När jag började på Digital Ljudproduktion program som tillhandahålls av BTH, var mitt syfte att lära mig allt om inspelningsmetoder av olika typer av ljud samt det bästa sättet att spela in olika ljudkällor och att uppnå bästa möjliga resultat i alla faser av arbetet (pre-produktion, produktion och efterproduktion). Exempelvis att välja den lämpligaste mikrofonen för inspelning av ett särskilt instrument kan vara svårt och ibland bör du tänka på avstånd, riktning eller/och vinkeln mellan mikrofonen och ljudkällan. Likaså, band med blås- (trumpet, saxofon) och slagverksinstrument (bongos, congas), som inte är vanliga här i Skandinavien, ger goda erfarenheter genom att spela in dem. Dessa exempel visar på behovet av att ha kapacitet till anpassning med syftet att nå bästa möjliga resultat. Att uppnå denna kapacitet var målet med detta projekt..

Konsumenten är idag inte en rationell individ i lika stor utsträckning som tidigare. I dagens postmoderna kunskapssamhälle söker kunden en emotionell upplevelse kring en produkt och vill uppleva en spänning i sitt konsumerande.Idag fokuserar företag främst kring synliga intryck i sin kommunikation mot kunden, men att rikta sig till människans samtliga sinnesintryck - syn, ljud, känsel, smak och lukt - är idag av större betydelse. Genom att kunden på så sätt påverkas på ett djupare plan finns det möjligheter för företag att stärka dess varumärke i kundens medvetande.Strategisk marknadsföring kring kundens fem sinnesintryck benämns med Brand Sense. Detta begrepp är relativt nytt inom marknadsföringen - säväl teoretiskt som praktiskt. Purpose: To examine how IR-related press releases affect share price for stock companies, and to explore how said companies practice Investor Relations.Methods: The study was conducted using an event study as well as e-interviews. The event study has a quantitative deductive research approach where the market model is used for calculating the abnormal return based on press releases. The e-interviews have a qualitative research approach and follow a semi structured interview guide. The study includes all listed stock companies within the Swedish construction industry and includes press releases from the last decade.Theory: The study is based on the efficient market hypothesis and its semi strong form, theories within Investor Relations and previous research.Results: The event study shows a significant negative abnormal return during a four day period starting the day after the press release event. The negative abnormal return could derive from investor relations being used by companies as damage control, or that the investors? expectations are too high as a result of IR.

Genom våra allt mer tätt befolkade städer och genom det rådande teknologisamhället har vi skapat en ljudmiljö där tystnaden och upplevelsen av naturens ljud har blivit en bristvara. Trädgårdar och parker spelar en viktig roll som plats för stillhet och rekreation men många av de skötselmetoder som används inom dagens parkverksamheter orsakar höga, oönskade bullernivåer.I syfte att lyfta fram betydelsen av bullerfria trädgårdar samt tillgången till naturens ljudlandskap presenteras värdet av tystnad och naturljud tillsammans med erfarenheter kring tysta skötselmetoder. Studien har genomförts genom en litteraturstudie och genom intervjuer med verksamma personer inom park- och trädgårdsförvaltning där alternativa metoder används.Tillgången till tystnad och naturens ljud kan enligt resultatet bland annat främja återhämtning från stress, påverka ett naturområdes kvaliteter som t.ex. symbolvärden och kunskapsförmedling.Resultatet visar att det finns och används tysta alternativ till alla maskiner som orsakar buller. Lie, gräsklippning efter häst, elgräsklippare, transportcyklar och betesdrift är några av dem.

Many companies have a specific dress code in the workplace. In some companies, the code is not very extensive, while other companies have uniform requirements. What is little understood however, is what effect different staff clothing might have on consumer response in terms of satisfaction, purchase intent, attitude, interest and so on. Some limited research has shown how different levels of congruence between individuals in their marketing, and the brand they are representing, can affect customers. To avoid any wrong focus in marketing it is key to understand the knowledge gap on the potential impact the personnel in the store have on its customers.

The purpose of my study is to contribute with knowledge about three teachers? view on the possibilities and difficulties to support students with intellectual disabilities insocial interaction.to get answers to my research questions in the analysis I have in my qualitative study used the theory of Fleck's model about thinking styles rooted in a socio-cultural perspective. In the study, I have used semi-structured interviews. My study shows that teacher?s way of thinking affect students' opportunities to practice social interaction. An important finding in the study was that the school management?s attitude, is of great importance for educator?s opportunities to support the students with intellectual disability in social interactions.

