Att möta konst kan ske på många olika sätt och skapa många olika känslor. Upplevelsen är ett centralt begrepp i konsten och det är det som jag i den här uppsatsen har fokuserat på. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur olika perspektiv och erfarenheter påverkar ens konstupplevelse. Jag vill även undersöka hur förkunskaper om verken påverkar den. Som utgångspunkt för mina undersökningar har jag använt mig av teorier om perception presenterade av Sven Sandström och om konstpedagogik, presenterade av Anna Lena Lindberg. Detta tar jag upp i uppsatsens andra del där jag presenterar och förklarar de begrepp och teorier som jag använder mig av i uppsatsens tredje del. Fallstudierna är uppsatsens tredje del där jag gör analyser av tre olika verk, A House for Edwin Denby, (2000), av den amerikanske konstnären Robert Wilson.

Today, the TV vignette is considered an embellishment to a TV program, despite its broad audiences and unique appearance. We wanted to find out if the television vignette has some common features and conventions but also find out how it relates to genre.We used a case study where we analyzed ten vignettes that we chose from certain criteria. We used a model based on image analysis that we modified to fit our needs. The main parts of each model consisted semiotics, imagery, dramaturgy and sound.We also made a couple of interviews with people who are active or used to work with vignettes. As a result we discovered that the television vignettes consist of certain conventions and that the vignette will not be considered as an independent genre, until the public has accepted it.

There are reasons to believe that recent changes in the Swedish academic library environment create new images of identity. New information technology, changed educational methods and increasing numbers of students in higher education heavily influence the professional basis for librarians. The purpose of this essay is to examine and describe how the images of identity are conceived and expressed by staff in two university colleges in Sweden, Malmö University and Södertörn University. We define identity as the images of what the library is, what it is aiming to be in the future, what it should do and how. In a qualitative study attitudes towards and opinions of the role of the library in the university environment are investigated.

The aim of this study was to explore whether the patients? expectations of physiotherapy correspond with the physiotherapists? view of their own professional role. Two separate questionnaires were used, one to the patients and one to the physiotherapists, which questions were able to compare. Totally 41 patients and 6 physiotherapists answered the questionnaires. The low number of answers from the physiotherapists made it impossible to fulfil the purpose.

En beskrivning av ett borgarhus i trä från 1700-talet, tillika grafisk verkstad för konstnärer. Huset Krogen Amerika i Linköping är ett av de äldsta trähusen som är bevarat på sin ursprungsplats. Det sätts här in i en historisk och socialhistorisk kontext. Syftet är framförallt att beskriva hur konstnärsföreningeen " Krogen Amerika- Grafikcentrum i Östergötland" bildades och flyttade in sin verksamhet i det gamla huset. Här ges också en förklarande teori om hur föreningslivets höjdpunkt, grafikens uppsving som konstform och rivningsvågen i Sverige under 1960-1970-talet sammanstrålade och gav upphov till att flertalet konstnärdrivna föreningar bidrog till att rädda äldre byggnader från rivning.

This essay is an analysis of a three-day participant observation with sensitive people in a house with entity continuity. The purpose was to investigate the possible experiences participants had during their stay. The method used was modified based theory with Jungian application. The investigation showed that the core category was a peculiar atmosphere which the participants related to a different world than the physical. The place? atmosphere influenced the participants and led to transcendent experiences related to a spirit realm.

The concentration of acute phase proteins in serum is altered as a response to inflammation, infection or trauma. this makes these proteins potential biomarkers of unspecific pathological processes. In cattle, haptoglobin and serum amyloid A are the two acute phase proteins that show the largest increase in serum concentration as a result of inflammatory processes. The haptoglobin concentration has been shown to correlate to clinical signs as well as inflammatory processes found at post mortem examination. This feature could be useful prognosis of the individual as well as for monitoring the health status of a herd or identifying carcasses that shold be examined closer at the slaughter-house.

To conclude this year?s introductory course in Mechatronics the students, in groups of 6,constructed a prototype based on the technical requirements established by the course teachers.This year they consisted of the following: two wheels only, active balancing, remote controlledand able to stop when crossing a pre-determined marker on the ground. In this Bachelor Thesis (20 p.), we present the history and development of "Intelligent Houses", and most important- explore some of the future possibilities in this area. The project has been carried out through an interdisciplinary cooperation between three different educations at the Blekinge Institute of Technology. By conducting a dialogue with various actors with different professions, we have been trying to identify needs within the concept of "Intelligent Houses", were the end user is not only the tenant or homeowner. Through Participatory Design methods, such as a Future Workshop, we have brought the users together to discuss their own and each others needs and hindrances in their respective work practice, and how intelligent house technology could improve their work conditions. We have also been testing a highly sophisticated CO/CO2/Moisture/Temperature/Enthalpy multi-sensor & controller, originally developed for regulating indoor climate systems.
