Fokus i denna uppsats ligger på gränsdragningen mellan avtal om styckegodstransport och befraktningsavtal. Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva skillnaderna mellan avtalstyperna och hur man rättsligt kan avgöra vilken avtalstyp som är förhanden. I syftet ligger en Ambition att tydliggöra motiven bakom uppdelningen och med detta som bakgrund tydliggöra vilka rättsliga och kommersiella faktorer som är relevanta att ta hänsyn till vid en härledning till avtalstypen i oklara fall. The Ambition of this essay is to examine if groups on Facebook are examples of ?slacktivism? and discuss which qualifications these groups have in order to provide a democratic conversation. The results will be discussed relative to democratic participant, information overload, interactivity and previous research. By nethnographically observing three groups and analyzing selected posts and comments with the critical discourse analysis one can see that slacktivism spreads easily by people liking and sharing posts from the groups to their friends. The particular groups that has been analyzed in this essay are committed to save Swedish traditions that they believe is threatened.

AbstractIn my Ambition to improve my writing and reflect upon the way I express myself I am, in this paper, going to study the purport of the term pathetic. I do this by inquiring what lexicon and dictionaries say about the term and by studying how the word can be used in present time. I apply the contemporary usage of the term pathetic to my own text and then adapt my text from how the term is used in our time. By doing this I clarify to myself how I look at my own literary style, what I want my writing to be like and how the progress in my composing is developing. According to the interpretations I have done, I find meanings like ?ridiculous? and meanings which have to do with strong emotions as well.

Examensarbetet vi har skrivit om inkludering har varit givande för våra framtida yrkesroller som lärare. Det har visat oss att det går att arbeta med inkludering utan att det nödvändigtvis måste bli ett kostsamt projekt. Har man vilja och Ambition att skapa och arbeta för och i en skola för alla är det viktigt att man arbetar aktivt med attityder och värderingar. Kan vi få skolans elever att bli förtrogna med att vi alla är olika och att det är något positivt, eftersom det är den verkligheten de en gång kommer till mötes den dagen de lämnar grundskolan. Det är viktigt att alla inom skolan värld tar till sig arbetssättet med inkludering.

In 1994 it was decided that a new network based organizational model was to be initiated to face the problems of some of the gender inequalities in Sweden. The organisation structure was named Resource Centre for Women (ResursCentrum för kvinnor).This essay constitutes a qualitative case study of governing, with this organisation structure as my field of inquiry. My Ambition has been to outline and explain what kind of governing has been used and how it works. I have also tried to identify potential changes of the ways of governing over time. To help me out with that task, I have applied a theoretical framework, characterized of a governance perspective, and have used terms as: governing with networks, partnership, projects and visionary government to interpret my empiric material.My result shows that there have been various changes in the ways of governing, from a more hierarchal government form of governing to a more governance based one..

This essay explores the Swedish state?s geopolitical view and creation, of the spatial spaces in and of the Arctic. With a critical geopolitical framework, a discourse analysis is conducted on the Swedish strategy for the arctic region, with the Ambition to unfold the underlining spatial spaces, actors and dramas that this discourse creates. The result of this analysis shows that Sweden creates three different Arctic spaces within its geopolitical discourse; a Swedish Arctic, a Nearby Arctic and a Regional Arctic. The subject of this Master s thesis is to find out if and how the Swedish elementary school has written into its mission statements to help the pupils to become information literate. Denna uppsats bygger på intervjuer med sju kvinnor som deltagit i ett utvecklingsprogram utformat för kvinnor med Ambition att göra karriär. Företag bör satsa på anställdas karriärutveckling då det ökar individernas välmående och ger konkurrensfördelar. Syftet var att se vilka faktorer som bidrar till eller hindrar personlig utveckling samt se på vilket sätt utvecklingsprogrammet kan medverka till kvinnors personliga ledarskap och karriärutveckling. Frågeställningen löd: Upplever kvinnor att personligt ledarskap är ett bra verktyg för att utvecklas i sin karriär? Resultatet visade att kvinnorna genom utvecklingsprogrammet upplevde ökad kontroll över sina liv vilket hjälpt dem definiera och uppnå karriärmål.

Syftet med följande arbete är att belysa lekens betydelse i träningsskolan samt hur personalens syn på lek som kommunikation påverkar när det gäller barn i svårigheter. Arbetet inleds med en teoretisk översikt om lekens vara eller inte vara samt lekteorier. Min Ambition är att lägga ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv på leken i träningsskolan. Genom intervjuer av personal och genom observation av dramalek hos eleverna ville jag belysa betydelsen av lek för barn med autism. The purpose of this thesis is to determine whether the student councils at two schools really have the power to influence, or if it is a matter of mock democracy. I wanted to determine how the student councils work in reality. I conducted my investigation through personal and qualitative interviews with the board of the student council, a social studies teacher and the principle/school management at both schools. After the interviews I compared an analysed my findings. The results show that the two schools work very differently when it comes to studentdemocracy, and even have very different levels of Ambition when it comes to the degree of influence that the student council should have at their respective schools.

Arbetet har som Ambition att försöka belysa lärarnas, elevernas och föräldrarnas attityder till åldersintegrerad undervisning, år 4-6, vid Hagaskolan. Syftet är också att visa på hur skolan arbetar med åldersintegrering. Resultatet visar att föräldrar till barn i år 4, både flickor och pojkar, samt föräldrar till flickor i år 6 är mer kritiska till åldersintegrering som organisationsform än övriga. Föräldrarnas delvis negativa attityd till åldersintegrering behöver inte föranleda att man samtidigt värderar det pedagogiska arbetet lågt. Eleverna i år 4 och i år 5 är mer positiva till åldersintegrering än eleverna i år 6 som gärna vill gå i en klass med jämnåriga.

The purpose with this essay has been to describe and understand why youth community service became a penalty in Sweden. The political discourse in which youth community service was established has been analyzed with Laclau & Mouffe´s discourse theory. A social constructivist onset and a discourse analysis were the methodological tools of the essay. The result is two folded. Youth community service was created to strengthen the constitutional state, combined with high beliefs of the social services competence.
