Bakgrund och problem: Den 1 november 2010 avskaffades revisionsplikten för små bolag i Sverige vilket innebar att ca 70 % av alla aktiebolag i Sverige inte längre var tvingade till revision. Detta påverkade revisionsbolagens förutsättningar och vi frågar oss hur de har tagit sig an den nya marknaden där en stor del av deras kundstock inte längre är tvingade att revideras. Vi har kommit fram till dessa frågeställningar: Hur har slopandet av revisionsplikten påverkat och förändrat de små revisionsbolagens arbetssätt? Hur förbereder de sig för ett eventuellt förändrat gränsvärde? Syfte: Syftet med vårt arbete är att utifrån revisorns perspektiv belysa vilka förändringar den avskaffade revisionsplikten för små aktiebolag har medfört för de små revisionsbyråerna. Vi vill också belysa hur revisorns roll kan komma att förändras i framtiden om Sverige väljer EU:s maximal tröskelvärde för att slippa revisionsplikt eller att gränsvärdet förändras på annat sätt.

On the 1st of November 2010, the statutory audit was abolished for small limited companies. The amendment of the abolished statutory audit includes smaller private limited companies that for two years does not exceed more than one of the two following limits: net revenue of three million kronor, total assets of one and one half million kronor and three employees. The principal rule of chapter 9 section 1 Companies Act remains that a limited company should have at least one auditor. For limited companies included of the amendment has a opportunity to choose bokslutsrapporten instead of the auditor?s report as a proof of quality of the accounting and the financial reporting.

Syftet med denna studie är att få en bredare förståelse kring hur små företag outsourcar sin ekonomifunktion samt anledningarna till val av outsourcing av delar eller hela ekonomifunktionen. Vidare ska studien belysa hur små företag behåller styrningen över ekonomifunktionen när den outsourcas.Det är en kvalitativ studie som utgår ifrån semistrukturerade intervjuer med nio små företag som outsourcar sin ekonomifunktion till en extern part. För att styrka undersökningen och få ett perspektiv från den externa parten har även två intervjuer på en redovisningsbyrå och på en bokföringsbyrå utförts, eftersom de erbjuder tjänster inom ekonomifunktionen. I studien har teorier och tidigare studier använts för att besvara problemformuleringen och syftet.Denna studie visar att alla små företag använder sig av en splittrad outsourcing istället för en integrerad outsourcing vid outsourcing av sin ekonomifunktion. Orsaken till detta är små företag har möjligheten att utföra vissa delar av ekonomifunktionen internt.

A1194I strävan efter en gemensam redovisningsstandard i hela världen har en rad standarder utarbetats. Det senaste tillskottet inom området är International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 3, Business Combinations. Införandet av IFRS 3 innebär stora förändringar gällande koncernredovisning. En av dessa är att de gamla redovisningsreglerna angående goodwill, det vill säga avskrivningar i kombination med nedskrivningstest, inte längre är tillämpliga då avskrivningar på goodwill förbjuds. I stället skall goodwill nedskrivningsprövas minst en gång om året.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om övergången från avskrivningar i kombination med nedskrivningar till renodlade nedskrivningar kommer att påverka revisorernas arbete och om så är fallet, hur förändringen praktiskt kommer att se ut.

Tidigare studier som gjorts inom området visade att kvinnor anser att kvinnors skönhet inte är värderad enligt rimliga normer i vårt samhälle. Hård retuschering motarbetas på många håll, bland annat genom att organisationer som ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) och politiska partier som Liberaldemokraterna i Storbritannien arbetar för att missledande retuschering ska försvinna. En studie har visat att det, för att öka annonsers attraktionskraft, är viktigt att den ökade skönheten hos en modell är relevant för produktens användningsområde, då betraktaren anstränger sig intellektuellt vid betraktandet av bilden. Det finns dock inga tidigare studier som bevisar om en retuscherad modell faktiskt ökar målgruppens köplust av skönhetsprodukter vid rådande samhällsattityder och skönhetsideal. Två enkätundersökningar gjordes därför med sammanlagt 1480 deltagare.

The great debate topic in media and among real estate agents in spring 2011 wasspecially reduced prices. Specially reduced prices means that a property is advertised at a considerably lower price than the evaluated current market value of the property. This is to attract more bidders in a potential bidding. It is in this case not completely established by law what is meant by considerably lower price, why this concept is difficult to interpret. Real estate agents got lot of criticism due to the output prices which were too low compared to the final prices.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine how Greece?s migration system functions and how immigration and asylum policies manifest themselves during the countries current severe economic crisis. More precisely, examining how the regulatory framework and policies regarding refugees' and migrant situation effects practical implementation. The research questions raised are; - How are refugees and other migrants' rights in Greece respected, from a legal, political and moral perspective? What impact can racism have on the treatment of refugees and other migrants? A contextual analysis of ideas through an analysis of the political programs/agendas was used and contrasted, through theories concerning racism, nationalism and globalization to further nuance the situation concerning refugees' rights.

