Denna uppsats handlar om komponerandet av musik till musikdramatik, främst opera. Jag beskriver ett antal kompositionstekniker som kan användas för att gestalta olika känslor och stämningar i dramats handling. De tekniker som jag har valt att presentera är sådana som jag själv använt i komponerandet av den kammaropera som jag har arbetat med i samband med detta C-arbete. I avsnitten om kompositionsteknikerna ger jag en kortare redogörelse över varje kompositionstekniks historia och ger exempel ur min egen kammaropera. Avslutningsvis diskuterar jag konstnärlig frihet i relation till kompositionstekniker och den musikaliska uttolkningen av olika aspekter i dramat, samt blandningen av olika musikstilar och kompositionstekniker i kammaroperan..

AbstractOne opinion among people who are experienced in hand rearing newborn mammals is that goat milk is more suitable than cow milk if the young needs a milk replacer. The purpose of this literature review was to find out if there is scientific evidence that goat milk is a better milk replacer for piglets, rat pups and foals than cow milk. The milk is essential for the newborn animal, as its only source of nutrition until it has learned how to eat solid food. In this literature review, the composition of goat milk and cow milk is compared with the nutrient requirements after birth in piglets, rat pups and foals. The nutrient requirements and the milk composition are partly determined by the newborn mammals activity level and suckling frequency, which also is described.

Feline odontoclastic resorptive lesion (FORL) is a tooth disease affecting both domestic and wild cats. Although FORL was described as early as the 1920´s, the etiology is still unclear. Several hypotheses have been presented but different studies have obtained contradictory results, and today there is no generally accepted etiology. Teeth affected by FORL are characterized by root resorption with progressive destruction of the tooth structure and alveolar bone as a consequence of clast cell activity. The disease is considered very painful when reaching a certain stage.

This thesis is dealing with how students living in a student corridor experience the circumstances in their corridor. The aim is through interviews with students living in the corridors get a inside look at their situations. I want to examine how changed conditions of life, new meetings and new experiences will influence their personalities. How are the students living in the corridors affected by conflicts and how do they protect themselves from the influence of the rest of the group living there? In addition to that I want to know what they think is important prioritises throughout their student time, like if there are anything important that a student should take time to do beside the studies.

Uppsatsen Kampen om staden - En prövning av gränser undersöker relationen mellan den olagliga fasadkonsten och den lagliga fasadkonsten samt konstinstitutioner i Malmös centrala delar. Studien bygger på en icke-deltagande observation där målpunkter för de tre enheterna identifieras och kartläggs. Stadsvandringen mellan målpunkterna är slumpmässig för att pröva om graffiti uppstår utanför sina målpunkter. Detta för att undersöka om graffitin prövar de andra enheterna i det offentliga rummet. Diskussion av resultatet belyses genom teori kring offentliga rum, territorium skapande i staden, stadens rytm och process samt planerarens och arkitektens roll i skapandet av offentliga rum.

Examensarbetets syfte har varit att undersöka elevers tankar om hållbar utveckling och konsumtion. Med min undersökning ville jag ha svar på vilken kunskap eleverna har om hållbar utveckling, hur de använder sin kunskap i egen konsumtion samt varifrån de har fått sin kunskap. Resultaten har baserats på en enkätundersökning och intervjuer med elever i år 6, i en ort med goda socioekonomiska förhållanden i södra Sverige. Resultaten har visat att eleverna har en relativt låg kunskap och att lärandesituationerna i skolan är få inom området hållbar konsumtion. Jag har i min undersökning sett tydliga samband mellan elevernas kunskap, attityd och handling..

A business is always dependent on its customers. It is therefore important to ensurethat customers are satisfied with the product and the warranty included.The study was conducted in cooperation with the building contacting companySkanska Sweden. The aim is to use interviews to collect and process experiences in order to answer the question: How should the recovery process in the construction industry be performed to ensure a professional handling of warranty? The results have shaped my conclusions and I have turned them into a proposal that companies in the industry can benefit from. The study indicates that the industry is not geared for a five year warranty, which was introduced in 2004 and 2006.

Today's research on animal assisted interventions (AAI) has focused on the positive effects on humans. Dogs used for AAI are an expanding market, but the research on this area hasn't followed the increasing use. The few studies on dogs in this field mostly observed their cortisol-levels and are very ambiguous. I have observed the behaviour of dogs working with AAI compared to when they are off-duty to see how they are affected by their work. Their handlers where also told to make an assessment of the dog's emotions during the session.

The soybean can be used in multiple ways, and its high oil content makes it suitable for extraction. Soy bean meal, a by-product of the oil extraction, is a good source of protein with a high feeding value, and is therefore used in a number of different animal feeds. Further, soy bean meal has a low production price, which is one of the reasons for the extensive export of the product. There is a great demand for vegetable-based proteins, especially in the organic production where synthetic amino acids are banned. However, the current production of soy beans is not environmentally sound and that combined with the long transport distances amplifies the need of finding a locally produced protein source.

Syftet med den här kandidatuppsatsen har varit att studera vilken legal status tentamen och tentamensvar samt elev- och studentbetyg har i svensk rättstillämpning med hjälp av frågorna är tentamen och tentamensvar allmänna handlingar samt är elev- och studentbetyg allmänna handlingar? I uppsatsen har den traditionella juridiska metoden tillämpats. Utredningen visar att tentamen samt tentamensvaren av Kammarrätten i Stockholm definierats som offentliga allmänna handlingar först efter att tentamen slutförts, eftersom de omfattas av provsekretess. Av de rättsfall som redovisats i uppsatsen kan konstateras att betygsdokument de facto är allmänna handlingar. För friskolor gäller dock att betygen blir allmänna handlingar först när betygen når kommunen..

Respiratory infections are one of the major causes of disease in sheep throughout the world. In the beginning of 2008 the Swedish National Veterinary Institute and the Swedish Animal Health Service together started a project about respiratory infections in Swedish sheep. This study is an initial part of that project and the aim of this study was to investigate different sampling possibilities with focus on nasal swabs. This study is composed partly of a literature review on causative agents of respiratory infections in sheep and existing sampling methods, and partly of an experimental study comprising 56 sheep. These sheep were sampled with both an ordinary nasal swab and a guarded nasal swab. Before the start of this study there was to our knowledge no described method for sampling sheep with a guarded swab.
