Arbetet är uppdelat i två delar. Den första handlar om min egen medverkan i kortfilmen O Trovão och hur organisationen och planeringen runt filmen är upplagd. Den andra delen handlar om animationsbranschen och olika landers marknader for animerad film och tv. Den innefattar också två intervjuer med kortfilmskapare. I kortfilmsproduktionen har jag tillsammans med teamet gått igenom de första faserna i produktionen, från planering och research, till koncept och modellering.

Reformen En modernare rättegång (EMR) trädde i kraft i hela landet den 1 november 2008. Det övergripande syftet med den har varit att skapa en modernare rättegång i allmän domstol som uppfyller kraven på en rättssäker, effektiv och ändamålsenlig handläggning av mål och ärenden. För att uppnå detta skall modern teknik utnyttjas på ett bättre sätt, vilket bland annat innebär att berättelser som förhörspersoner lämnar i bevissyfte i tingsrätt skall dokumenteras genom en ljud- och bildupptagning. Tanken är främst att en sådan upptagning skall ersätta de omförhör som tidigare hållits i hovrätt. Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka vad de nya bevisupptagningsreglerna innebär för hovrättsförfarandet. Mer specifikt har jag utrett hur dessa förhåller sig till reformens mål om en ändamålsenlig, rättssäker och effektiv handläggning av mål i hovrätt. Hovrättens bevisupptagningsregler har ansetts nödvändiga att ändra främst eftersom tyngdpunkten i processen kommit att skjutas uppåt i instansordningen och eftersom bevisupptagning i hovrätt många gånger kommit att bli mer omfattande än den aktuella tvisten kräver.

Detta kandidatarbete handlar om hur spelupplevelsen påverkas av en ljuddesign som är skapad genom en persons öron, en sån kallad binaural ljuddesign. I spel och film påverkar ljuddesignen 50% av det man ser och upplever. En stor del av de som spelar spel idag använder sig av hörlurar och headsets för att uppnå den bästa ljudupplevelse och för att de enkelt ska kunna kommunicera via olika röstchatt. Trots detta satsar spelföretag idag på att man ska få det mest kvalitativa ljudupplevelsen via surround-system och för att man enkelt ska kunna höra direktionellt ljud. Detta kan även en binaural ljuddesign återge genom vanliga hörlurar.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att identifiera och beskriva resonanser mellan 20 Hz och 200 Hz, såväl teoretiskt som genom mätningar, i studion vid avdelningen för Ljud & Vibrationer vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Den variabla Helmholtzabsorbenten Varitune V-4 undersöktes med avseende på dess öppningsstorlek i förhållande till resonansfrekvens inne i resonatorns volym. Studion är utrustad med nio stycken variabla Varitune V-4 absorbenter för låga frekvenser. Detta gjordes i syfte att föreslå den kombination av öppningsstorlekar vilken resulterar i störst dämpning av problemresonanser rummet. Resultaten visar på svårigheter att bevisa effekten av den lågfrekventa dämpningen i rummet, utom för resonans mellan tak och golv..

Denna rapport är en sammanställning av det examensarbete som utförts under 2004-2005 vid Luleå tekniska universitet i samarbete med Fresenius Kabi AB i Uppsala. Syftet med projektet var att komma fram till förbättringsförslag till de brister som finns i den aktuella produktionen. Detta gällde främst arbetsmiljön ur en ergonomisk synvinkel. Fresenius Kabi är ett läkemedelsföretag i Uppsala och ingår i koncernen Fresenius AG med huvudsäte i Tyskland. Fresenius Kabi är ledande i Europa inom klinisk nutrition och vätsketerapi.

There are more and more elderly people and different diseases will affect them. How will the public care be able to face this need of care for the elderly? There are a lot that shows that there will be an increasing demand on the achievements of the relatives. How can this development be answered to? Shall the achievements be concentrated on giving support to the relatives, or will there be a concentration on nursing staff? The purpose of the study was to enlighten who elderly people will be nursed by if a disease affects them.

