This project concerns a new lower and mid level compulsory school in the currently developing area of Annedal, northwest of central Stockholm. According to the given program, the school should hold 500 pupils and 100 pre-school children. As an addition to the given program, my suggustion holds a sports hall and a public library.In my project, my ambition has been to investigate how to create an inspiring and exiting place for kids to inhabit and, at the same time, create an activated, central place in a developing suburb. The latter has resulted in the two program-related additions, which purposes is to extend the hours during which the area is activated and to create additional incitements for visiting the building. Both additions are chosen based on lack of service in the area. Architectually, I've been inspired by the medieval castle which has been used as an inspirational resource for the parts of the school holding classrooms.

The Methodology used to gather empirical materials for this thesis has been different types of interviews. The interviews have been mainly unstructured personal interviews directly with our respondents, due to limiting factors some of the interviews have been carried out via phone or email.The theoretical framework consists of literature from well-recognised authors and is divided into four different parts: Insourcing & Outsourcing, Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Management, China & Intercultural understanding. The empirical foundation has been gathered from a great variety of different sources in an attempt to cover the many complex Angels in which this subject can be looked upon. Chinese students, managers in international companies with experience from China, Chinese employees in Swedish companies and different people with good knowledge of different areas of China are all among our respondents.In our conclusion we have reached the three following conclusions for why one should start a ?bridge building? enterprise in between qualified Chinese human capital and Swedish structure capital: 1.

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka om det finns något gemensamt samband eller bakgrund som dessa personer delar, t ex sociala förhållanden, uppväxtmiljöer etc. Vi vill på detta sätt se om det finns gemensamma nämnare över landet rörande de personer som rekryteras av kriminella MC gäng i Sverige i dag. Bakgrunden till denna rapport är att vi tror att det finns ett intresse av denna kunskap bland blivande poliser samt att denna kunskap inte är så väl dokumenterad i den litteratur som vi sökt rörande ämnet. När litteraturen inte svarar på de frågor vi har i denna rapport har vi sökt svaren genom intervjuer med poliser som är väl insatta i problemet vid respektive polisområde. De polisområden som vi har valt i denna rapport är Skåne, Stockholm och Västerbotten detta för att få en geografisk spridning över landet, samt att vi inledningsvis tror att mängden MC relaterad brottslighet i de olika polisdistrikten är betydande.

Problem: On the basis of the franchisees role and how he look up on his role in his business, should one like the Swedish Law applies characterize the franchisees role as the role of a contractor?Purpose: The purpose with this research is too survey the franchisee in his business and how he looks upon his role as a franchisee and see if this like the Swedish Law states be characterized as the role of a contractor.Methodology: By doing a proportional stratified selection within the the Swedish Franchising community, nine semi structured interviews has been made. The empirical foundation of these interviews has been concentrated and analysed with the support of the chosen theories. The result of the analysis has created the conclusion.Theoretical perspectives: The research is built up of three Angels of approach; the role, the business and the economy within the franchisee and the contractor. The three approaches aim too illustrate the role of the franchisee, the franchisees role in the business and the economical effects in franchising.

Arbetet rör kriminella gäng i Västra Götaland och Göteborg, ett område med ett växande problem med gängkriminalitet. Det vi ville få fram med vårt arbete var: vilka gäng som är etablerade i Göteborg, vilken brottslighet de ägnar sig åt, hur rekryteringen till dessa gäng ser ut samt vad som krävs för att det ska anses vara organiserad brottslighet. Våra svar bygger på information inhämtad från Kriminalunderrättelsetjänsterna i Göteborg och Stockholm. Vi har till största del använt oss av polisens rapporter samt utredningar rörande ämnet. Men även på artiklar från Internet, Aftonbladet och Göteborgsposten.

This paper studies how the ?Swedish model? has influenced the Swedish community during the first half of the twentieth century and how living with this model was like in the 1960s. During the ?60s the laws and reforms created by the ruling socialistic party, SAP, dominated the Swedish society. Their goal was to build Per Albin Hansson?s vision of a welfare state.

