Förändringar i affärsvärlden leder till att företag idag ständigt ställs inför nya utmaningar. Samverkan mellan affärsverksamheten och IT har därför blivit en viktig aspekt inom organisationer. Företag står inför problemet att hantera sina komplexa affärsprocesser, information och infrastruktur, relaterat till att IT bör ge maximala värden för affärsprocesserna. Det för att verksamheterna ska vara med i spelet bland de konkurrenskraftiga organisationerna, vilket leder till en av anledningar till att företagen kommer i kontakt med Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA kan ses som en helhetsbild av organisationen och dess information, applikationer och infrastruktur.

The aim of this study is to find a method to incorporate the energydemand of a building in the investment cost estimate.The study is based on an actual apartment block. The significant energyaspects are identified, and changed to more energy efficient options.These are then simulated using the energy calculation program VIP+.The calculated energy need is used in the investment cost estimate, andthe simulated alternatives are compared in regards to their economicalprofitability.Depending on the focus, different alternatives are the most advantageous.Since this study aims to show which alternative is the mosteconomically profitable, the annual profit is the parameter of mostimportance. This means that individual measuring of heating and hotwater use is the recommended change of the original house. A changeof the windows to new ones with a U-value of 1,0 as well as 0,8W/m2K also results in a positive change of the annual profit comparedto the original house..

Att designa en generell och utbyggbar mjukvara är inte enkelt, då det krävs en bred kompetens inom många olika områden. Vi belyser i detta arbete en del av problematiken kring design. Utgångspunkten är ett praktikfall vars målmiljö rör processer och integrationer. Huvudfokus ligger på designmönster, men även en bredare genomgång av ämnen så som utvecklingsmetodik, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services (WS) och utvecklingsmiljöer presenteras. Arbetet bedrivs i enlighet med riktlinjer från Rational Unified Process (RUP) och slutprodukten är en checklista på tre punkter.

Landscape Architecture is a visual profession, but other senses also affect our interpretation of a place. Sounds can give us a lot of information about an environment, and they are often perceived as positive. Despite this, research about outdoor sounds most often focus on the reduction of unwanted sounds ? noise ? but the absence of noise does not result in a good soundscape. To accomplish this, sounds we appreciate are needed.

The study aims to investigate the impact of industrialised homebuilding in the creation of the aestheticproperties of the dwelling Architecture.The concepts of industrialised homebuilding and the aesthetic properties of the dwelling Architecture aredefined by previously developed models. In these models, industrialised homebuilding is described byeight characteristic areas. The aesthetic properties of the dwelling Architecture are described by sevenaesthetic qualities.The study was conducted as a qualitative study, and in-depth interviews were conducted. The companyJM AB is the analysed unit that the author of this report has chosen to study. JM employees and by JMhiredarchitects were interviewed.The report concludes that characteristic area planning and control of processes are considered to havepositive impact on the aesthetic qualities if the process is designed in such a way that the creations ofthese are admitted.

Miljöledning och certifiering är verktyg i hållbarhetsarbetet som tvingar företag att tänka långsiktigt och samverkande. Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture har målsättningen att miljöcertifiera sig enligt standarden BREEAM. Företaget hoppas kunna öka intresset för dessa frågor i branschen i och med certifieringen. Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur Kjellgren Kaminskys intressenter värdesätter en miljöcertifiering enligt standarden BREEAM.

The ambition with this piece of work, a collaborative project between a landscape Architecture student and an Architecture student, is to design a centre for art and culture at Lilla Stenshuvud near Kivik in Skåne in the south of Sweden. Though the project draws upon existing plans for an institution like this on the site, it has been independently developed and can thus be regarded as a project sufficient in itself. During the work-in-progress a proposal has been shaped which considers the existing landscape and emphasizes its characteristics. Great effort has been invested in the centre?s location, and thereafter the work has focused on finding an expression for the art centre that connects to the specific character of the surroundings in this part of Skåne.

Uppsatsen avgra?nsar sig till sa?rskilda kvalitativa egenskaper som definieras av ISO/IEC FDIS 25010:2010 under kapitlet "Quality in use". Uppsatsen ga?r ut pa? att utva?rdera de kvalitativa egenskaperna och om SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) bidrar till dessa samt inom vilken aspekt av affa?rsnytta. Fo?r att svara pa? fra?gan var det relevant att utva?rdera begreppen Affa?rsnytta och Kvalitativ nytta samt definiera SOA. Resultatet fick vi genom kvalitativa intervjuer fra?n fyra respondenter som har deltagit i ett lyckat SOA projekt och har goda kunskaper inom SOA och dess koppling till affa?rsnytta inom olika aspekter. Utifra?n litteraturen och resultatet ser vi indikationer pa? att SOA bidrar till de utvalda kvalitativa egenskaperna.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the project Knitting House using art and architectural theories to question the forms of the project as well as the town planning in the area of Husby, a suburb to Stockholm. In order to stress the architectural issues in the area of Husby, the thesis examines the aim and intention of the project Knitting House. The project explores the standardized architectural form that was used and built under the Miljonprogrammet, through the years of 1960-1970 in the neighborhoods of Järvafältet. The thesis will also investigate some of the problems that arise when attempting to discuss knitting as a method used to perform Knitting House. This paper explores the relationships between public and private spaces, the areas in between them and how they interact. The claim made throughout the thesis is that Knitting House can function as a political catalyst by presenting a combined perspective of art, Architecture and politics to address the social and ethnic segregation in suburbs like Husby. .
