Vårt liv, vår fritid, våra förebilder, vår framtid och där vi bor

Few studies enlighten the problem associated with the dialectical relationship between adults and Adolescents and how that affects the construction of identity for adolescent?s, in relation to two areas that are closely bordering to each other but differs socioeconomically whereas one area is much weaker on resources than the other. These two areas is Högberget and Haganäs, which are situated in a larger city in Sweden. For us to be able to enlighten this problem we have chosen to use an inductive research approach so that we can explain how Adolescents construct their identity and how the organized spare time, in addition with the influence of adults, impacts on Adolescents construction of their identity. Therefore we have used interviews as method, both group and individual, so it can regulate which theories that influence our study. The two theories that wires through the entire study are firstly Peter L. Bergman and Thomas Luckmanns theory on social construction where the idea is that the human being is an active social being that constructs its own reality.

The articles reference lists were also studied which lead to that more papers were found. Results: Children and Adolescents with deaf-blindness can benefit from early intervention programs, when their caregivers were educated to give appropriate response to the children?s behavior. The interaction between children and their caregivers can improve through an early intervention model. Children and Adolescents with Deafblindness have variable results from CI.

ATT STIMULERA TILL LÄSLUST Hur bibliotekarier kan arbeta för att läsovilliga barn och ungdomar ska kunna känna läslust!

The purpose of this Master's thesis is to make suggestions as to how librarians can promote young reluctant readers to help them find the joy of reading. We want to show how the comprehension of these children and Adolescents can be translated into action in the librarians work with reading promotion. Our main questions are:? What attitudes do the librarians find that children and Adolescents, ages 9-15 with reluctance to read, have towards reading?? What do public- and school librarians do to stimulate children and Adolescents, ages 9-15 that are reluctant to read, to feel the joy of reading?? What role or which roles can the public- and school librarians have in the work of reading promotion, targeting children and Adolescents with a reluctance to read?We have used Beers's theories about reluctant readers and reading promotion, Chambers's model and theory ?Reading Circle? and his theories about conditions that promote a ?good reading environment?. We have also used Smidt's theories about the librarian's different roles in the work of supplying literature. The method we have used is qualitative and based on literature and interviews with 7 children- and school librarians that all of whom work or have worked with reading promotion for children and Adolescents in the ages between 9-15, that are reluctant to read. Our results show that in order to gain understanding about the attitudes towards, and relationship to reading, our targeted group have, the librarian has to be aware of the inner conditions that these children and Adolescents have. These inner conditions are going to affect the work and the result of the reading promotion activity.

Ung och full : en kvantitativ studie om ungas riskbruk av alkohol

Recent statistic shows that about 28% of Adolescents living in Stockholm drink alcohol at such a high level that their consumption counts as risky drinking. The correct term to use in this matter would be binge drinking Adolescents.  In the more wealthy areas of Stockholm this group of binge drinking Adolescents counts for as much as a third of the population. In contrast, the Adolescents living in exposed areas do not drink nearly as much. Binge drinking Adolescents in these areas only counts for 15%, nearly half as much as in the wealthy areas. In light of this the intentions of this study is to investigate which explanatory factors that can clarify the range-rated differences in binge drinking between Adolescents in Stockholm.

The study was based on semi-structured interviews with eight counselors from youth clinics in the StockholmCounty. We have analyzed our empirical material by categorizing the statements from the counselors and by using two different theories. The first one is a consequential ethics theory and the second one is a cognitive theory. These two theories have helped us to understand the thoughts and actions of the counselors.

En ungdomspark planeras : barns och ungas perspektiv på utemiljön i Simrishamn

Often places for children and youth are planned how adults think children and Adolescents want them, but we are often wrong. As a result, we find empty playgrounds while our target groups are building dens in the bushes, hanging around shopping areas, and so on. This report is an attempt to create a place for young people based on the opinions of their needs and their environment to better understand how to design a place that suits them well. To gain knowledge about how it is to be young in Simrishamn, a small township in the southwest of Sweden, I interviewed children and young Adolescents. The interviews were all carried out in groups, mostly in larger groups inside where the result differed a lot depending on the settings for the interview. Two walkabouts with groups of three children were also made. Most of the children were eager to participate and tell about their reality, but some preferred not to.

IT som verktyg i behandling inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin

Information technology is increasingly used in healthcare. New methods, such as apps and computer programs and Internet-based treatments are introduced to treat various medical diagnoses. Increased demand for help in mental illness means that it is necessary to develop alternative assessment and treatments to traditional treatments that may be offered by primary care and specialist psychiatry. Government and Local Authorities and Regions (SKL) have agreed to support, and treatment on the web is part of that development. The work is all about, and how Child and Adolescent Psychiatry ( Bup ) , use psychological e- services, and apps for the treatment of Adolescents and the types of psychological e-treatments for Adolescents are available in Sweden today.  Methods used are interviews and literature studies, where I examined the use of computerized psychological treatments in Västernorrland and Stockholm County Council.
