Syfte och frågeställningar: Syftet med denna studie av de globala mediekanalerna CNN och Russia Today är att tydliggöra vilka ståndpunkter som framförs i de undersökta medierna ochatt försöka kartlägga hur Ukrainakonflikten mer övergripande förmedlas. Frågeställningarna är: vilka är skillnaderna och likheterna i kanalernas nyhetsförmedling av händelserna? Vilketbudskap förmedlas av respektive nyhetskanal gällande konflikten? Hur förmedlas budskapen genom ordval? Hur förmedlas budskapen genom källor?Metod och material: Metoden som studien använder sig av är innehållsanalys på ett materialsom är kodad enligt Krippendorff-modellen.Huvudresultat: Skillnader och likheter existerar mellan mediekanalerna CNN och RT i deras nyhetsförmedling och hur budskapen förmedlas. Skillnaderna består i ordval och källor, likheterna består i användningen av källor som uteslutande stödjer påståenden. Budskapensom förmedlas är pro-ukrainskt (CNN) och anti-ukrainskt (RT) och budskapen förmedlas genom laddade ordval och kontextuellt relevanta källor..

During September 2010, Google decided to change their trade mark policy to allow keywords which is equal to an already own trademark to be offered to all who intend to link the word to their ad. They offered a service for this called Adwords. The update followed since The Court Of Justice (CoJ) stated that Google does not commit trade mark infringement by doing this. The question to answer is whether the proprietors of trademarks can do something to stop them from being used by competitors as keywords in Adwords. CoJ has stated that the advertisers are infringing the exclusive right of a trademark if the used keyword is identical to the trademark, the commercial focuses on products that is identical to the products which are registered on the trademark and if the commercial makes it difficult or impossible to an average internet user to decide whether the products originate from the proprietor, a company which has a financial connection to the proprietor or a third party.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to examine how librarian´s views of the users can vary for different types of materials in public libraries. We have seen that literature and reading are the central parts of the libraries in Sweden. All other types of media are traditionally seen as complements and in focus for the study is feature film as an example of these other medias. We examine policy documents to see the official view of the general target group of the libraries and compare it to the view of the users of feature films as expressed by the librarians. The study includes several different types of empirical materials such as interviews, observations and documents and the method used is case studies.

Bakgrund: Barns och ungas psykiska hälsa har försämrats sedan 1990-talet. Förekomsten av mobbning ligger på samma nivå sedan samma tid. Mobbning och kränkningar har negativa effekter på barns psykiska hälsa. Skolsköterskor har en central roll vad gäller att främja skolbarns hälsa.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva hur skolsköterskor ser på sin roll i arbetet mot mobbning och kränkningar i skolan. Metod: Kvalitativ metod med induktiv ansats. Elva  e-postintervjuer har analyserats med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Resultat: Resultatet presenteras i fyra teman.

This thesis examines the verification of the terms and conditions stated in contracts based on the Public Procurement Act. In March 2013 the Swedish state procurement commission released " Good Business - A Strategy for Sustainable Public Procurement " (SOU 2013:12), which found that the proportion of control and verification is relatively low. The thesis examine how verification is carried out and looks for an explanation to why verification is not more oftenly performed. To answer these questions two care studies, based on seven semi-structured interviews, is presented as the empirical material. Network theory has been used to analyse the empirical results, and aspects of commonly used theories such as contract management and "Markets and Hierarchies" by Williamson has also been taken into account.

Denna undersökning presenterar och analyserar Ugandas regerings metoder för att hejda den interna terrorism som plågat landet i drygt 20 år. Studien är en teorikonsumerande fallstudie och den utgår från landets terrorismlagstiftning från 2002. Syftet är att undersöka på vilket sätt terrorlagstiftningen påverkar de mänskliga rättigheterna och om detta kan få konsekvenser för möjligheten att bygga en stabil fred. Analysen visar att Ugandas lagstiftning inte följer de för undersökningen uppställda normer för hur stater bör arbeta mot terrorism. I studien kritiseras bland annat de vaga definitionerna av vad som ska klassas som terrordåd samt regeringens kränkningar mot grundläggande fri- och rättigheter.

AbstractThis study examines factors in school that could contribute to or counteract the experience of inclusion of persons who have been diagnosed in the field of autism spectrum disorder. The information was gathered through qualitative interviews and processed to be presented in the results.The results show that respondents found it difficult to concentrate when in school because of the environment. They experienced no coherence in learning situations, they may not get answer as to why information should be carried out and saw no point to have breaks. Furthermore, they experienced no problems to orientate in school or to follow the schedule. The results also revealed that the respondents had at least one teacher with whom they felt that the relationship was positive.

This control is mainly given by the combination of the cars springs, shock absorbers and anti-roll bars.The aim of this report is to investigate, analyze and measure a Porsche Boxster?s turn in behaviour and roll dynamics as well as with the aid of simulation results give suggestions for improvement of the previous mentioned combination.Two different simulations were made, one based on a simpler model that was based on an evolved version of the bicycle model in Matlab and one was more advanced model in the simulation software rFactor. Measurements of the real car was made using a GPS-based measurement system.

Gastric and intestinal disorders are common and costly human health problems worldwide. Helicobacter pylori are a gram-negative, pathogen bacteria and the most common cause of duodenal and gastric ulcer in the stomach the intestinal mucosa. Prolonged infection and colonization can lead to chronic gastritis and stomach cancer. H. pylori are present in the gastric and intestinal mucosa of half of the world population and a relation between infection and low socioeconomic status has been shown.

Media depend on SwAF to provide them with accurate information due to the confidentiality in these matters and the general area of investigation is therefore how the actions of the Swedish Armed Forces, in the submarine incident 2014, were portrayed in the Swedish media. Newspapers and blogs of defense policy represent the media and the thesis is based on the theories constructed by Graham Allison, the rational actor, organizational behavior and governmental politics. Furthermore, it is relevant to examine if there are any similarities or differences in how the submarine incident is illustrated, and what may be the reason for any possible occurrences.

AbstractAttitudes towards the reference situation and the meetings between library users and librarians have become the subject of much debate in the library setting today. The aim of this two years master´s thesis has been to examine six librarian?s attitudes and apprehensions concerning the interactions between the librarian and the users in the library setting. We were also interested in knowing how a library can work to become more service oriented and customer centred. We conducted six interviews with librarians located at three different libraries in Sweden.

Bakgrund: Användandet av Internet och kommunikationen via sociala medier harökat betydligt och för många människor har det utvecklats till att blien del av vardagen. Detta gäller även medarbetare på ett företag. Företag och organisationer bör ha förståelse för och ta hänsyn till attsociala medier utgör en viktig kommunikationskanal och inse att deras medarbetare är representanter för företaget och fungerar som ambassadörer för varumärket.Syfte: Vi vill skapa djupare kunskap för hur sociala medier fungerar som en modern kommunikationskanal och hur det påverkar varumärken. Vi vill även skapa förståelse för eventuella motiv till att kontrolleramedarbetares användande av sociala medier och vilka komplikationer detta kan medföra, både externt och internt.Metod: Uppsatsens ansats är abduktiv och vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod. Utifrån en semistrukturerad intervjuguide har vi intervjuat fempersoner på olika företag.

This thesis analyzes the effects of export subsidies on Swedish cereal export. The analyzes are based on data on cereal export from Sweden to countries outside the EU from 1990 to 2003. In 1995 Sweden became a member of the European Union. Before the membership, the Swedish agricultural policy was decoupled in a larger sense than the European CAP was, which means that the Swedish producers had decreased their production more than the European farmers. When Sweden became a member of the EU the production started to increase again to an EU level.
