Sexual harassment is something that has existed for several decades, and are something that still occurs today in many places around our society. In the fall of 2017, a movement called the Metoo-movement, started and spread across the whole world, which made an impact on many countries ? particularly Sweden. Serval women from different occupational groups started to share their stories to the media, about sexual harassment that they gone thru, in order to show that the perpetuators are just ordinary men in their industry, which is something that media previous misconception provided about. The first stories that reached the Swedish residents were from the Swedish film- and theater industry, and were also one of the most known and visible first call-out groups. They shared 703 different stories about sexual harassment to one of Sweden's leading newspapers, Svenska Dagbladet, in november of 2017.

In focus of this study lie students of an upper secondary school in a multicultural district, where more than 60 % of the students fail to reach the national goals for education. Since this particularly exposed group of students receives little Attention during my studies in the Special Educational Teacher Programme, I have felt an ever growing urge to examine this group closer. As a basis for this study stands theories on how children and youths, in particular those of immigrant background, need holistic consistency and continuity in order to be able to build a positive development of identity. The purpose of this study is to explore the possibilities of developing parent cooperation in a multicultural district, through finding out what teachers and parents expect and desire from parent cooperation. I also want to find out how parents and teachers think that a working parent cooperation affects the student.

This Master Thesis covers the concept of Green Cars. The background to the research area is the high and rapidly growing number of cars, which together with other factors ad to the pollution of the environment. Under the Kyoto agreement the signing members agreed to lower the emissions of green house gases, further on the EU has a 3-pillar strategy on carbon dioxide and cars. Included in the EU strategy is a voluntary commitment from the car industry to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from new cars. The easiest way of lowering the emissions is by using alternative fuels and engines.

The most predominant method for forest harvesting in Sweden is the cut-to-length method based on two-machines, a harvester that fells trees and cut them in a predefined length, and a forwarder which transports logs to a landing area for further transport to a processing facility. New machine solutions have to be much gentler to the ground than today?s machines. To be able to develop a forestry machine that preserves the terrain requires a proper understanding of the interaction between tire and soil.The goal of the project is to contribute to the existing knowledge of forest machine tire-soil interaction and to develop a tire-soil model that enables dynamic simulations of forest machines operating in rough terrain. The modeling has especially been focused on the interaction between tires and soft ground.A comparison of theoretical data of different WES-based terrain interaction models and a comparison test data from a full scale field test is presented.

Denna uppsats handlar om musik och rörelse skulle kunna vara en alternativ vägledningsmetod vid studievägledning för ungdomar med diagnosen ADHD/DAMP. Uppsatsskrivarnas huvudsyfte var att undersöka om musik och rörelse skulle kunna användas inom vägledning för att ge dessa ungdomar större möjligheter till ett mer kvalitativt underbyggt val till vidare studier. Undersökningen bygger på kvalitativa metoder genom intervjuer med studievägledare inom grundskola samt en aktiv studievägledare (verksam med ADHD-elever). Vi har också intervjuat en Tomatis terapeut (En metod som tränar hjärnan att prioritera, sortera och hantera sinnesintryck bättre) samt en användare av metoden. Resultaten vi kom fram till var att Tomatismetoden resulterade i stora förbättringar gällande koncentration och uppmärksamhet, samt att kvarvarande effekter bestod i minst sex månader.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilka strategier som är effektivast för att få hjälp och påkalla lärares uppmärksamhet i klassrummet samt om dessa skiljer sig mellan pojkar och flickor respektive årskurs två och sex.Frågeställningarna lyder: hur påkallar eleverna lärares uppmärksamhet och söker hjälp i klassrummet? Hur länge behöver eleverna vänta på hjälp?Metoden för studien är observation och totalt genomfördes 66 observationer i årskurs två och sex. Ett observationsschema med färdiga kategorier, grundade i tidigare forskning, användes. Tre typer av strategier för att be om hjälp och påkalla lärarens uppmärksamhet registrerades: handuppräckning, verbala strategier och fysiska strategier. De två förstnämnda observerades under lärarledd undervisning, medan samtliga strategier observerades under enskilt arbete.Flickor sökte överlag mer hjälp i klassrummet än vad pojkar gjorde.

