This work consists of two studies. One is based on an inquiery to nurseries with production of woody plants, and the other on visits to gardencenters, primarily in Skåne but also in Stockholm. Inquieries where sent to 87 nurseries, 48 of them replied. The purpous of the inquiery was to make a thorough investigation of the ligneous production at the Swedish nurseries, what is produced and in what quantities. Within the inquiery was also a thorough look at the fruit tree production. This to be able to conclude what cultivars that are produced and how large part of that production that is certified according to the Swedish Board of Agriculture (SJV).

In Sweden a person is either unlimited or limited liable to tax. It is important to define this status since the consequence of being unlimited liable to tax according to chapter 3 § 8 Swedish income tax law (1999:1229) is imposed tax on every revenue from Sweden and overseas. When deciding the fiscal status Sweden uses the principle of domicile which makes the home of the taxable person important.Despite domilication in another country a person can be considered to have such bonds to Sweden that they still should be unlimited liable to tax here. During the development of the Swedish communal tax law (1928:370) the term essential linkage was introduced. There are numerous factors which can affect this assessment but in case-law some factors have been considered more important than others.

Sverige har förbundit sig att följa europeiska konventioner om minoritetsrättigheter i sin minoritetspolitik sedan år 1999 men både Europarådet och bland annat regeringens utredare Lennart Rohdin har nyligen kritiserat Sverige för att inte leva upp till dem.                      Sverigefinnar är den största av de fem nationella minoriteter som finns i Sverige men minoritetspolitiken fungerar inte felfritt ens för deras del. Det finns brister speciellt på kommunalnivå men till exempel minoritetslagstiftningen är också missledande. Syftet med mitt arbete är att visa hur sverigefinnarnas minoritetsrättigheter följs eller inte följs idag. Dessutom har jag försökt gräva i vad det kan bero på att minoritetsrättigheter inte realiseras som de ska.                      Arbetet består av fem journalistiska artiklar som grundar sig på den svenska minoritetslagstiftningen och en av dem på friskolefrågan bland sverigefinnar samt en reflektionsrapport där jag resonerar kring mina undersökningsmetoder, källkritik och genre. I rapporten berättar jag också om tankar kring de etiska funderingar som jag hade under arbetets gång och beskriver sverigefinnarnas och minoritetsrättigheters bakgrund i Sverige.

The Swedish industrial society has left several areas with contaminated soil and water which today is of danger for the environment and human health. One of these areas with contaminated soil and water is the region where the former Glava glassworks operated during 1859 to 1939. The main object in this study has been to study the responsibility for the contaminations according to the Environmental Code. The method used is a qualitative content analysis of relevant literature to answer the following questions:What types of contaminations can be found in the area of Glava glasswork and what health issues can these cause?What kind of activity has been conducted in the area that have caused the contaminations in soil and water?According to law, what are the responsibilities for the contaminations in soil and water at Glava glassworks?The contamination in the region has been confirmed to originate from the glasswork due to the environmental engineering survey made in the area in 2009.

Majoriteten av dem som amputeras i Sverige är äldre, med bakomliggande sjukdomar. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur äldre personer som har fått en nedre extremitet amputerad upplever att detta påverkar tillvaron. Sex personer som har genomgått en amputation intervjuades utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Materialet analyserades genom en manifest kvalitativ innehållsanalys enligt Burnard (1991). Fem kategorier med tillhörande underkategorier framkom; Vardagliga rutiner, Det sociala livet, Rörelse och aktivitet, Anpassning samt Sjukvården i samband med amputation.

Kunskapsöverföring har länge skett bland hantverkare och familjeföretagare, till lärlingar eller yngre generationer. Det är först på senare tid det finns ett begrepp för aktiviteten och en större medvetenhet bland företagsledare. (Hansen et al 1999:106) Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en djupare förståelse för begreppet kunskapsöverföring samt inringa faktorer som påverkar kunskapsöverföring mellan individer. Dessutom vill vi undersöka hur avbrutet ledarskap påverkar en organisations utveckling. Genom en kvalitativ fallstudie har vi intervjuat de fyra senaste ordförandena för studentorganisationen AIESEC Uppsala samt studerat material från samma organisation angående kunskapsöverföring.Vid en diskussion kring kunskapsöverföring funderade en av respondenterna kring hur varje ledare vill påverka organisationen, samtidigt som det är viktigt för denna ledare att förstå sin del i sammanhanget.

Today, the tourism sector is the fastest growing industry in the world and also includes one of the foremost for instance in the number of work and added tax. The sector entails a lot of positive factors but also negative consequences, such as overexploitation and wear on natural areas. However, even the visitor industry contributes to smaller localities boost by creating new jobs where depopulation occurs. This study focuses on the town Kisa in Kinda Municipality. The purpose of the study is to highlight the importance of tourism for migration to a town and to show the importance of developing sustainable destinations.In the results of this study it emerges that more job opportunities are requested by respondents for increasing Kisas attractiveness.

Background: Resources that are hard to put a value on and cannot be classified as assets in the balance sheet as well as the development towards the information society has led to an increasing need and use for voluntary information in the annual reports. The increase of voluntary information can foremost be seen in the field of human resources.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe the development of voluntary information about human resources in the annual report of a number of Swedish quoted companies. The purpose is also to see if there is a difference in the development between manufacturing companies and service companies.Method: Six manufacturing companies and six service companies were chosen from the Stockholm exchange A-list. Using both a qualitative and quantitative research method the annual reports of the chosencompanies were studied for the years 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, and 2003. A model consisting of seven categories; health, diversity, recruitment, staff turnover and comfort, benefits and motivation, education and competence development, was developed to clarify were the development took place.Conclusions: After finishing the study one can tell that the amount of voluntary information about human resources in the annual report has increased even though the percentage share of the total annual report only has increased appreciably for manufacturing companies.

Denna uppsats undersöker hur tematiken i Nils Ferlins lyrik gestaltas i samtliga diktsamlingar utifrån några valda teman. Först undersöks dödstematiken som på grund av sitt omfång delas in i två kapitel, ett där döden ses som en räddare undan livsångest och ett där döden skildras som skrämmande. Vidare undersöks den religiösa kontext som är förknippad med dödstematiken. Därefter behandlas kärleksmotivet och tematiken kring detta. Slutligen undersöks dikterna där samtiden skildras utifrån Ferlins syn på människan och sin samtid.Till undersökningen används ett biografiskt material för berika analysen.
