektiv belysa vilka attityder sjuksköterskan hargentemot vuxna patienter med fetma. En litteraturöversikt har använts för att sammanställatidigare forskning som berör sjuksköterskans attityder mot patienter med fetma. Studienomfattar sju vetenskapliga artiklar som resulterat i två huvudteman med tillhörandeunderteman som redovisar resultatet inom ämnet.

Background: Communication allows people to gain understanding of themselves and their surroundings, which is a prerequisite for good health. The nurse may in her communication help patients develop a feeling that they are not alone in their situation. If the patients cannot express themselves and make themselves understood, it can lead the patients to feel left out which emphasizes the suffering at having aphasia. Aim: The aim of this study was to identify the components which affect nurse?s communication with patients with aphasia.

Genom att bearbeta materialet dynamiskt genom bilaterala r?relser mellan abstraktion: r?ttsformens juridiska koncept och de sociala relationer som f?rmedlas genom dessa, och konkretion: lagstiftningen och omgivande r?ttspolitisk ?verbyggnad, avsl?jas en objektiv social verklighet genom att i) blotta de redan existerande konkreta strukturerna, och ii) f?rst? de underliggande dimensioner som forcerar dess existens. Uppsatsen visar hur spenderandet av statsmakten, i st?llet f?r att reducera det d?dliga v?ldet eller kyla ner lokalomr?den, ans?tter det disciplinerade r?ttssubjektet, vilket f?r indirekta klassrelaterade effekter genom r?ttssubjektets roll i uppr?tth?llandet av underkastelse.
