Det kan bland annat förebyggas genom upprättande av informationssäkerhetspolicy samt genom att ge information till och utbilda användaren vid införande av informationssystem.Syftet med arbetet var att fastställa hur användare av datorjournaler påverkas av kraven på informationssäkerhet och hur användarna påverkar informationssäkerheten. Vidare var syftet att ta reda på om de rekommendationer som Datainspektionen gett ut efterföljs av användarna. Observationer och intervjuer med vårdpersonal har legat till grund för att uppnå arbetets resultat.

Cloud computing has become a very publicized and popular concept in recent years, both in business literature and research, where data ownership is the security aspect which has usually been ranked the highest of the disadvantages that can be identified with cloud services. Today there is a lack of research on information ownership from an informatics perspective, as it is most often discussed from a legal perspective.In our study we interviewed six different companies that use cloud services, on which attitudes and reasoning they had on their information ownership. We compared these attitudes with the attitudes we identified in business literature and research on the subject. In business literature we found four recurring themes which were very clear about how a company should govern information ownership.Overall the results of our interviews showed that there is widespread ignorance at the companies on how information ownership in the cloud is regulated between the company and the cloud provider. All companies expressed that they had not experienced any change in ownership when they placed their data in the cloud, and they expressed no major concerns about how the ownership was handled.

Purpose:  The purpose of this thesis is to examine how the major car companies have been affected by the global financial crisis. We would also want to look at how revenues and profits have been affected, and what the consequences have been both within the company and the market in general. It?s also interesting to see how profitability and financial stability has been affected. We had chosen to do a ?before-after? comparison, and we chose to compare the years 2007 and 2009.Boundaries: We have chosen to concentrate on a corporation in the Asian market, more specifically Toyota.

SammanfattningSyfte: Syftet med denna studie var att studera patienternas upplevelse av delaktighet, information och bemötande på den urologiska avdelningen på Akademiska sjukhuset. Syftet var vidare att jämföra patientens upplevelse av delaktighet, information och bemötande, med hur viktigt patienten ansåg de olika områdena var.Metod: Studien var en deskriptiv, korrelerande tvärsnittsstudie med kvantitativ ansats. En enkät utformad för studien med 12 påståenden har besvarats av 61 patienter. Resultatet presenterades med en statistisk korrelations metod, där samvarians mättes mellan patientens egen bedömning och hur betydelsefullt det var för patienten.Resultat: Information och bemötande är viktigt för patienterna. Resultatet visar att information till patienterna är tillräcklig vid in och ut skrivning från avdelningen och är det är viktigt, förståelsen av information vid utskrivning bedöms som mycket viktig.

Bakgrund: Akutmottagningen är en enhet som erbjuder behandling och vård till akut sjuka eller skadade patienter. De patienter med störst behov utav vård går först, vilket kan leda till att mindre akut sjuka patienter prioriteras ned i köordningen. Det kan i sin tur leda till långa väntetider. Syfte: Att beskriva patienters upplevelse av att vänta på akutmottagningen. Metod: Allmän litteraturstudie.

This is a thesis on the Intranet use in the European Parliament. We investigated the use from a multilingual point of view, but also from a communication perspective. What we wanted to know was how a multilingual group, with presumably different computer skills, in the organisation handle the Intranet information. What are the positive and negative effects of a multilingual information exchange over an Intranet? To find out, we sent a questionnaire as an e-mail attachment to all members of a chosen committee and their assistants.

 Sammanfattning Syftet med studien var att värdera närståendes skattning av vårdkvaliteten på en intensivvårdsavdelning med hjälp av frågeformuläret KUPP (Kvalitet Ur Patientens Perspektiv). Antalet respondenter uppgick till 33 personer (10 män och 23 kvinnor) som valdes konsekutivt. Designen var en deskriptiv och komparativ studie med kvantitativ ansats. Den före detta intensivvårdspatienten vårdades på avdelningen 24 timmar eller mer. Resultatet visade att närstående skattade balans i vårdkvaliteten inom frågor som belyste vilken vårdutrustning som fanns tillgänglig, patientens medicinska vård, sjuksköterskors och undersköterskors engagemang, sjuksköterskors och undersköterskors empatiska och personliga förhållningssätt samt hela personalgruppens respekt i bemötandet av patienten. Bemötandet av släkt och vänner värderades också högt. Bristande vårdkvalitet skattades inom frågor som belyste information efter åtgärder, information om patientens vårdförlopp och vilken person som var ansvarig för patientens vård. Vissa intensivvårdsspecifika frågor som belyste möjligheten att få diskutera med personalen om otrygghet, mardrömmar och slem i luftvägar skattades som bristande vårdkvalitet.

