There's no doubt today that mankind has contributed to the changing climate byher use of fossil fuels. This must change in the nearby future. The Europeanleaders are expressing concern that renewable energy sources are not beingused to their full potential. The 2001/77/EC Directive on Electricity Productionfrom Renewable Energy Sources was accepted in 2001 to encourage thedevelopment of energy production from renewable sources, which isconsidered a step towards the fulfillment of the goal of the Union, that 12% ofthe gross energy consumption should come from renewable energy sources bythe year 2010.The objective of this thesis is to illuminate the common legislation of the EUregarding renewable energy with regard to goal fulfillment, judicial quality,conflicts with other goals of the EU and other faults. The objective is reachedby a hermeneutic study in which interpretation of written text is the mainmethod.

As today, companies are facing an increasing competition; markets are expanding while customers are getting more informed and fastidious toward companies and their products. For this reason it is crucial for enterprises to create loyal customers, or at best hyper loyal customers. With today's prerequisite this creation is difficult and it is therefore of highly interest to examine possible and alternative ways for enterprises to attain this type of hyper loyal customer. In this thesis we have examine hyper loyal football supporters with the aim to identify mechanisms that create and characterize this type of loyalty. By means of a survey and a focus group we were able to identify six loyalty mechanisms; the ability to influence, vicarious achievement, self-esteem, group affiliation, family and social relations.

Psykosocial motståndskraft (?resilience?) innebär att klara sig bra i samband med motgång. Det är viktigt att främja detta i unga år då utvecklingskaskader (kedjereaktioner) som följd av olika upplevelser kan påverka resten av livet. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur motståndskraft uppfattas och hur det främjas i det dagliga arbetet i förskolan. Sju intervjuer med förskolepersonal genomfördes och analyserades och resultatet tyder på att begreppet i sig inte är känt men att många delar av det appliceras.

Arbetslösheten är idag ett av resultaten av den pågående lågkonjunkturen. Att vara arbetslös kan kännas psykiskt påfrestande och i längden hota delar av den sociala kompetensen. Social kompetens kan kortfattat sägas handla om förmågan att möta och kommunicera med andra människor samt anpassa sig till nya miljöer. Syftet med studien var att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellan tiden som arbetslös och sociala kompetens i termerna bas- självkänsla, self-efficacy och empati samt hur situationen för den arbetslöse ser ut ifråga om hjälp och stöd från arbetsförmedlingen. En enkätundersökning genomfördes där 128 arbetslösa deltog.

Ortorexia Nervosa (ON) är ett idag relativt okänt fenomen och detfinns skilda åsikter angående vilken typ av problem det är. Det finns desom menar på att det kan vara en ätstörning eller ett tvångssyndrom.Studien genomfördes med syfte att undersöka hur utbrett ON är hosträningsintresserade människor samt undersöka om bassjälvkänsla ochförvärvad självkänsla kunde relateras på olika sätt till graden av ONsamt se ifall kön och ålder har någon inverkan på detta.Undersökningen genomfördes med enkäter som mätte graden av ONoch självkänsla på 102 deltagare. Det visade sig att 33% av antaletdeltagare hade poäng över tröskelvärdet för ON. Studiens äldre ochyngre deltagare visade sig vara de som fick högst poäng på testet förON, dock hittades ingen skillnad beträffande kön. Inga signifikantasamband mellan ON och de två typerna av självkänsla kunde hittas.Idag är forskningen bristfällig inom ON och fler studier behövs..

The purpose of this study was to illustrate how adult people think that, experiencing a war during their childhood has affected their lives. Questions at issue: 1. what does it mean to live in a war as a child? 2. How do the respondents think about possible significance of experiencing a war in their childhood and how their lives have turned out today?The study is performed with a qualitative method of research, based on studies of literature, two individual interviews and a group interview.

