Frågan om hur och när ett bindande avtal uppstår mellan två parter är en praktiskt viktig fråga i affärslivet. Den svenska avtalslagen behandlar ingåendet av avtal enligt anbud-acceptmodellen men inte de många andra modeller som kan ge upphov till avtalsbundenhet. Dessa modeller har istället fått utvecklas och preciseras i rättspraxis och doktrin. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka under vilka förutsättningar bindande avtal kommer till stånd i den svenska rätten och samtidigt översiktligt diskutera hur den framtida svenska avtalsrätten bör se ut.Uppsatsen behandlar den svenska avtalsrätten men analyserar även i stor utsträckning material från övriga nordiska länder. Detta eftersom lagstiftningen i dessa länder vad gäller allmän avtalsrätt uppvisar stora likheter.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to examine how librarian´s views of the users can vary for different types of materials in public libraries. We have seen that literature and reading are the central parts of the libraries in Sweden. All other types of media are traditionally seen as complements and in focus for the study is feature film as an example of these other medias. We examine policy documents to see the official view of the general target group of the libraries and compare it to the view of the users of feature films as expressed by the librarians. The study includes several different types of empirical materials such as interviews, observations and documents and the method used is case studies.

A high amount of dead wood is one of the most important prerequisites for high biodiversity on forest land in Sweden. Dead wood is most abundant in young forests, thinned forests, woodland key habitats and protected forest land. In old-growth forests most of the dead wood consists of logs and snags, whilst in managed forests a huge proportion of dead wood is made up of logging residues like stumps and FWD, fine woody debris (< 10 cm diameter). All these different types of dead wood may serve as substrates for epixylic bryophytes and lichens. However, few studies have been conducted on the relative importance of these different fractions of dead wood for the occurrence of bryophytes and lichens, especially when considering dead wood on thinned forest land.

Djur har genom alla tider varit betydelsefulla för människor på många sätt. Forskning har bland annat visat på djurs positiva påverkan på personer med psykiska problem. Vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie där vi genom semistrukturerade intervjuer tagit reda på hur våra informanter upplevt insatsen djurassisterad terapi (DAT). Syftet är att belysa denna metod genom att undersöka vilka erfarenheter de personer som genomgått DAT har av insatsen. Vårt material består av fyra personers utsagor, och varje informant harintervjuats individuellt.

The study was carried out at the Kungsängen Research Centre, Department of Animal Nutrition and Management, Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences, Uppsala. The technical development in dairy production has resulted in a housing system where feeding and milking is done automatically without human contact, a so called automatic milking system. The motives for utilising an automatic milking system, is to increase the animal welfare and to decrease the need for manual labour. However, the system does involve a change for the animals, among the effects is the deprival or the diminishment of a chance for synchronous behaviour and the animals have to agree among themselves in which order they use the feeding stations and the milking unit itself. How and if this affects the animals well-being and production is yet to be solved. This study presents a holistic view of which factors small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have to consider, in moving their customer order decoupling point (CODP) further from the customer, thereby becoming more customized. The study also investigate whether SMEs and larger enterprises differ in the strategic questions relating to what influences an enterprise to become more customized, which prerequisites are required and which problems enterprises should anticipate and prepare for. These questions are important, given that strategic change is challenging, and can take considerable time to accomplish; it therefore needs to be based on the right decisions. This study is motivated by the fact that the markets SMEs are selling to tend to become more and more complex and harder to anticipate. Immunmedierad trombocytopeni (IMT) är en vanlig rubbning i primära hemostasen och uppstår som en konsekvens av för tidig destruktion av trombocyter (blodplättar). Denna destruktion beror på en ökad produktion av trombocytbundna antikroppar (platelet-bound antibodies, PBA) som binder in till antigen i trombocytväggen. Antikroppsproduktionen, som är en immunologisk process, kan dels uppstå spontant genom en autoimmun reaktion (primär IMT), eller triggas av infektioner eller neoplasier (sekundär IMT). Diagnosticering av IMT, och då syftas framför allt på primär IMT, sker främst utifrån uteslutande av andra bakomliggande orsaker, då en specifik diagnostisk metod inte finns tillgänglig. Tester för att påvisa PBA finns, men deras betydelse för både diagnostik och prognos har länge varit oklar. Denna uppsats syftar till att sammanfatta forskning som finns tillgänglig om betydelsen av påvisande av PBA vid IMT, men även forskning kring den immunologiska bakgrunden till sjukdomen.

