Political exit from governments is an unusual phenomenon within Swedish politics. The purpose of this essay is, from an ethical perspective, to particularize, understand and analyze the actions of the Swedish minister of defence, Mikael Odenberg, in his decision to exit the government in September 2007. We will put light on the ethical conflict Odenberg apprehended, the courses of actions and finally his ability to solve the ethical dilemma. The conclusion is that the case of Odenberg involves several dimensions of the conflict, associated with a succession of different loyalties. Odenberg were in two minds whether to act up to his own conviction or be in sympathy with the government.

Arbetslösheten har en väsentlig roll för länders ekonomi och den rådande arbetslöshetsnivån har skapat en diskussion kring vilka faktorer som kan påverka arbetslöshetsnivån och vilka penningpolitiska styrmedel som kan användas för att leda arbetslösheten i ?rätt? riktning. Räntebeslut, inflation och hysteresiseffekter är några av de faktorer som tas upp för att förklara arbetslöshetsutvecklingen sedan den globala finanskrisen. Syftet är att analysera hur arbetslöshetsutvecklingen i Sverige har förändrats sedan den globala finanskrisen samt att analysera hur penningpolitiken kan ha påverkat arbetslöshetsutvecklingen. Med fokus på Sverige och åren 2007 - 2014 undersöks med hjälp av statistik och relevanta teorier den svenska arbetsmarknaden samt de beslut den svenska penningpolitiken tagit. För att jämföra den svenska penningpolitiken testas hur väl reporäntan har följt den styrränta som Taylorregeln föreslår. För att se hur väl produktion och arbetslöshet samvarierar genomförs ett test med hjälp av Okuns lag.

Test har utförts för att jämföra två huvudburna displayer (HMD), Penny Interactive Glasses och Sony Glastron, med traditionella displaymetoder för att presentera information i stridsfordon. Testen innehöll ett antal scenarion kring två olika aktiviteter. Testen har utförts i en simulerad miljö bestående av ett antal datorer, en mock-up av ett fordon och en projektor. Testresultat har utvärderas med Nasa TLX, vilket är ett program för uppskattning av arbetsbörda. Enkla test utfördes för att se hur ljusnivån påverkade användandet av HMD utomhus och om enkla filterlösningar var tillräckliga för att lösa problemen. Fokus i testen låg på en HMD från Penny som hade några intressanta hands-free lösningar för att styra applikationer. En bedömning gjordes av hur väl dessa lösningar fungerade och vad, om något, som behövde förbättras för att detta skulle vara praktiskt användbart. Förutom att göra en bedömning av om HMD:er är en lösning som faktiskt underlättar arbetet i ett stridsfordon har vi också försökt komma fram till några förslag på hur de skulle kunna förbättras inom områden så som passform och användarvänlighet. Vi kom fram till att HMD-lösningar potentiellt kan fungera bättre än nuvarande lösningar om de används på rätt sätt.

Purpose: To evaluate how a treatment period on four weeks in a warm climate influences physical function, condition and the patient's experience of the climate effect of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Method: 10 persons with a diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis went through four weeks of treatment on Centro Forestal Sueco, Marbella. The treatment consisted of both physical and theoretic lessons given of a rehabilitation team. All patients were examinated measured for physical function and condition before treatment, after two weeks and at the end of the treatment. To measure physical function, Timed-Stands Test, Timed Get Up and Go, The Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index, Index of muscle function and functionestimitation of shoulder/arm were used.

Polychlorinated biphenyls, PCBs, were used in elastic sealants in buildings during the years1956-1973. Studies of PCB have revealed that it is harmful for humans and animals,especially water-living predators and other top-predators. It is also a persistent organicpollutant and remains in the environment for a very long time. To reduce the levels of PCB inthe environment, it has to be removed from the buildings. According to Swedish law, theproperty holder has to decontaminate sealants with a PCB level of 500 mg/kg or above.

Syfte: Studiens syfte var att undersöka om BKC-tavlans ackommodativa stimulus ändras av att tillsätta optotyper av olika form, storlek och placering till den klassiska BKCtavlan.Metod: Fem olika tavlor tillverkades och jämfördes dels subjektivt med ett högneutralt BKC-test och dels objektivt med en vågfrontssensor av märket Complete Ophtalmic Analysis System (COAS HD VR?). En av tavlorna var den traditionella BKC-tavlan, de andra hade optotyper med varierande storlek, form och placering. Mätningarna utfördes på 40 cm. Mätningarna gjordes på 30 personer mellan 18 och 40 år.Resultat: De fem tavlorna visade ingen statistiskt signifikant skillnad i ackommodativ respons, vare sig med BKC eller COAS?.