Metoden ?r kvalitativ och har en narrativ ansats i analys och intervjuer. Intervjuerna genomf?rdes med vuxna kvinnor med diagnostiserad adhd.

Insufficient intake of vegetables is a reason for micronutrient deficiencies and malnutrition in developing countries. With urbanization, globalization and a growing world population it is of major importance to secure sufficient food supply for the world?s population. Part of the solution to increased food security among the world?s poor could be the introduction of vegetable home gardens, plots for small scale vegetable production which can provide households with sufficient vegetables as well as serve as an extra income source. The study Improving peri-urban home gardens aims at examining the existence of vegetable home gardens in the peri-urban areas of Hyderabad, India.

The overall purpose of this master essay is to investigate whether there is an interest among people near retirement to contribute with their knowledge and experience after they reach the defined retirement age. Furthermore, I would like to investigate if they want to continue with their old jobs, full time/part time or to do something else, which is beneficial to the society. I also want to find out how the older people view themselves to continuing to work. Also which types of social and structural barriers that might exist for them and why. The aim is also to investigate what types of knowledge and experience they believe could be used in the future community.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the role of regional development planning concerning a regional perspective of green structure and to reflect on its future role. The target group of the study is foremost practitioners but also students of regional planning and development. Three questions are examined. 1) What view concerning green structure has the regional planning body of Stockholm County Council (RTK) communicated through the years? 2) Has this view contributed to generating a common understanding concerning green structure among the actors in the county? 3) Has this common understanding been referred to by actors in discussions concerning how this green structure should develop? The empirical material consists of documents from rtk, the County Administrative Board, the municipalities of the county, a network of ngo:s, as well as interviews with representatives from the above mentioned organizations.

Energy issues are constantly increasing Attention in today's society. People's impact on Earth isentered in more contexts. Many discussions are about how the entire social structure needs to bestreamlined in order to achieve sustainability. The residential and service sector accounts for 39 % oftoday's total energy consumption in Sweden and the increasing electricity prices have made buyersmore interested in energy issues.There are many buildings in need of refurbishment today, including all the apartments that werebuilt in the 1970s to reduce the housing shortage at the time. 650 000 apartments of one millionapartments were built during the so-called the one million program and is currently in need ofrefurbishment.

The consumer today is affected by a considerably larger number of world surrounding factors than she used to be, borders between different cultures and other consumer differences are being erased to a growing extent. The consumer can easily get its inspiration from many different directions which become clear in the common life. We eat sushi for lunch, we?re driving German cars and we?re having dinner with international business partners. The community also exposes the consumer for a more intense noise from offers, impact and marketing.

In this paper we have chosen to focus on social workers and their experiences of interacting with clients with neuropsychiatric disabilities, in example persons with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), Asperger syndrome, autism and/or Tourette syndrome. The main purpose was to look into three areas: What knowledge do social workers mean that they need about neuropsychiatric disabilities and how can their needs of knowledge can be met? How do they experience the meeting with a person with neuropsychiatric disabilities? How does the cooperation function between authorities regarding persons with neuropsychiatric disabilities?Definition of the concept of disability and function from a historical perspective points out that the approach has changed over time. Previous research studies of the interaction in meeting between the client and the social worker shows that the social worker carries two faces, so called aspects. The first aspect is about help and care and the second aspect is about administrative functions.

Emerging infectious diseases are a recurring threat to both human and animal health. Understanding the multiple causes behind the emergence of new diseases is key to the prevention of new and potentially devastating outbreaks. The list of underlying causes is long, including a variety of anthropogenic, environmental, molecular and climatic changes that promote the emergence and spread of disease. Two of these factors are central to the emergence of new diseases and receive special Attention in this study. The spread of disease from wildlife to livestock and diseases that spread from animals to humans (zoonoses) are of importance as they implicated in the majority of EID events.

Title: "Everybody is talking about reception but what do they really mean?" - Teacher trainers' experience of work with aesthetic communication in perspective of a receiver with a special Attention to the reception of music. The purpose of this thesis is to study the notion of reception among a group of teachers at the department of education at Malmö University. Our principal aim is to illuminate reception in an educational context as well as experiences of the teachers´ work with aesthetic communication in perspective of a receiver within the main subject KME (Culture Media Aesthetics). We are paying special Attention to the reception of music since this is a part of our profession.
