An attempt were made to record the 1st movement of Beethoven?s Op. 57, with the objective of performing it as close to Beethoven?s will as possible, in the tradition of the ?historically informed performance? movement.The result of evaluating source material rendered a list of the most relevant material for this study, and hopefully that might prove useful for other studies with similar objective concering HIP and composer-intention based ?autenticity?.However, Beethoven?s will was only vaguely captured in the limited source material accounted for in this study, rendering it moderate-to-small reliability. It?s probably possible to achieve a higher degree of goal achievement, given more time and through the utilization of music psychology to further extrapolate the detailed parameters of Beethoven?s presumed extramusical will.The recording made was not to my satisfaction and has strengthened my view that the interpreter should take council from the collected knowledge of scholarly sources but must ultimately remain free in whether and how to utilize that knowledge.Lastly, I?ve measured the bpm in the resulting recording with a error margin of ±0,02 s.

I samband med den verksamhetsförlagda utbildningen har ett examensarbete i form av ett enklare utredningsprojekt genomförts. På förfrågan från MAF Arkitektkontor AB har en utredning om möjligheten att framställa fullständiga detaljplanehandlingar i Graphisofts programvara ArchiCAD genomförts. Detta genom att ta fram en detaljplan i programmet. Idag arbetar planerare på MAF i programmet Focus vid detaljplanering och vid datorstödd detaljplanering på Luleå tekniska universitet har Vianova Systems programvara Novapoint använts. Båda dessa programvaror har anpassade verktyg enbart framtagna för framställning av detaljplanehandlingar.Tidigare vägledande material för hur man tar fram detaljplanehandlingar i Graphisofts ArchiCAD saknades vid uppstart av arbetet.

The development of applications for mobile devices has exploded in recent times. This has also led to the introduction of several new mobile operating systems. To streamline application development for multiple platforms, techniques have been developed to be able to reuse the same application regardless of the operating system. If the same application can be used on multiple platforms it will save both a lot of time and money. Today there are three types of techniques to develop an application; web, hybrid and native application, where the latter is specific to the operating system it has been developed to.

Purpose Based on the new comprehensive income due to changes in IAS 1, the authors aim to describe how a listed corporate accounting is affected by IAS 1 and the new income statement.Methodology This study uses an inductive approach with a combination of qualitative and quantitative data, using financial rapports from the investment company Latour. This case study is based on Latour?s all published financial statements under the period 2008 to 2012.Result The study resulted in different observations of Latour's operational and financial performance, share price trends as well as ratios. The study's authors can see that Latour's net income and comprehensive income differ due to changes in IAS 1. They can also observe the effect of clean surplus in Latour?s income statement.

I mitt arbete vill jag medvetengöra sinnens betydelse. Motivationen till examensarbetets upplägg och frågeställning har vuxit fram, i takt med arbetet som blivande musikterapeut. Av den litteratur jag använt och den metod jag utbildats i, har det både stärkt och inspirerat. Människans sinne är av stor betydelse. De slutsatser jag drar är utifrån arbetet med två barn med autism, FMT-metodens grundidéer, samt faktadelar, som i citat presenteras.

Nowadays the majority of the thinnings made in Swedish forests are done by machines, harvesters and forwarders. The most common model in thinning with a harvester is strip-road operated thinning and stand-operated thinning with one intermediate passage between the strip-roads. This study is a time study with some quality follow ups on a strip-road operated thinning model, a stand-operated thinning model with one intermediate passage between the strip-roads and a stand-operated thinning model with two intermediate passages between the strip-roads. The machines in the study were a small harvester (Forestline MPM C90) and a medium sized forwarder (Timberjack 1110). The study was made in Litsnäset outside the city of Östersund in Sweden and was made during the autumn 2007. In a lodgepole pine stand six study units (0,6 ha) were thinned with the three different models, two study units per model.

The thesis handles the principal-agency problem between shareholders and the Chief Executive Officer. The purpose of the thesis was to examine the link between CEO compensation and corporate performance measured as a change in Market to Book ratio. Data was collected from corporate annual reports between the years 2000 ? 2008 and the study covers 39 Swedish companies from the Stockholm Stock Exchange Large Cap list. To examine whether there is a link between the CEO´s compensation and firm performance, we performed a regression analysis, and no significant relation is found.

Background Anesthesia-related deaths are common in dogs, especially in the postoperative period, in compare to humans. This study aims to describe and elucidate the qualities of the postoperative care for dogs in Sweden. Method To investigate the postoperative care, a qualitative study was made by interviewing personnel in the animal health care sector. The primary information from the interviews was analyzed in a qualitative manor and a few distinguished qualities came forth. Results These qualities describe the postoperative care and include preventive activities, postoperative activities, monitoring and communication. A variation in regards to the results was seen between the interviewed.

This degree project aims to investigate the potential and possibilities for conceptual energyanalyses in the early stages of the design process. Many key decisions are made in theearly stages of a project regarding the shape and orientation of the building. Conceptualenergy analyses can provide the architects with insight regarding different design option?srelative energy performance.As the demands for more sustainable buildings increases, so does the need for earlyenergy analyses. Performing analyses in the early stage requires many assumptions andguesswork which could lead to a large margin of error.The offering from Autodesk is a module in Revit Architecture/MEP and the stand aloneprogram Project Vasari (under development).

The purpose of this study was to get an idea of ??how the leaders in the real estate industry perceive and manage boundless working conditions. Questions that were answered were how the leaders in the service influence and control the employees' working conditions. Also how the communication strategies are designed to facilitate the work towards common goals, when tasks are not limited to the workplace. The study examine if boundless working conditions is characterized by unspoken expectations.

This study examines whether the ownership structure of Swedish firms contributes to explain the variations in executive pay. A regression analysis was performed on 102 companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The analysis suggests a negative relationship between ownership structure and executive pay after taking company profitability and size into account. The result is in line with previous studies and the agency theory. This indicates that large shareholders have a stronger position in Swedish companies or that large shareholders monitor the management to a larger extent, rather than providing incentives.

The parallel bars is used in physical therapy and is mainly used for patients who have to train walking and balance after a stroke or an operation. It consists of two long handrails with two legs on each handrail. These legs go down into two ground-plates and are locked at the wanted height with a pin. The parallel bars is an appreciated device and is used on a daily basis in many care units.The main issue with the manual parallel bars is that it is very difficult and heavy for a single person to adjust the height of it. If a larger adjustment of the height has to be done, the legs have to be adjusted one at a time otherwise the they will be locked.

Borlänge Bandy är en sportförening med säte i Borlänge. Målet med detta arbete var att utreda hur Borlänge Bandy uppfattas av sin målgrupp idag, och utifrån detta skapa en ny grafisk profil som gör att Borlänge Bandy bättre uppfattas som enhetligt av målgruppen, det vill säga bandyspelare på Borlänge Bandy, anställda och styrelseledamöter på Borlänge Bandy och nya potentiella medlemmar. Dessutom skapades en förnyad logotyp i enighet med åsikterna som kom fram i enkätundersökningarna som utfördes. Genom flera enkätundersökningar gavs bakgrundsinformation om hur Borlänge Bandy uppfattas av sin målgrupp. Svaren från enkätundersökningarna låg sedan till grund för en förnyelse av Borlänge Bandys logotyp då det framkommit att en majoritet av Borlänge Bandys målgrupp ansåg att den behövde förändras. Genom diskussion med en fokusgrupp diskuterades förslag på en förnyad logotyp och utifrån deras kritik skapades en slutgiltigt förnyad logotyp.