The aim of this study is to examine how work at music departments in public libraries has changed with time. To analyze this, the role of music libraries as well as music library users, selection, holdings, acquisition and technological development have been examined. The examined data consists of qualitative interviews with music librarians and library assistants at public libraries in Sweden. To get a time perspective, handbooks and articles about music departments in libraries have also been analyzed.This study emanates from Sanna Talja?s discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland.

Vi hade som avsikt att med denna uppsats undersöka vilka effekter berättande tv-reklam har på konsumenter. Mer specifikt var syftet att studera vad konsumenter kommer ihåg av tv-reklam som är uppbyggd av storytelling, men även hur de beter sig då reklamerna visas och vad som gör berättande tv-reklam intressant. Studien utgick ifrån fyra företag som använder sig av berättande tv-reklam, dessa företag agerar på den svenska marknaden och är: ICA, Din El, Norrlands Guld samt Telia.Undersökningen var av kvantitativ art, med en enkät som underlag för insamlingen av empiri. Även teorier har granskats och sammanställts för att bygga en stadig grund och har fungerat som utgångspunkt inför analys och slutsatser. I studiens resultat fann vi att det är viktigt att varumärket har en tydlig koppling till tv-reklamen.

Wound care of the horse?s distal part of the leg is challenging. Due to that distal limb wounds are easily enlarged, infected and generally heal slower than wounds on the body of the horse, the need for improved wound nursing arise. One way of improving wound nursing is to evaluate new ways of healing treatment. In this study, evaluation was made of a new product consisting of lactic acid bacteria and honey.

Today, equine breeding is based on performance and conformation, resulting in a vast variation in fertility among different horses, with noticeable economic losses as a consequence. The horse breeding industry is therefore in need of methods that diagnose the spermatozoa concerning their quality and provide the best sperm for AI. The commonly used selection methods for sperm today are: centrifugation, where extender is added, the sample is centrifuged and then resuspended; swim-up self-migration; adherence separation; and density gradient centrifugation. However, none of these methods are in used routinely in practice before inseminating mares with fresh or cooled semen. The aim of this study was to evaluate a new selection method, Single Layer Centrifugation (SLC), and its effect on sperm viability. The viability was analyzed with regard to membrane integrity and membrane stability of ejaculated spermatozoa.

I dagens konsumtionssamhälle bombarderas tevepubliken ständigt med reklamfilmer om olika produkter och tjänster. Trots ett konvergerande medielandskap med en uppsjö nya teknologiska innovationer har televisionen bevarat sin starka ställning i de svenska folkhemmen och är fortfarande det mest frekvent använda mediet bland barn. Med gemensamt intresse för reklam och dess påverkan som utgångsläge förde Piagets teori om barnets kognitiva utveckling oss in på att närmare undersöka hur barn påverkas av tevereklam sett ur ett föräldraperspektiv. Syftet med studien var att bidra till en ökad förståelse kring hur föräldrar upplever att barn påverkas av tevereklam som sänds med intentionen att sälja produkter.För att besvara forskningsfrågan genomfördes en totalundersökning på en avgränsad population bestående av föräldrar med barn mellan fyra och sex år på nio förskolor i Karlstad. Till vår hjälp tillämpades två olika metoder - enkätundersökning och samtalsintervjuer.Totalt fanns det 227 presumtiva respondenter i populationen varav 85 föräldrar valde att medverka i studien. Vi närmade oss forskningsfrågan genom att mäta samband och olikheter i påverkan mellan en rad olika faktorer såsom konsumtionsmängd, ålder och föredragen kanaltyp.