As of today, securitization is an established product on the capital market. The first transaction was made in the US in the 1970s. Since then the product has been developed and today there are several different structures of the product. Internationally securitization has been used for two reasons. Originally securitization was used to gain capital relief, but since capital requirements such as Basel II were implemented, the usage of securitization changed to more of a funding source.

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka den svenska polisens arbetsmetoder mot ?1% MC-gängen? Hells Angels MC och Bandidos MC. Med ?1 % MC-gängen? menas i detta sammanhang klubbar, som själva hävdar att de tillhör en del av mc-miljön som har brutit med det etablerade samhället och har sina egna ?lagar och regler?. Empirin är byggd på intervjuer med poliser från polismyndigheterna i Stockholm och Skåne.

Our approach to knowledge is based on the hermeneutic tradition of knowledge. The essay rests upon semi-structured interviews with ten Social Services? workers.

In Northen Bungoma, Western province ? Kenya, the Vi-Agroforestry Project (VI-AFP) has introduced a new project that covers 7000 households. To succeed with the project, a water resources protection project, agroforestry methods will be implemented to secure the water quality of the area. In this thesis a foundation is laid for future follow-up studies of land cover and land use of this area. To carry out this study an existing method from a cooperation between VIAFP and Dalarnas University (HDa) has been implemented.

This case study examined what impact the neurological disorder Asperger?s syndrome has on the line of reasoning about religion and spirituality. Also, the question of whether the four informants showed any tendency to use the cognitive tools calledtheory of mind (ToM), existential theory of mind (EToM) and hypersensitive agency detection device (HADD) or not was put forth. From the interviews five themes were extracted: a stereoscopical view upon the world, thoughts on physical causality, prayer used as one-way communication, spiritual agency and intentionality, as well as existential and social questions. These themes were subsequently matched with theories on ToM, EToM and HADD.

Affärsänglar spelar en mycket betydelsefull roll för svenskt näringsliv. De är en viktigkapitalkälla för unga och nystartade företag då de bistår med kapital till riskfyllda och osäkraprojekt som inte attraherar andra finansiärer på marknaden. Syftet med föreliggande studie äratt förklara varför affärsänglar väljer att gå in med kapital i företag där andra finansiäreravstår på grund av risk och osäkerhet. Målet är även att redogöra för hur affärsänglar bedömerett investeringsförslag utifrån ett riskperspektiv. Genom att ta del av tidigare forskning somberör utvärderingsprocessen har vi arbetet fram ett antal faktorer som kan påverkariskbedömningen.

För entreprenörer som arbetar med projekt i en "start up"- fas kan det vara svårt att lyckas med finansieringen. Detta beror på att det inte finns någon ekonomisk historik att visa upp för finansiärerna. För att lyckas få in tillräckligt med kapital för att kunna finansiera ett projekt kan man vända sig till olika typer av investerare. De vanligaste sättet är att man antingen vänder sig till banker, venture capital-bolag eller affärsänglar. Vad som motiverar dessa aktörer är olika, men det gemensamma för dessa aktörer är att det är svårt att få dem att investera i ett projekt.Under senare tid har det dock skapats ett nytt sätt för entreprenörer att få in kapital till sina projekt.

The X-Files (svensk titel Arkiv X) är en TV-serie som producerades mellan 1993-2002. Serien har gått till historien för att fånga tidsandan och dess postmoderna misstro mot myndigheter och intresse för nyandlighet. I ett flertal avsnitt kommer huvudpersonerna i kontakt med den kristna religionen. Uppsatsen undersöker hur olika former av kristendom gestaltas i The X-Files. Frågeställningen berör de bikaraktärer som dyker upp i serien och som kan beskrivas som representationer av kristendomar.

Anna Maria Lenngren (ne?e Malmstedt, 1754-1817) was an eminent poet in Sweden during the 18th century and she is still known as one of Stockholms Posten?s sharpest satirists. The early stage of her career as a translator, when she was recognised as ?mamsell Malmstedt?, had a great impact on her following work, which has been largely neglected. This master?s thesis analyses her largest translations: Lucile (1776), Zemire och Azor (1778), Arse?ne (1779), and Dido til Eneas (1778), in comparison with their originals.
