I föreliggande uppsats har jag undersökt några perceptoriska aspekter på röstens ålder. Dels testades hypotesen att vuxna människor kan uppskatta en vuxen rösts ålder på ±10 år med stimuli bestående av enstaka isolerade ord, och dels undersöktes om det fanns typiska och atypiska talare för sin ålder (dvs talare som lät lika gamla som de var respektive talare som lät betydligt äldre eller yngre än vad de var) genom att värdera lyssnare åldersuppskattningsförmåga för några utvalda talare..

This thesis is examining if the management, the managers and the employees have a differentpoint of view regarding the purpose and the expectations of a performance review. Additionally it is an assignment from the Swedish company Flexlink AB with the purpose of constructing a new template for their performance reviews. The assumption is that if you manage to create one template for performance reviews that meets the expectations at all levels of the organization, it will contribute to create a meaningful performance review.We decided to study this from an organizational cultural perspective, since the organizational culture plays a significant part in performance reviews. Performance reviews are systematic conversations between employees and managers related to planning, information exchange and developing the relationship. Previous research indicates that if employees are satisfied with their performance reviews, they prone to be more satisfied with their work situation and have a higher organizational commitment.

Introduction: Elderly people have much to gain when it comes to physical activity andresistance training. Ageing is a process that every human being has to go through. The mostimportant physical attributes changes, when it comes to handle everyday life and ailment thatusually occurs in the later stages of life. The thesis provides with the broad overview about the consumer awareness of the gender dimension within brand personalities. This bachelor thesis in tourism studies focuses on people's use of social media related to travel. The paper aims to provide a wider knowledge of tourist?s propensity to display destinations through social media and how they perceive others that display travelling. Background: In 1994 came the general prescription law in force for the district nurses with specific training in pharmacology and pathology in Sweden. Studiens syfte var att undersöka matematikundervisande lärares syn på  laborativ matematik samt läroböckers användning inom matematik. Hur ser lärare i årskurs 1-5 på ett laborativt arbetssätt kontra lärobokens användning inom ämnet matematik. Tillgängligheten och det laborativa materielets förekomst i undervisningen har undersökts. För att studera detta delades enkäter ut till verksamma lärare i årskurs 1- 5 på tre skolor i Kalmar kommun. Observationer har även genomförts för att närmare undersöka hur tillgängligt och naturligt materielet är för eleverna.
