AESA-teknik för framtida artillerilokaliseringsradar, en nödvändighet eller lyx?
Vi lever i en värld där teknikutvecklingen går allt snabbare och till synes exponentiellt och oförtröttligt kommer att fortsätta öka. Hur detta påverkar Försvarsmaktens val av tekniknivå för framtida sensorförmåga för artillerilokalisering kopplat mot operativa krav, interoperabilitet och ekonomi blir extra intressant när radartekniken befinner sig i ett generationsskifte. Beprövad teknik, internationella och militära krav på en artillerilokaliseringsradar ställs mot ny radarantennteknik, svensk forskning och utveckling av Aktiva Elektroniskt Styrda Antenner (AESA).Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida ny teknik är ett nödvändigt tekniksteg för artillerilokalisering eller är "gårdagens" teknik lika bra eller kanske till och med bättre i vissa användningsområden och situationer? Är AESA ett nödvändigt tekniksteg för artillerilokalisering?Metoden för uppsatsen är en jämförande litteraturstudie d.v.s. en kvalitativ textanalys utifrån en given teoriram.

Strömstad is a small city located on the Swedish west coast. Urbanization and development is acurrent issue for the municipally, as for many other in the current situation. The municipal housingcompany Strömstadsbyggen is one of the parties involved in the extensive development that mustbe implemented to meet the changes and developments which the issue holds.One area that is of interest in the discussion is Rådhusberget - this due to the existing infrastructureand unique qualities that the area holds. In order to achieve the best solutions possible for the area,Strömstadsbyggen wishes to listen to what the existing tenants at Rådhusberget thinks and feelsregarding the area and its future potential.This thesis has therefore been carried out in collaboration with Strömstadsbyggen and has beenaimed at identifying the current tenants' thoughts and opinions in the existing area of developmentand infill potential. The aim of this work was also to investigate how the tenants value their homeand local environment in its current state, and what their wishes are for the possible futuredevelopment of Rådhusberget.To achieve analyzable results concerning how the tenants perceive these aspects, an extensivesurvey have been carried out which were sent out to all tenants in the area.

The cost of capital for traded companies is basically assessed on information from thefinancial market. Small and non-traded companies are lack of this necessary financialmarket information in order to determine an appropriate equity risk premium and tocompute the cost of capital.In the absence of financial information necessary for an external investor, it is difficult toevaluate a non-traded company with the Capital Asset Pricing model (CAPM), which isbased on the financial market information. It measures only the systematic risk, which isthe contribution of one share to the market risk of a portfolio. Matchmaking i mobilen : En studie om Tinder som dejtingapplikation
Smarttelefoner med applikationer har öppnat upp för nya kommunikationsmöjligheter. Denna studie undersöker den kontaktskapande applikationen Tinder, utifrån användarnas upplevelse av applikationen.Tinder är en positionsbaserad kontaktskapande realtidsapplikation som har flera miljoner användare världen över. Varje användare måste koppla upp sin profil mot Facebook, varifrån profilbilder, namn, ålder och gemensamma vänner hämtas. I studien undersöktes hur unga vuxna i åldern 18-30år, bosatta i Stockholm förhåller sig till hur Tinders funktioner och gränssnitt bidragit till applikationens genomslag.Studien baseras på Normans sex designprinciper, enkätsvar från 120 personer samt intervjuer med användare inom målgruppen. Resultatet visade att anledningen till Tinders framgång är en kombination av tre faktorer.
Uppfattningen av den svenska redovisningstillsynen och tillsynens påverkan på goodwillredovisning
Bakgrund och problem: Efter införandet av IFRS 2005 har redovisning av goodwill visat sig vara ett problematiskt område rörande redovisning av förvärv och nedskrivningar. Studier har visat kopplingar till att tillsynen har inverkan på nedskrivningar. Den svenska tillsynen som sköts av börserna har kritiserats av både börsens övervakningschef såväl som av Föreningen för god sed på värdepappersmarknaden. Studier har visat att ett starkt tillsynsorgan bidrar till en jämnare tillämpning av IFRS.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att nå klarhet i hur den svenska redovisningstillsynen uppfattas av Large Cap-bolag i Sverige och hur tillsynen påverkar bolagens redovisning av goodwill.Avgränsningar: Studien har avgränsats till svenska börsnoterade bolag på Large Cap-listan som redovisar goodwill.Metod: Primärdatan är insamlad genom kvalitativa semi-strukturerade intervjuer med alla respondenter förutom med en person som intervjuades via ett mejlformulär. Primärdatan har sedan indelats i kategorier och analyserats med hjälp av tidigare studier inom området.Resultat och slutsatser: Uppfattningen av redovisningstillsynen hos de tillfrågade respondenterna är att tillsynen är bristfällig i sättet granskningen utförs.
Odlingsmetodernas påverkan på vitaliteten hos Prunus avium :
The objective of this study was to get a better understanding of how the cultivation methods influence the vitality in Prunus avium. The purpose was also to examine if there was any differences in shoot growth and trunk expansion depending on the method of cultivation. To find the answer to this question a literature study and a case study has been done.
The literature study concerns the concepts vitality and stress. Different definitions of these concepts are shown and their connection whit establishment is explained. In the background the species Prunus avium, and the four method of cultivation that are included in this case study are described.
Measurements of the shoot growth and trunk expansion were made in this study, and as a complement to these methods, a visual estimate of the vitality was made.
Medstops positionering : En fallstudie om ett nytt apoteks positionering utifrån konkurrenskraft
The aim of this thesis is, from a business perspective, to examine how the pharmacy chain Medstop is working with their positioning in order to achieve competitiveness in the re-regulated pharmacy market. This is studied through a theoretical framework that demonstrates five forces that affects the competitiveness in an industry, the five-force model by Michael Porter.The thesis is a qualitative case study where data collection was done through interviews, literature, articles, websites and internal information from Medstop. The data was then complied into the theoretical perspective the authors have chosen for this paper, the five-force model by Michael Porter. This model was chosen because it gives a broad description of the competition a company faces by describing five different forces that affect the competition within a branch. The fact was collected on the basis of the marketing strategy positioning, and the essay is written from a business perspective.Our cunclusions are that the pharmacy chain Medstop are in their initial positioning and has chosen to position itself on the basis of their core values; credibility, safety and security.

