Som en följd av det ökade behovet av global kapitalanskaffning har kravet på jämförbar redovisning mellan länder ökat. EU har därför som målsättning att skapa en mer harmoniserad och effektiv kapitalmarknad inom unionen. I juli 2002 antog Europaparlamentet och rådet en förordning om tillämpning av internationella redovisningsstandarder, IAS-förordningen. Sedan 1 januari, 2005 är det krav på att alla noterade europeiska företag i koncernredovisningen skall tillämpa de internationella redovisningsstandarderna, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) och International Accounting standards (IAS). IAS 39 standarden uppfattas som den svåraste och mest komplexa av IAS/IFRS standarderna.

These WLAN as they also are called can be used both in new installations and expansion of existing networks. Further on this report reveals security in this area. This implementation study looks into whether or not students? weak position of power results from something other than a democratising of schools taking priority when student influence is encouraged.With an aim of explaining what is hoped to be achieved and if these intentions are to be spread, the purpose is to investigate to what extent standards concerning student democracy are transferred between institutions. In order to find out, the question is posed of whether their aims for student democracy conform. This overriding question is coupled together with the following four defining research questions:1.

This study is a quantitative study designed to examine whether training in health issues may have contributed to the increase in head managers' psychological capital (PsyCap). Construction consists of the following components: self confidence, hope, optimism and resilience. A high PsyCap considered beneficial in organizational change and steer towards the positive development and helps individuals in stressful situations. The results show an increase of characteristics such as hope and optimism among managers (N = 15) who have undergone training in health issues compared with managers who have not undergone training. However, the tests show no significant difference in head managers' attitudes to health breaks, not the severity of granting health breaks in the groups as a result of training.

Vid ett möte i Lissabon år 2000 bestämdes att det fanns behov av att öka jämförbarheten mellan företags årsredovisningar i olika länder. Detta skulle åstadkommas genom att företag inom EU skulle bli tvungna att följa samma redovisningsstandarder vid upprättande av sina årsredovisningar. Som följd av detta blev IFRS/IAS(International Financial Reporting Standards/International Accounting standards) år 2005 tvingande för alla börsnoteradeföretag i Sverige. I denna uppsats har vi valt att studera en del i denna standard nämligen IAS 24, Upplysningar om närstående.Med en närstående relation menas en part som, direkt eller indirekt, har betydande eller bestämmande inflytande över ett företag. Med detta menas att parten kan påverka ett företags finansiella och operativa strategier.

The fair value is determined only when a sale is completed. The paper studies how well the Swedish listed property companies reported under the accounting standard, IAS 40.

Road design with focus to safety has been extensively developed in last decades in Nordic and some other EU countries with the main aim to achieve a decrease in a number of accidents and fatalities on the roads. These countries gained many valuable experiences, but they had to sacrifice great effort, expenses, and time to reach the present art-of-state. The purpose of the Master?s Thesis is to review some design approaches with focus to safety and discuss the general way that they may be applied. The Master?s Thesis studies safety in three levels: (i) general - design standards, national safety policies and road hierarchy; (ii) local authority and road administrator; and (iii) three specific safety countermeasures - junctions, pedestrian crossings and traffic calming.

The EU's Water Framework Directive aims to a long-term and sustainable use of our water resources and wants to ensure good water quality in Europe's water bodies. Discharge of polluted stormwater into receiving waters can be a threat to their ecological and chemical status. Municipalities are responsible for supervision of the environmental quality standards (EQS) and therefore need to gain knowledge of current stormwater management, the expected level of pollution emissions and possible appropriate purification steps to ensure that the goal of good water quality is achieved.This master thesis aims to provide this knowledge in the example case of Vallentunas urban area and wants to prepare future oversight so that it can be assessed how much the discharge of polluted stormwater into the local receiving water is a threat to its status. With the help of maps, aerial photographs, site observations and individual discussions those areas are mapped where appearance of moderate to highly polluted stormwater could be suspected. The degree of pollution at the discharge points is determined based on land use upstream and uses standard values according to the administrators assistance "Tillsyn av dagvatten" (MSL 2014).The study identifies 100 areas in need of supervision regarding their stormwater management.

Bakgrund och problem: Dagens företag verkar i en osäker och dynamisk miljö där marknaden ställer allt högre krav på snabba förändringar och anpassningar till kundernas behov. För att möta denna dynamiska omgivning har en rad nya produktionsfilosofier introducerats. En av dessa som fått stor uppmärksamhet och vars användning ökat är lean.Under senare år har det kommit att riktas stark kritik mot tillämpningen av traditionell ekonomistyrning och att denna kan vara skadlig vid tillämpningen vid lean. Andra forskare tar det steget längre och ställer sig frågan om det finns någon plats för ekonomistyrningen vid operationella koncept.Som ett svar på ovanstående kritik introducerades lean accounting, ett ämne som fortfarande är hårt debatterat inom managementlitteraturen. Andra forskare skiljer här på lean accounting och lean control, där lean control fokuserar på output, behavioral samt social control.

Professionen revisor är ett yrke som kräver anpassning till förändring på en nästan regelbunden basis. Nya standarders tillkommer och gamla ändras med målet att uppnå en ökad transparens inom revisionen. Detta till stånd av en ökad internationalisering och globalisering av dagens företag. Frågan om professionen har ett motstånd till förändring eller inte känns högst relevant i sammanhanget. Inom organisationsteorin pratar om detta motstånd som strukturell tröghet.

ABSTRACTAim: The aim of this study was to examine differences in the documentation of the case incident reports, before (FRP) and after (FRE) the introduction of a quality standard for fall prevention in the geriatric departments at a Swedish University hospital. Method: 51 fall incident reports were collected before the introduction of quality standards for fall prevention and 63 after. Differences in documentation between the fall incident reports were analyzed with a Chi-2 test. Results: Number of case incidents in which the use of the alarm mat was documented increased after the introduction of quality standards for fall prevention and documented use of shoes and walker decreased. The majority of all documented case incidents occurred inside the patient room according to both FRP and FRE.

The Swedish building and property management sector are responsible for about 30 % of the total energy use. In order to take environmental consideration, different environmental assessment tools and standards are used. Miljo?byggnad, Svanen, FEBY12 and PHI are some of these. There has been increased interest to certify buildings and therefore it is of interest to evaluate the assessment of the energy field to see if relevant energy aspects are assessed.

Ångest är ett relativt vanligt förekommande psykiatriskt problem hos skolbarn, framförallt flickor. Obehandlad kan den fungera som brygga till annan psykopatologi. I barndomen fungerar föräldrar som viktig bas för inlärning. Förälderns grad av omsorg och överbeskydd anses kunna bidra till utvecklande och vidmakthållande av ångest. Genom reciprocitet påverkar även barnet föräldrarna.