Många företag väljer idag att avyttra och sälja enheter som ligger för långt ifrån deras huvudsakliga verksamhet, i försök att nischa sig och effektivisera sin verksamhet. Detta leder till att produktionen av dagens produkter delas upp i fler led, där många olika aktörer är inblandade. Denna fokusering leder till att företag i högre grad måste samarbeta med andra aktörer, i så kallade interorganisatoriska relationer. I och med dagens globalisering är det inte ovanligt att enheter dessutom säljs till verksamheter i andra länder, där samarbete mellan parter forsätter. Ekonomistyrning över organisationens egna gränser blir därmed allt viktigare.

BACKGROUND: The isolation facility is an important ward in veterinary hospitals. This is where infectious patients are treated in order to reduce the risk for cross-contamination between the infectious patients and other patients and humans in the hospital. But it can only function in a safe manner as long as adequate precautions for infection control are adhered to. This has shown to be a problem in many isolation facilities in veterinary hospitals in Sweden. AIM: The aim of this paper was to examine which factors that can affect the quality of the infection control in the isolation facility. The aim is also to stress the importance of adequate infection control practices. METHOD: Two interviews were conducted with staff from two veterinary hospitals.

The purpose of this master´s thesis was to investigate the role and function of the annual reports of public libraries: for what purpose are they put together and how are they evaluated and utilised. The study presents different views on the structure and content of library annual reports. Focusing on a specific public library and its municipal administration, the authors identify and describe problems and possibilities regarding the library annual reports. The study also provides a general view of their occurrence, their addressees and the importance attached to them.In a review of current literature on accounting and activity reports the authors place the annual reports of public libraries in a wider context. The study also presents two current models of performance measurement - the Intangible Assets Monitor and the Balanced Scorecard - which were developed in the private sector, and the authors discuss their relevance when applied to public libraries.Data were collected both in interviews and by means of a questionnaire.

Environmental destruction is a growing problem in our world. Almost every day there are new reports concerning that we have to do something about the greenhouse gasses. Simultaneously is the human constantly more eager to have a life with higher standards and therefore uses more energy. The environment is a question that is highly up-to-date and more people try to find solutions on how to save our planet. One way to decrease the energy demand is to build passive houses, where the houses don?t have any active heating.

External forces have significant impact on organisations. This study analyzes the implications of one type of external forces in aid-focused NGOs through two qualitative case studies where it is investigated if Sida?s reporting requirements have the intended effects: learning and control using a theoretical framework where it is recognised that the requirements may also result in dysfunctional behaviour: decoupling and colonisation. The study shows that when the demands are the result of institutional pressure rather than an ambition to generate learning and control, the demands tend to be unrealistic and the NGOs therefore decouple the formal fulfilment of the demands from the actual activities. It is argued that a partnership, which incorporates trust and dialogue, is a prerequisite, not only for learning, but also control.

Industrialization of construction is by some considered to be a solution to the building industry's problems about the lack of quality, high production costs, low productivity and poor environmental adaptation. Meanwhile, industrialized construction partly earned a bad reputation after the million housing program. As large-scale projects where promoted during this period, it worked very well to use the technique of construction elements. In the mid seventies though, criticism arose which claimed that the aesthetic qualities had been deprived in the corporates effort to make housing production as efficient as possible.Tyréns, Derome and CBBT (centre for building and housing in wood) cooperates in a development project to develop a building system for 4-8-storey buildings, consisting of three platforms: a technology platform, an IT platform and a processing platform. The technology platform consists of flexible, industrially built flat modules of wood and from this platform the subsystem stairwells, is broken out.

Our starting point has been to use the football player Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a model person for individualism that seams to break the ordinary socialization pattern in Sweden. The purpose of this study is to examine how the team leaders handle the socialization of more individualistic focused individuals/young persons into groups, since the Swedish School Curriculum is designed to meet each individual on his or hers former experiences. Is the socialization of individuals within team sports affected by their cultural background? And, in that case, should those facts have consequences for the sport subject at school? Those are the questions we want to explore. Besides a survey of documents, we have been seeking answers to our questions through interviews with the team leaders Roland Nilsson and Peter Bergander, the pedagogues/teachers Karin Jutterström and Håkan Jensgård and the professional football player Abgar Barson.Our study shows that the leaders and teachers of today have begun to change their view about individualists.
