Our education at Halmstad University was completed with a degree project. Our task was to improve an already existing pneumatic damper to Nederman in Helsingborg. Overall we have made necessary calculations to make the design of the existing damper smaller. When these calculations were done, we moved on with an analysis of the existing damper in order to figure out what improvements could be made on each part of the damper. The result of this project is a smaller and a more supple design of a pneumatic damper. To this we have also created complete drawings, calculated material expenses; we have also created an assembly of a pneumatic damper in Catia v5..

Babies born prematurely are deprived of normal sensorimotor stimulation when placed in an artificial environment, the incubator. The aim of this project was to design a series of products that could promote the baby?s emotional and neurological development, and to facilitate parental bonding. The products designed in this project has a theoretical basis on the research available today on cognitive and emotional development in children born prematurely. They were developed in close cooperation with a group of parents and nurses in a neonatal intensive care unit.Presence is a product collection for developmental care, consisting of a mattress, a figure and a necklace. The mattress has vibration sensors that transfer the mother?s heart beat and speakers with recorded heartbeat and her voice.

 I detta examensarbete har metoder för design av en FPGA-baserad PCM-till-PWM-modulator för klass D-audioförstärkare testats och utvärderats. Rapporten diskuterar med stöd av matematisk analys och simuleringar interpoleringsmetoder, pulsbreddsmodulering, samplingsprocesser och sigma-delta-modulatorer. This report is a bachelor thesis work in the field of product development and design. The assignment has been to develop a solution for roof racks, normally used for cars, to fit on the open trailer models FS1425 and Alugance. A study was carried in conjunction with the Orthodontic department at Halmstad General Hospital in Sweden to investigate the possibility of reducing cost and manufacture time of dental implant drill guides. The current system involves sending a digital image in STL format to the Materialise factory in Belgium where information of the position of dental implants is translated onto a moulded mouthpiece. Drill guides are placed in the mouth piece which is then returned to the surgeon. The mouthpiece complete with drill guides is then placed in the patients mouth and used as a guide for the implant drill holes. The cost of 10000 sek and a turnaround time of 2 weeks gave rise to the need for a faster and cheaper solution.

Vår frågeställning som ska besvaras är: Hur upplevs designen på mjölkförpackningar? Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur konsumenter upplever olika mjölkförpackningar, svenska såväl som utländska, samt att ta reda på hur mejerierna och/eller de som designar förpackningarna tänker.