Abstract We are two teacher students with an ethnic background and we thought that it could be, exciting to work with subjects, like a multicultural environment in schools and the challenges within this environment for students, but also teachers. In this study, we focus on how the teachers work with bilingual students in a multicultural school. We wanted to get an understanding of the subject and to be able do so, we conducted some qualitative interviews. These interviews went through with teachers currently working at the same public school, teaching in classes from 1-5. Through this qualitative research, we were able to analyse, what the teachers attitude towards multilingualism is and what kind of methods they use organizing their teaching.

The attitudes towards nature conservation in forestry are based on the individual forest owner. The theme of the interviews is the opinion on nature conservation in forestry. The purpose of this study is to identify if there is any difference in attitude to nature conservation in forestry according to the age of the forest owner. The study discusses different factors that affect the private forest owners consideration of nature conservation and give an insight in different generations attitude to nature conservation. Other topics that are discussed is if future change of generation will change the consideration of nature conservation in Swedish forestry and what is needed to enhance the interest in nature conservation among forest owners.This study is the result of interviews with a number of forest owners in the county of Uppsala, Sweden.

The modern auditor is, because of an increased complexity, dependent on the use of experts. Simultaneously different scandals have occurred where the auditor in fact have been using experts. Although the auditor is using an expert, the auditor alone is responsible for the statement that the expert makes. Research simultaneously indicates that the auditor?s use of experts is a difficult task.

Teenagers are the group that spends most money on clothing. When choosing clothes, the so called internal and external signals could affect the perceived quality of the teenagers. The external signals are for example price, brand and place of purchase while the internal signals are the physical composition of the product as for example garment and size. The perceived quality is the attributes that the teenagers perceive that the specific article of clothing has. Today?s marketing, within the fashion line, is mostly to present the design of the product and aim the marketing for curtain segments and to keep a distance to others that are not within the segment group.

The scope of this investigation is to decide how and to what extent the energy consumption of apassive house is affected by the users? knowledge and habits. To achieve this a literary study hasbeen made and as a complement the planning of a passive house was completed.The result of a primary study of the rules and regulations that effect passive houses in Swedenshows that the user?s influence on passive houses is a completely unregulated area. Even thoughthere is no regulation, a need for some general knowledge of the passive house concept has beenexpressed.To further investigate how the users? knowledge and habits affect the energy consumption and ifthere is a difference between different households? energy consumption , three main factors havebeen identified.

The purpose of this thesis is to identify power structures and instruments of power within the Jehovah?s witnesses and investigate how they affect the baptized youths baptized within the organization. The material consists of qualitative in-depth interviews and is analyzed with Foucault's theories of power. The results show that the participants have a very strict relationship to the rules of the congregation and also that they take great care in observing these rules carefully. It becomes evident that young members are exposed to disciplinary measures from the organization.

Abstrakt  Tv-branschen är en jätteindustri som styrs av ett fåtal stora sändningsnätverk. I Sverige är den största distributören Sveriges Television (SVT) och på grund av detta så är sannolikheten att personer som arbetar inom ljud i Sverige någon gång kommer att arbeta på projekt för dem väldigt hög.I min uppsats har jag utfört en Actor Network-analys av empiriska studier jag utfört på postproduktionsbolaget Europa Sound and Vision. Med hjälp av analysen vill jag undersöka vad begreppet ?god hörbarhet? består av och därmed kunna definiera uttrycket tydligare.Jag jämför sedan SVTs syn på hörbarhet med den jag fått fram genom dessa studier för att till slut ändra på den nuvarande synen och på det regelverk SVT har..

The aim of this report is to give a concise description of curtain walls, what it is and why they are used. It is also a description of six different but commonly used design technologies. By giving a detailed description of the different types and there special properties, the pros and cons will be clarified. The three most interesting alternatives were selected to be included in a test, to show the best alternative from a certain point of view.The parameters are:? Environment? Cost? Ergonomics? Isolation against noise and fire? DurabilityThese are important parameters in the planning and design phase.

To achieve peak performance as a young elite athlete, there are many psychological andphysical factors that have impact on human?s performance. Factors that affect theperformance interplay and interact must work to maintain ability to perform at its peak.The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that contribute to peak performance.Data collection method of the study has been done with a questionnaire, addressed toyoung elite athletes on a secondary school. It was 87 respondents who participated onvoluntary and anonymously conditions. The respondents consisted of men and womenbetween 16 and 19 years old.