Despite ongoing efforts toward equality, persistent wage gaps between men and women in Sweden still remain, particularly within male dominated industries, such as finance. Gender equality is a prominent topic in public discourse, yet progress towards achieving equal pay between men and women continues to be slow. This study aims to contribute to the research area and offers a unique perspective by examining gender related expectations from both men and women, managers and employees. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether, and if so how, gender related expectations influence salary setting processes in the financial industry. Through a qualitative study based on semistructured interviews, the study explores how both employee?s and manager?s gender related expectations affect attitudes, salary negotiations and potential outcomes of salary setting.

"Infiltration of Waldheim" är ett spel gjort av David Lindell (grafik), Andreas Persson (programmering) och Mathias Jönsson (ljud och musik). Målet vi hade med projektet var att ha en spelbar bana med minst en vapen typ samt fiender att eliminera, allt ackompanjerat med pampig musik och en massa ljudeffekter. Jag kommer i denna rapport beskriva arbetets gång samt reflektera över vad som har fungerat och vad som varit mindre bra under projektets gång. Mina planer för spelet var mest att lära mig mera om framförallt AI samt arbeta mera i 3d. Spelet ska mest vara för mig själv, men med lite putsning och mera innehåll eventuellt användas vid jobb ansökningar i framtiden..

The subject of this Master?s thesis is the process of change in a public library context, the implementation of the Stockholm City Library?s homepage Biblioteket.se. The aim is to examine the factors that influence this particular change and how they affect the process and extent of change in practice. The study designed as a qualitative case study is based primarily on document analysis, and supplemented by an interview. DiMaggio?s and Powell?s three mechanisms of change; coercive, mimetic and normative isomorphism, is applied.

I vår undersökning har vi fokuserat på hur kommunikationen ser ut mellan elever i ämnet slöjd. Syftet med C- uppsatsen var att ta reda på om elever kommunicerar slöjdprocessen mellan varandra utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv på kunskap och lärande. Våra frågesällningar var ?vad kommunicerar elever om rörande slöjdprocessen mellan varandra?? och ?hur kommunicerar eleverna slöjdprocessen?? Vår undersökning grundade sig på en elevenkät, videofilmning och deltagande observation som vi utförde i tre nioklasser på en skola inom Umeå kommun. Genom vår undersökning kom vi fram till att eleverna i stor utsträckning kommunicerar slöjdprocessen (ide, planering, genomförande och värdering) med varandra.

This qualitative study aimed to examine which discourses can be found within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) and women?s shelters against domestic violence, concerning children that have experienced violence within the family, from two perspectives: the child?s need of father and of protection from violence. The study also aimed to examine which discourses can be found within the organisations concerning children?s well-being, how they define their mission concerning domestic violence and how this can affect the practical work with children that have experienced violence and their parents. The questions that the study aimed to answer were which discourses can be distinguished within BUP and the women?s shelters against domestic violence and how they can affect the different agencies? view of the child?s need and well-being.

This bachelor thesis focuses on metropolitan morning newspapers in Sweden and their relationship with advertisers. Various forces in society have led tochanges in partnerships between metropolitan newspapers and advertisers, which have previously only had small amounts of data. In these particularnewspapers, it is common to find editorial advertisement supplements. The reason these supplements are included, their benefits and how they can affect the paper?s credibility have not previously been investigated.I have researched how the changed collaborations between the metropolitan morning newspapers and advertisers look today; including the contact, powerand dependence they have on one another.

In printed text, sound is a somewhat forgotten aspect. The recitation of text is vital in areas like poetry and oratory, but still has no distinct technique of being communicated. Emphasis of a word might be expressed through italics, but no canonic character set or system for vocal delivery of texts exists. With this essay we are creating a foundation for a development of such a character set or system. By studying existing visualisations of sound and comparing these with semiotic and perception-based theories we obtain useful insights for a prospective system for visualisations of vocal sounds.We conclude that the aspects of sound one wants to visualise must be carefully defined since the viewer cannot process infinite amounts of information.

Syftet med detta examensarbete var att få kunskap om hur man som lärare kan arbeta med läsinlärning, men framförallt ? varför lärare arbetar som de gör. I litteraturdelen beskrivs olika synsätt på och teorier kring läsinlärning, samt olika metoder för arbete med detta. Vi valde att genom intervjuer undersöka vilka argument några lärare på fältet anger för sina val av inlärningsmodell, eller arbetssätt, vid läsinlärning.De lärare vi intervjuat är medvetna om att alla barn lär olika och därför använder lärarna olika metoder vid läsinlärning för att göra det möjligt för alla barn att lära sig läsa. Den vanligaste modellen är en form av LTG ? metoden (det vill säga Läsning på Talets Grund).
