Rules on parental leave have over the years been the subject of several gender debates. The big question has particularly been whether a further individualization of the days should be established. Sweden is a relatively equal country but differences still exist between men and women in the labor market, such as differences in wages. A fact that is considered encouraging for this is the uneven distribution of parental leave between men and women. It has now been nearly 40 years since the introduction of the first parental insurance but we have still not achieved gender equality in working life which was the main purpose.The main purpose of this essay is to study the motives for the proposal of individualized parental leave, and in addition examine how this change of rules could impact on gender equality in the work place.

Det här är en studie i syfte att analysera den moçambikiska läroplanens värdegrundspolicy utifrån dess kapitel ?vision och uppdrag?. Genom denna analys undersöks vilka egenskaper samhället eftersträvar hos sina samhällsmedborgare och belyser hur eventuella diskurser i läroplanen kan ses ge mening till den goda samhällsmedborgaren.  Läroplanen interpreteras även ur ett socio-historiskt perspektiv.Genom att göra en diskursanalytisk studie på den moçambikiska läroplanstextens kapitel ?vision och uppdrag? utkristalliseras underelement, nodalpunkter och diskurser som både ger svar på vad som efterfrågas hos en god samhällsmedborgare och beskriver generella regelbundenheter som kännetecknar texten. Avslutningsvis appliceras svensk läroplansforskning på läroplanstexten för att undersöka om man utifrån det kan säga något om det moçambikiska samhället.En god samhällsmedborgare i Moçambique kännetecknas till stor del i läroplanen som någon som bidrar till att lyfta landet ur fattigdom, både individens och samhällets i stort, samt bidrar till att bevara freden i landet.

Vid skärande bearbetning uppstår vassa grader och skarpa kanter. Det måste finnas en operation i tillverkningsprocessen som tar bort dessa. Syftet med projektet har varit att ta fram en säker och stabil gradningsutrustning till en industrirobot, då den utrustning som används idag har brister i både stabilitet och effektivitet. När den automatiska gradningen fungerar tillfredsställande kan ett stort antal mantimmar sparas, eftersom personal inte behöver korrigera och grada detaljerna manuellt. Undersökningar av miljön kring den befintliga gradningsutrustningen samt en djupgående analys av konstruktionen visar på svagheter i både konstruktion och luftförsörjning.

Modern agriculture equipment are more computer based today, and many equipments use a terminal in the tractor where the driver have the opportunity to make adjustments to the equipment. This is the reason why ISO developed a new standard called ISOBUS. It is a communication standard based on CAN specially adapted for griculture equipments. The purpose of the standard is that it should be ossible to equip a tractor with a standard terminal called Virtual Terminal that can be used to control the equipment. The use of the terminal should be independent of the manufacturer of the tractor as well as of the equipment.The purpose of this report is to ?nd a solution of how to use CC Systems on-board computer, CCP XS, as a Virtual Terminal.

This report is the result of a project in the course Independent Projekt in Molecular Biotechnology at Uppsala University during the spring of 2014. The foremost purpose of the course is to give students the opportunity to carry through exstensive work in a project environment. This project was formed based on a comission from the biotechnology company SweTree Technologies, and the goal has been to compose a summary of the different techniques and methods that exist in the field of mass propagation of trees through the method of somatic embryogenesis.The project group has obtained information about the area mainly throgh reading patents, trying to find key components and bottlenecks in other companies? somatic embryogenesis technologies. ABB I-R Waterjet Systems combines the robotics and motion expertise of ABB Flexible Automation with high-pressure intensifier/pumping technology from Ingersoll-Rand to provide and continue to develop innovative waterjet cutting systems for global markets. The purpose of this assignment is to develop a process water purifier. The purifier should be applicable as an option to ABB I-R?s production cell Cutting-Box. At first hand the process water should be purified well enough to let out in the municipal sewage system, but the ultimate solution is purifying the process water to the range that recycling is possible.

Typically, when Faurecia in Torsås are planning a new assembly line, one of the steps is to build a full-scale model of the line in card board, a form of mock-up planning. Faurecia has shown interest in finding an alternative methodology. The purpose was to explore the possibility of replacing today's cardboard based mock-up planning with models in a digital simulation environment.The purpose of the thesis has been to answer some of these complex questions; What are the benefits of using a simulation tool? In what way can we use it? If we choose to use a simulation tool, in what way does it affect our way of planning an assembly line? What are the advantages and disadvantages? Are there any economical and social aspects?Our results made us realize that a digital simulation tool does not replace the card board. On the other hand simulation could be used as a complement.

