Syftet med denna uppsats är att se möjliga effekter av ett förvärv på företagets ekonomiska ställning. Denna studie är en kvantitativ studie med deduktiv ansats, vi har använt oss av sekundär data och med en metod som heter nya RIV metoden. Med hjälp av RIV metoden har vi med flera olika formler och beräkningar nått vårt resultat som säger att företag fått negativ ekonomisk ställning vid förvärv..

Erosion in coastal areas is a common problem all around the world. The range of the problem depends on several factors, i.e. type of bed-rock and soil, wind and wave climate. Another factor is whether the area is of high interest, i.e. if the area is important for tourism and recreation, if there are houses and other buildings close to the shoreline or if it is a site of special scientific interest.

Svartedalens nature reserve a social richness worth develop. The nature reserve of Svartedalen is an area of high biological and social values. The reserve is located close to several densely populated areas. The reserve has been classified as a national area of interest for nature conservation and outdoor life, and as a Natura 2000 area according to both the bird- and habitat directions. The reserve is the largest landarea in Västra Götaland, 3 410 hectares, where a resolution has been made about all these forms of protection. The foundation Skogssällskapet owns 1 956 hectares of the reserve, at 1 384 hectares of the property they pursue FSC-certified silver culture, according to current management plan.

The object of this master's thesis is to study students writtenappendixes for their first-year-essay, (A-uppsats). In theappendixes the students are asked to describe their search forinformation within five areas; strategy, resources, terminology,analysis and usefulness. The appendixes for the years 2006-2009are studied, 184 appendixes consisting of one A4 page each.This thesis focuses upon the study of resources, processes andfeelings displayed in the appendixes. The theories of Tom Wilson,Carol Collier Kuhlthau and Louise Limberg are used, as results ofother studies within the area. Connections with theories oninformation literacy are also made.The results show that students usually do as they are instructed bylibrarians if it is profitable for their studies.

I den här uppsatsen har vi testat Målbilder, som är en av de metoder som tagits fram för att försöka minska antalet misslyckade IT-projekt. Vi valde att genomföra ett arbete med metoden för att sedan generera så mycket erfarenhet som möjligt. Dessa erfarenheter har vi haft som mål att de ska kunna hjälpa personer eller företag som själva inte har någon kunskap inom området för att använda metoden. Detta för att kunna stärka sin verksamhet utan att behöva ta in dyra konsulter för ett så grundläggande steg som att ta reda på vad det är man egentligen behöver. Studien har gått till så att vi har studerat Målbilder för att sedan använda metoden på ett företag.

AbstractThis report was undertaken at the request of the Management and maintenancedepartment of Swedish National Road Authority (Vägverket Region Sydöst) inJönköping.In 1992, the management and maintenance of Swedish roads were laid out onexternal contractors. When putting out a tender for the work, the foundation isfrom a national set of rules which are in constant change. This report is limited towinter road upkeep.The trend in the invitation for tenders is that it is moving from the moreconventional executional demands towards the less controlling demands. Thedownside of functional, less controlling demands is that it is difficult to articulatehow to measure them. The order authority therefore has to find ways to makesure to get what has been paid for.In connection to the invitation for tender of winter road upkeep for 2005, the newset of rules, ATB Vinter 2003 was deployed.The main purpose of this thesis is to see which the big changes in the set of rulesare and how these changes affect the organisation and activities of the contractor.It is also studied how the changes in execution is perceived by road users and howit affects the possibilities of the contractor to come as a newcomer to a new areaof administration.Interviews and examination of sets of rules has led to a list of a number ofchanges that the contractors feel affect their work in any sense.Views from road users that have come in to the order authority have beenscrutinized to see how they have experienced the change.

The aim of this thesis is to study the private owner structure in the Swedish forestry. This will be done with both a investigation of forest owners in Småland the year 2000 and 2001 and also a statistic research for the private forest owners in Sweden right now and over the years. In Sweden more than half of the total forest area is owned by private forest owner, witch is approximately 22 600 000 ha. Private forestry includes the owner categories private person, ordinary partnership and the estate of deceased persons. The main part of the private forestry is to be found in Norrland but also in the rest of Sweden private forestry constitute a large part of the forestry area.

Vårt syfte med undersökningen var att med hjälp av matematisk problemlösning, aktualisera regula de tri begreppet. Vi ville undersöka om metoden ökar elevernas förmåga till problemlösning, förståelse för begrepp och enhetsomvandlingar inom matematiken. Utgångspunkten togs i styrdokumentens mål för matematikundervisning. Regula de tri är ett gammalt tankesätt inom matematiken som funnits sedan urminnes tider men har de senaste 25 åren helt försvunnit. Regula de tri handlar om en metod att reducera problem.

