Thus the way to collect taxes have changed over the years, the collecting of taxes aren?t a popular task to do.

This essay discusses the interaction between the authorities in Nacka municipality in Sweden and supervisors within the eldercare. In Nacka politicians have gradually started delegate responsibility for how care-giving for the elder should be done and focus instead on formulating economical objectives and overall rules. It is up to the approved supervisors of eldercare to deliver good care and quality. The method chosen to accomplish this is public choice. This method is a part of the big New Public Management (NPM) reform which have had a big impact on Swedish public sector since the 1980´s.

BakgrundDjup sedering är associerat med förlängd vårdtid och ett flertal komplikationer för intensivvårdspatienten. Även för ytlig sedering medför komplikationer, stress och lidande. Studier visar på vikten av adekvat sedering, samt att skalor och protokoll används. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva sederingsnivå, andel optimalt, över- och undersederade patienter, vårdtid i ventilator och vårdtid inom intensivvården för patienter på en svensk intensivvårdsavdelning.MetodStudien, med deskriptiv design, inkluderade konsekutivt sederade, ventilatorbehandlade patienter, 18 år och äldre, på en svensk intensivvårdsavdelning under nio månader. Primära utfallsvariabler var sederingsnivå, utifrån Motor Activity Assessment Scale och andel optimalt, över- och undersederade patienter.

The objective of this study is to understand how people with psychiatric diseases who are enrolled at a psychiatric clinic experience the recovery process and which internal motivations and external factors influence the process. The study is based on interviews with five people who have been enrolled at a psychiatric clinic. Another aim of the study is to understand how the importance of the outpatient care for the personal recovery and the improvement opportunities of the support from the rehabilitation unit that the interviewees see. The study is qualitative and abductive approach was chosen. This means that the study is based on empirical data supported by established theories.

Tricorona also supplies climate neutralisation with CERs, in accordance with the Kyoto protocol and controlled by the UN. This work demands updated emission factors for greenhouse gases. An emission factor gives information about the greenhouse gasintensity of a service or a product [kg CO2-eq./ functional unit].The purpose of this thesis is to examine how electricity, district heating, hotels, taxis, food and materials affect the climate and how emission factors for these areas can be calculated.This was done by reviewing and comparing different studies and by interviewing experts. The information was evaluated and recommendations on calculations and emission factors were made.The consumption of energy is the main source of greenhouse gas emissions for district heating, electricity, hotels, taxis and materials.

SCA, Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, är verksamt inom produktion av personliga hygienprodukter, mjukpapper, förpackningar, tryckpapper och sågade trävaror. Inom segmentet mjukpapper för storförbrukare levererar SCA hygienlösningar under varumärket Tork i form av bland annat papper, tvål och tillhörande behållare, så kallade dispensrar. Företaget vill nu undersöka möjligheterna att dekorera dispensrar, det vill säga trycka ett motiv i form av en bild, en färg eller ett mönster på produkterna, på ett sätt som differentierar dem från konkurrenternas produkter och samtidigt stärker varumärket. Syftet med detta examensarbete har därför varit att med en systematisk designmetodik genomföra ett designprojekt för att utvärdera möjligheterna att dekorera dispensrar. Målet har varit att rekommendera dekortekniker som är lämpliga att använda och ta fram designförslag på hur en dekor skulle kunna se ut för att överensstämma med uppdragsgivarens budskap.Projektarbetet har systematiskt gått igenom produktutvecklingens olika faser.

Title: Register now and stay in touch ? a study about the relationship between CRM-system and business performance.Purpose: The purpose with the study is to identify if there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance in Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Audience: This essay is addressed to the Swedish multinational companies in the industrial sector.Methodology/ Approach / Design: We have applied a qualitative method, with a deductive approach. Through an in-depth interview with the case company Benzlers AB, which provided the empirical basis, supplemented with the CSI-values.Conclusion: The study has presented evidence, that there is a positive relationship between CRM-system and business performance which has been confirmed by the positive increase in the CSI-value after the implementation of the CRM-system.Originality/ Value/ Contribution to knowledge The study contributes with its own results that fill in the knowledge gap about the subject in Sweden. The study finds that the CRM-system effectives the interaction with the customer and thereby business performance increase, with the CSI-value as unit. This therefore increases the value and importance of investigation of Swedish multinational companies, whose purpose is to satisfy the customer and at the same time, increase the business performance.Future research: For future research we suggest publishers to base the empirical basis through additional in-depth interviews with added case companies. Bakgrund och problem:Bokföringsnämnden har tagit fram ett nytt regelverk, BFNAR 2008:1, kallat K2, som är ämnatatt förenkla upprättandet av årsredovisningen för mindre företag samt medföra en merrättvisande bild företag emellan. Detta genom att gå från flera principstyrda till ett regelstyrtregelverk. De nya reglerna kan på frivillig basis tillämpas från och med årsredovisningar upprättadeöver räkenskapsåret 2008. Gemensamma förenklanden för en varieté av mindre företagär en utmaning gällande avvägningen mellan hur likformig passformen skall vara kontrahur många som skall kunna passa in. Vi har undersökt detta förhållande mellan de 89 000mindre aktieföretag som har en omsättning på 2-15 miljoner SEK och det nya regelverket K2.Syfte:Att genom en granskning av årsredovisningar ha undersökt passformen mellan mindre företagoch K2, med avseende på inom K2 berörda poster och dess relation till det egna kapitalet.Avgränsningar:De företag som har undersökts är de företag som har lämnat in sin årsredovisning för 2008,vilka antagits vara representativa för vår målgrupp.Metod:Vi har identifierat poster som kan behöva justeras ned gentemot det egna kapitalet vid enövergång till det nya regelverket.

IntroduktionIntensivvårdsdelirium är en vanlig och allvarlig komplikation av intensivvård och det är viktigt att det upptäcks och behandlas tidigt. Trots att detta är välkänt är det sällsynt att intensivvårdsavdelningar arbetar aktivt för att screena patienter för intensivvårdsdelirium, och få studier har gjorts för att klargöra hur intensivvårdssjuksköterskor uppfattar intensivvårdsdelirium. Det screeningsinstrumentet som vi valt att undersöka uppfattningen om är Confusion Assessment Method for the Intensive Care Unit (CAM- ICU). SyfteSyftet med studien var att undersöka intensivvårdssjuksköterskornas uppfattning om intensivvårdsdelirium, och det enda till svenska översatta och validerade screeningsinstrumentet CAM-ICU.MetodVi har gjort en fördjupad forskningsplan och en pilotstudie. Data insamlades genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med fyra intensivvårdssjuksköterskor och analyserades sedan med fenomenografisk metod.

The Swedish system of environmental quality objectives is a so-called MBO, Management By Objective and has the purpose to guide the Swedish society towards sustainable ecological development. The system involves the whole society from the parliament and the government down to individual citizens. At the regional level, it is the county administrative boards that are responsible for the work with the system of environmental objectives. At the County Administrative Board of Västmanland County, it is the environmental unit who is in charge of work with the environmental objectives and they want input for how to improve their work with the environmental objectives, both internally at the Administrative Board and externally with external parties.The main purpose and goal of the study is to present the work of four other county administrative boards regarding their work with the environmental quality objectives and to identify external parties? opinions of how they want the County Board of Västmanland county to work with them in this matter.The work is designed as a case study of four county councils, where the environmental objectives coordinators at the four county administrative boards were interviewed about their work with environmental quality objectives.