The goal of this work has been to search historical materials, to identify the park's historical development, to prepare proposals on measures and that work should be the basis for further research. The aim has been to train us in searching for and use of materials and to gain an understanding of the process of work with older plants. In the process we have sought and found materials in archives, through literary and oral sources, and email
contacts.
Because of its excellent location perched on an islet in the low landscape Näsbyholm was long a fortress. The old castle on Näsbyholm was from the late 1400s but the site was
fortified much earlier. The islet was at this time completely surrounded by water and there was a drawbridge over the narrow waterline.

Sweden is facing a shift in generation where the people born in the 1940s are starting to retire which results in consequences. Before the year of 2013 more than 180 000 companies will have to change owner. A study indicates that the majority of all Swedes in the age of 18-70 can consider becoming company owners.Only ten percent of the companies for sale will reach the company broker and another 15 percent will be mediated by legal experts and accountants. This means that 75 percent of the companies for sale will not be available for the public market. As a potential buyer this is a problem.
Faktorer som påverkar valet av kapitalstruktur : En kvalitativ studie av svenska industriföretag
Bakgrund: Finanskrisen 2008 påverkade kreditmarknaden och konsekvensen blev att företag fick det allt svårare att få lån beviljade samtidigt som lånevillkoren försämrades. Detta borde påverka företagens finansiering då de inte har samma möjlighet att välja sin kapitalstruktur och på så sätt utnyttja de fördelar som lånefinansiering medför. Vidare är det fortfarande oklart vad som påverkar företags val av kapitalstruktur. Det finns få kvalitativa studier gjorda inom ämnet varför det är av intresse att studera kapitalstrukturen och dess påverkande faktorer ur ett djupare perspektiv.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att studera vilka faktorer som påverkar företags val av kapitalstruktur och hur arbetet kring kapitalstrukturen ser ut samt studera om det förändrats till följd av finanskrisen 2008.Metod: Studiens metod är av kvalitativ karaktär och åtta företag har deltagit. För att uppnå studiens syfte har en representant från respektive företag intervjuats vilket tillsammans med tidigare forskning och teorier har legat till grund för diskussionen i analysen och de slutsatser som författarna har konstaterat.Slutsats: En mängd olika faktorer påverkar valet av kapitalstruktur men den främsta faktorn är verksamheten som bedrivs, vilka strategier och förutsättningar bolaget har.

Competition of spruce fiber raw materials has increased dramatically in the last few years, leading to the fact that transportation costs in the current situation represents a much larger share of the total raw material cost. The Holmen-owned pulp industry Hallsta Paper Mill's location on the coast also constitutes a problem, because of the lack of raw material, which is much larger there, than for a pulp mill located in the hinterland. For a coastal industry it?s therefore natural to import much of the raw material by boat or to buy it from the timber terminals, in order to maintain good profitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the size of Hallsta Paper Mill timber supply area, without competition, with competition and with terminal use, affects the company ?s transport costs.

Prevalence of selected infectious diseases in Samoan dogs
SCA is the largest private owned forest owner in Sweden, with an ownership of 2 million hectares of productive forestland. To manage the planning of such large areas and to fit the traditional organization structure of a Swedish forest company, the planning approach is subdivided into three stages; strategic, tactical and operational.
The strategic part, based on a statistic sample of stands, returns a harvest level estimate which should then be implemented at actual sites in the tactical part. This procedure can lead to incompatible solutions as the strategic solution is not necessarily possible to translate into actual sites in the tactical plan. The geographic aspect is important in tactical planning due to the large costs for moving equipment and maintenance of a large number of forest roads.