This thesis is a part of the DySCAS (Dynamically Self-Configuring Automotive System)project which has the overall purpose of creating a middleware for the electronics in an automotive environment. The thesis has been made with collaboration with ENEA AB who is a member of the DySCAS project. ENEA AB has developed a demonstration platform to test the fundamental ideas which the DySCAS project is built on.The purpose of this thesis was to design and implement a GPS application to be added to the demonstration platform. This was done by adding a GPS receiver to the original DySCAS demonstration platform and designing and implementing an application to be able to extract the information from it. The resulting application is able to present cur- rent position and absolute time to the DySCAS networks as services to be used by other applications or by the network it self.

Our aim of this study was to investigate barriers and opportunities for people with mental disorders getting in to the labor market. This from experiences by people whose daily job contains work rehabilitation for this group in particular. On the basis of five qualitative interviews the results showed that prejudices towards people with mental disorders are a barrier for them to get a wage labor. Furthermore the results showed that low self-esteem within the target group and also high educational demands becomes a barrier to a wage labor. The results also showed that to focus on the healthy aspects may serve as an opportunity for people with mental disorders to get in to the labor market and be able to have a paid job.

Bakgrund: Barnfetma är på väg att bli ett stort folkhälsoproblem i samhället. 42 miljoner barn under fem år är överviktiga i världen. God självkänsla är viktigt för det psykiska välbefinnandet. Syfte: Vi vill undersöka om en överviktig ungdom löper större risk att drabbas av låg självkänsla jämfört med en normalviktig ungdom. Metod: Vi har gjort en litteraturstudie där vi har analyserat tio vetenskapliga artiklar.

This final thesis is a basic inquiry into a countryside programme for the municipality of Hässleholm. By interviewing people who live in the countryside in the municipality of Hässleholm I?ve tried to get a picture of how the thoughts on development of countryside are. Trough these interviews I?ve also tried to find out how people on the countryside defines the concept of countryside.

Svenskläraren har ett viktigt uppdrag och det är att skapa förutsättningar för att elever skall få en gynnsam språkutveckling. Språk och människa hänger intimt samman och en aspekt på vad svenskämnets uppgift är kanske har att göra med att stärka elevers självkänsla och inte få dem att tappa tron på sig själva. Mitt syfte med undersökningen är att ta reda på vad ämnet svenska under grundskolans senare år kan påverka för att förstå och ta ansvar för elever och stärka deras självkänsla. The eleven objectives are the key determinants of public health work and are thus assigned as the common positions for players to work towards the same goal. The purpose of this study was to examine which aspects of health promotion in Sweden examined in the scientific articles. The method is a literature review based on scientific articles. Searches have been conducted in the databases SAGE Journals Online, ASSIA and Cinahl.

Denna studie undersöker självkänslan hos 81 arbetslösa unga kvinnor och män med olika etnisk bakgrund. Syftet är att undersöka om självkänslan hos arbetslösa ungdomar skiljer sig från den hos icke- arbetslösa (arbetande och studerande) ungdomar. Tidigare forskning belyser arbetslöshetens negativa psykologiska konsekvenser för individens välbefinnande och självkänsla. Respondenternas ålder är 19- 25 år och har svensk respektive utländsk bakgrund där sistnämnda syftar både på första- och andragenerationsinvandrare. Två mätinstrument används: Rosenbergs Self- esteem scale och Irhammars ?Som jag ser mig själv?.

This essay is an enquiry about how companies as participated in a Lean pro¬duction education use this education. The essay describes also how one works with the implementation of Lean production and how they believe that they will work. The enquiry tries to create an advisory material for other companies that are in the beginning of implementing their own Lean production systems. There these companies? gets a picture of how other companies have done during their try to create a functioning Lean production system.

The purpose with this study was to examine what kind of knowledge children in preschool have regarding what plants are, and what plants need in order to grow and survive. By means of qualitative interviews I have let 12 children in the ages of 3 to 5 years answer questions regarding the subject.From the results it is obvious that the children in the early age groups already have some knowledge of what a plant is and can also mention a few basic factors for a plants survival. In addition, the results show that their knowledge increases with the childs age and that the conversations become more distinct with more resulting questions the older the children are.Keywords.
