This study's main objective was to identify adolescents participation in alternative sport activities and which kind of physical activity that was preferred by adolescents who didn't had any earlier experience of sport clubs. The study combined interviews and surveys with the purpose to get both adolescents and sport leaders perspective. A total of five interviews were performed and fifty-four surveys was collected. The results showed that adolescents already physical active were those who participated in alternative sport activities. The company Doberman wanted to look at possibilities to develop such an application that uses Bluetooth? technol-ogy to communicate in ad-hoc networks. The aim has been an application to run on mobile phones in which you can send messages and files to other devices and also add a user profile with personal information to share with others. The communication will take place in temporary networks created when Bluetooth enabled devices is in range of each other.The market for mobile phones has grown rapidly over the past years and is still growing.

A deficiency concerning what types of companies has been investigated earlier and how their crisis communication should be carried out on Facebook, has been identified. The aim of this study is to examine the crisis communication of a smaller company on Facebook and explore how this communication has been received by the company?s recipients. We apply an explorative approach on to a case study in order to answer the aim.

Bakgrund: Många barn med autism har svåra sociala och kommunikativa problem, vissa har även beteendeförändringar som skapar problem även för deras familjer. När problemen blir så stora att hela familjelivet påverkas väljer vissa föräldrar att lämna sitt barn till personal på barnboende för barn med funktionsnedsättning.Syfte: Syftet med förbättringsarbetet är att alla barn på barnboendet ska ha en fungerande kommunikation, möjlighet till delaktighet i de aktiviteter som utförs på barnboendet. Syftet med studien är att beskriva hur personalen på barnboendet för barn med autism upplever om förbättringsarbetet har möjliggjort för barnen att använda kommunikationshjälpmedel och vara delaktiga på barnboendet?Metod: Förbättringsarbetet har skett genom Organization Development (OD). Studien är en fallstudie där OD metodiken beskrivs likväl som personalens upplevelser av förbättringsarbetet och utvecklingen i barnens kommunikation.

In this Master we have studied classification system and alternative arrangements of books in a public library. The public libraries in Sweden use the SAB classification system. This system was created nearly a hundred years ago in order to suit the librarians and the Swedish society at the time. Today many library users find the system difficult to understand. This and other factors have inspired a number of libraries to arrange books in an alternative and more user-friendly way.

This thesis is a case study of the informal internal communication at a Swedish government agency called Swedac. The purpose of the study was to investigate how the employees perceive and use the informal internal communication, what communication media they utilize for it and how the informal internal communication correlates to certain aspects of the organizational structure. In order to achieve this, six qualitative interviews was carried out with employees in the organization. Since informal internal communication is not a well-defined concept I explained my view of the concept in the thesis. The results show that the informal internal communication is very important and fairly widespread at Swedac.