The purpose is to understand the planning process for residential buildings and toinvestigate the consequences of the choices made in the process. The project will alsoprovide broader knowledge in the design and development under the current law andpractice.The goal is to present a proposal on how a city near the site where water can bedesigned from a sustainable perspective. How can a residential neighborhood be anenvironmentally sound and sustainable region? New systems and techniques havebeen presented previously in terms of sustainable environments and these are intendedof being used in the project Quarter Water-mirror.The project has been implemented on the computer program ArchiCAD in whichdrawings and visualizations have been carried out. These drawings are included asannexes to the report.For information, calculations and drawings, laws for physical planning and Swedishstandard have been followed.Residential buildings have been designed on a site, which is 2, 5 hectares.

By the same time as the recent enlargement of the European Union, where Poland became a member, it was officially stated that the gender mainstreaming-policy was to be integrated into every area of EU. NGO:s working as entrepreneurs for the gender mainstreaming norm in Poland supported the accession largely because they believed it would help spreading the norm also on a national level. Qualitatively analyzing the Polish case and the difficulties gender mainstreaming as a norm candidate meets with I contrast expectations with what could actually be EU:s role in this matter.Arguing that EU is a context with room for spreading norms by both bargaining and socialization, this paper takes a social constructivist approach. Gender mainstreaming as a norm is difficult for EU to apply on their members, and thus was not widely discussed during accession negotiations. In the same time.

The Röhsska museum in Gothenburg has recently launched a new work method, Backstage, that is studied and paralleled to the museums permanent exhibition on Japanese design. In Backstage the museums routine work is executed in full view of the museums visitors in an exhibition area. The study has focused on the museums intentions and the visitors? interpretations in Backstage and Japanese design, as well as the staff?s experience of the work method?s public aspects. The study?s empirical material has been collected through interviews with the museum staff as well as observations and interviews with visitors in both Backstage and Japanese design.

Rapporten behandlar sönderdelning av bok och björk med hjälp av stjärnsågning, även benämnd PrimWood-metoden. Arbetet påvisar förutsättningarna som finns för att tillämpa sågmetoden på dessa trädslag.Provsågningar indikerar att metoden kan överträffa den konventionella genomsågningsmetoden både kvalitets- och volymmässigt. Det skapas ett material med stående årsringar som marknaden efterfrågar till möbler, inredningar, golv och andra exklusiva produkter. Virket kan även vara mycket lämpligt utomhus vid rätt behandling. Råvaran av björk finns speciellt i Mellansverige medan bokråvaran finns i de tre sydligaste landskapen.En befintlig produktionsanläggning som tillämpar stjärnsågning finns i Högsby där huvudsakligen furu sågas och vidareförädlas.

I detta examensarbete beskriver jag Funktionsinriktad MusikTerapi (FMT) och mitt terapiarbete med två vuxna adepter med multifunktionshinder i ett sydfranskt boende.Med utgångspunkt från min frågeställning ?Hur mycket har rörelsemönstren, uthålligheten och beteenden hos dessa adepter ändrat sig positivt genom den strukturerande FMT-metoden?? kommer jag fram till följande resultat: Med hjälp av FMT har mina adepter fått ökad uthållighet och förbättrade rörelsemönster. I ett fall har även beteendet förbättrats tydligt..

Syfte och frågeställningar: Vår studie syftar till att beskriva och analysera socionomers uppfattningar och den roll MI-metoden har för deras arbete med klienter. Våra frågeställningar lyder:? Finns det några aspekter av MI-metoden som socionomerna lyfter fram som viktigare än andra? I så fall vilka?? Hur uppger socionomer att de tillämpar MI-metoden? ? Hur upplever socionomer MI-metoden som en samtalsmetod?Teoretiska perspektiv: I teorin beskrivs Habermas kommunikativa handlande där bland annat fyra handlingsbegrepp ingår samt Blumers teori om symbolisk interaktonism. Dessa två teoretiska perspektiv har vi som utgångspunkt i resultat ? och analyskapitlet.Metod: Studien utgår ifrån ett abduktivt angreppssätt medan undersökningsmetoden utgörs av ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt.

This study aims to investigate associations in two areas in Stockholm County with diverse socio-economic conditions. The study intends to examine the impact these differences have on what role the bureaucrats and politicians in the two areas think that the associations should have. Bureaucrats are those who design guidelines for associations and that is why they have an important role in the conditions of the associations. A comparison between the two areas has been made to see if the requirement in the guidelines for the areas are different according to where the members live. The two areas that have been used to compare the guidelines of associations are Danderyd municipal and the district Spånga-Tensta.