This thesis examines which function the information technology may have in thechildren's library, with the example from two library computer programmes. One is anexpert system, Hedvig, which will help children to choose and to find books, and theother is a computer game, The mysterious signs, that will teach children library user education.The main question is: What conceptions do the project-leaders, the children'slibrarians and the children have concerning the function of these two programmes in thechildren's library?The study is based upon qualitative interviews with two projects-leaders, fourlibrarians, three computer programmers and twenty-eight children.The theoretical material consists of examples on other library computer programmesfor children developed in Denmark and USA, some American studies in children'sabilities to use computerized information retrieval systems, and studies concerningchildren's relations to computers.The adult's conceptions of the computer programmes are divided into categories asfollows: Democracy, aspect of sex, complement, marketing, reading promotion,development of competence, information technology development, pedagogics, adulteducational activities, compensation and armusement, pedagogics, usefulness,effectiveness and information. These categories shall be seen as the conclusions of the thesis..

The main purpose of this Master's thesis is to investigate the new librarians' experiences and skills in the context of their present work situation and the ongoing debate about the librarian's professional identity and status. Further, the authors wanted to find out whether the new librarians' experiences and knowledge developed throughout their education correspond to the requirements of the employers. Finally, they try to assess theimpact of the "academization" of the library schools on the status of the profession. The data consist of an opinion poll. The investigation is based on questionnaires distributed as a web survey.

Trots likartade operativa ingrepp upplever vi att det kan skilja mycket mellan behovet av smärtlindring postoperativt. Kanske erhåller patienten otillräcklig preoperativ information vilket skulle kunna resultera i onödig oro, som i sin tur kan påverka den postoperativa smärtupplevelsen. Målsättningen med den postoperativa smärtbehandlingen bör vara att förebygga smärtan snarare än att lindra den. Det är viktigt att förhindra att postoperativ smärta uppstår överhuvudtaget vilket medför minskad risk för uppkomst av kroniska smärtsyndrom. En förberedd och välinformerad patient kan hantera den postoperativa situationen bättre.

This paper examines the European Commission?s, newly established, ?Register of interest representatives? The analysis is divided in two parts, first I analyze the registers purpose, the kind, and detail, of information it contains and the different kinds of groups that are supposed to register. After that I analyze the organizations in the register more thoroughly, using a database of my own creation. The database was constructed with information drawn from the register, as well as information from external sources. Regarding the design and purpose of the register, I find that improvements in the design are needed, if the register is to fulfill its purpose.

The requirement on audit was introduced when ownership was separated from management. The situation that arouse was that not only the owners, but also the stakeholders, required information about the company?s financial position. On this basis the audit would contribute to quality assurance of the financial information. One of the auditor's functions is to assess an ongoing stakeholder opinion.

ABSTRACTPurpose/aim: To clarify what information is communicated through the PR-firm JKL:s blog, how it is communicated, how it relates to and diverges from the communication theories in point, and what the strategies behind the blogging are. By doing this I hope to contribute to the knowledge on corporate blogging and how it can be used.Material/method: Qualitative textual analysis of ten blog posts published on the JKL Blog and process seeking interview with the person in charge of the same blog.Main results: JKLs? blogging coincides to the most part with business intelligence, with the exception that the information doesn?t relate directly to the company?s? main activities. This is mainly due to that they can?t publish information about their customers or competitors.

A student at the Technical University in Jönköping was given an assignment from Falköping municipality. The assignment was to evaluate their IT systems 'users' awareness of information security and even present suggestions for IT-Users to improve their information security within Falköping municipality.Falköping municipality consists today of seven administrations. The target groups for the study of the information security are a pilot group consisting of 30 IT Users and four different managers from various administrations within Falköping Municipality.The purpose of this work is mainly to indicate an understanding of the importance of the information security knowledge among IT Users in Falkopings municipality, mainly those who use their smartphones and tablets for work-related activities.This work aims to answer the following questions:? How wide is the awareness of information security among municipality's IT users?? How can information security improve among the municipality's IT users?Theories that work consists of are mainly what information security is, how it is handled and the threats and risks that may create problems for the municipality, basically when IT Users use their smart phones and tablets.The Work Implementation started with sending surveys to a pilot group of IT- system users and the student even interviewed four general managers working in Falköpings municipality. Both the questionnaires results and interviews results are presented in diagram and text.The result from both surveys and interviews was very positive and it shows that the municipality investigated IT-Users are very aware and have knowledge about information security, when they use their smart phones and tablets.