The newspaper industry changes with the society. New trends and developments affect how layout and design are perceived. Therefore it is important for the survival of a news­paper to catch up with trends and retain contemporaneity. This demands that a daily paper frequently updates its appearance and sometimes even redesign the whole newspaper. Folkbladet, a newspaper in Norrköping, is currently in need of a new layout. The employees often deviate from the graphic guidelines that exist at the company today, due to that it doesn?t feel contemporary, but also because they don?t appreciate the appearance as it is today. This thesis is based on a study of the layout of Folkbladet and analyse: which tools can be used to create a distinct identity regarding layout, which tools you can use to create a clear structure and readability in a newspaper, and how Folkbladet can make use of these tools. To find out about the company?s situation today and their identity, interviews have been made with employees.

This essay is intended for veterinary nurses and its purpose is to contribute to an increased knowledge about the ferret and there by a better nursing care at clinics. The essay discuss in briefness origin and earlier use of the ferret but also anatomy, physiology and reproduction. The senses of the ferret, as vision and hearing, are described in connection with behaviour. The part of the essay where nursing care is described bring up procedures as handling when collecting blood, medical techniques and how the clinic best should be suited for these animals. Title: Internal Communication Approach ? A study of the internal communication-channels of the ICA Administration. Background: The ICA Administration is in the process of generating an organizational change with the purpose of improving their external communication. The internal communication, on the other hand, has been put aside and is missing guidelines at the present.  Since the ICA Administration does not know how the staff uses the internal communication-channels they cannot optimize nor develop them. As the literature shows, it is important to choose the channel that is most appropriate for the type of information that it is meant to communicate. Choosing the wrong channel, or using it wrongly, can bring problems consisting of the staff experiencing to receive less information than needed in their daily work. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to explore and describe the internal communication between the employees of the ICA Administration from the existing communication-channels and their usage. Method: Through the initial interviews with the staff, the internal communication-channels of the ICA Administration were determined.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra till en ökad förståelse för NSFS samt att undersöka hurden svenska NSFS-förmågan år 2010 påverkar möjligheten att agera i enlighet med de militärateorierna. Den undersöker också om de militärteoretiska grunderna, den tekniska utvecklingenoch den förändrade inriktningen för Sveriges försvar medför ett ökat behov av NSFS-förmåga.Uppsatsen bygger på en deskriptiv metod där svensk försvarspolitisk inriktning, militära teorier,NSFS och svensk NSFS-förmåga 2010 behandlas. Huvudsakliga källor har varit litteratur, offentligttryck, doktriner och intervjuer rörande ovanstående områden. Begreppet NSFS har avgränsatstill att enbart beröra markmålsbekämpning med robot och artilleri. Uppsatsen visar attden svenska NSFS förmågan ger en begränsad förmåga att agera i enlighet med de militära teorierna.Anledningen till detta är att Visbykorvetternas artillerisystem är de enda tillgängligaNSFS systemen år 2010.

Under de senaste decennierna har det svenska samhället genomgått stora förändringar där urbaniserings- och globaliseringsprocesser har lett till en ökad inflyttning till storstäderna, därmed har ett ökat krav ställts på städerna och dess stadsdelar. I storstadsområdena finns idag en stor variation av hushåll och i olika sammanhang har ett antal bostadsområden i storstadsregionerna pekats ut som socioekonomiskt utsatta. De flesta av dessa tillkom under det så kallade miljonprogrammet under åren 1965-1975 och har idag en mycket varierad befolkningssammansättning där en stor del av invånarna exempelvis är av utländsk bakgrund. Bebyggelsen från miljonprogramsåren visar på dåtidens bostadspolitiska målsättningar och välfärdssamhällets ambitioner, en vision om det nya samhället och den moderna människan. Denna vision har idag till stor del glömts bort och sedan de första miljonprogramsområdena påbörjades har en debatt kring dessa områden blossat upp i massmedia.

Det här examensarbetet har utförts hos och med stöd av SKF Mekan i Katrineholm. Grundfrågeställningen som innebar upphovet till examensarbetet är om värme påverkar lagerlägets cylindricitet hos ett lagerhus. Detta avgränsas senare till att gälla enbart värmepåverkan under produktion för en typ av lagerhus i en storlek men tre olika materialval. Därmed koncentreras arbetet på gjuterilinan för de mindre lagerhusen samt den bearbetningslina som kallas ?Robot line?.Inledningsvis ges en presentation vad lager och lagerhus är samt vilken funktion de fyller.
