Fonogramsavtalet är ett avtal som sluts mellan en artist och ett skivbolag där artisten överlåter exploateringsrätten till sitt framförande till skivbolaget för en ersättning. Detta avtal grundar sig på de rättigheter som upphovsrättslagen ger en artist och på avtalsrätt, men hur dessa avtal bör utformas i praktiken är till stor del upp till de båda parterna (Stannow, Åkerberg, Hillerström 2002). Friheten kring utformandet är med andra ord stor vilket borde resultera i många kreativa sätt att lösa denna fråga. Varje artist är unik i fråga om musikalisk genre vilket påverkar det sätt som denna artist bör presenteras på marknaden. Dessutom är varje skivbolag unikt i sitt sätt att arbeta samt i fråga om resurser och kompetens.

This essay aims to examine what subject positions are possible within the discourse of relationship anarchy. Through semi-structured interviews with four people who define themselves as relationship anarchists I've made a discourse analysis to determine how these relationship anarchists explain what, in the discourse they?re in, is described as an relationship anarchistic way of being, what isn?t and how they relate to this. Relationship anarchy is described as an ideology based on freedom. It is about the right to define their relationships as they like, as something constantly changing and that does not hold a specific value based on its label.

Den 2 juli 2014 blev det enligt lag tillåtet för en- och tvåbostadshusägare att uppföra en bygglovsbefriad komplementbyggnad på max 25 kvadratmeter på den egna fastigheten. Rapporten undersöker vilket genomslag lagändringen har haft i Stor-Stockholm, Stor-Göteborg och Stor-Malmö. Undersökningen visar att lagändringen ännu inte har haft något stort genomslag. I rapporten undersöks även en utvald del av marknadsaktörers utbud av attefallshus avsett som komplementbostadshus. Ett attefallshus utformas med miljövänligt hållbara material och inspireras av Vitruvius tre principer för god arkitektur. Huset konstrueras med avsikt att uppfylla kraven som ställs i PBL, PBF, BBR och EKS.

The market offers more and more products that are claimed to have medicallypositive effects (like increased blood perfusion etc.) due to their magneticproperties. The objective of this study was to investigate if blankets containingpermanent (static) magnets have a greater impact on cutaneous blood circulationthan ordinary blankets without magnets. Eight standard bred horses were used in across-over study. The cutaneous temperature was presumed to reflect blood flowin the skin and therefore thermography and local thermistors were used to indicatechanges in circulation. Baseline values were registered before the blanket wasapplied.

In this paper I study how the repeal of the Swedish wealth tax (1 of January 2007) has affected people´s labour supply behaviour. This particular issue is relevant because it may help us understand some of the effects of the earnings tax changes that have taken place in Sweden. Accoring to standard economic theory a repealed wealth tax is similar to an income effect for the persons who previously paid the tax. That means that they theoretically will want to consume more leisure, that is decrease their labour supply. The method I am using to test this hypothesis is a difference-in-difference approach where the treatment group consists of persons who previously paid the tax and the control group of comparable persons who did not pay the tax.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a topic that is becoming increasingly important in today's society. CSR is a concept whereby companies voluntarily integrate social and environmental concerns both in their business but also in interaction with their stakeholders. The society of today sets high expectations for how companies take their social responsibilities, especially in industries where the risks to individuals and the environment are high. In this study, we tried to answer the following questions; what kind of responsibility do companies in the plastics and chemicals industry claim to take and why might this be due? What differences exist between the investigated companies in the industry and what may these differences be rooted in? The purpose of this study was to obtain an understanding of the interest in working on sustainability in the plastics and chemicals industry.

The lake Spexhultasjön is a moderate humic mesotrophic lake that is not acidified. The fish fauna was investigated by using a standard method for sampling freshwater fish with multi mesh gill nets. The fish fauna was diverse with perch, pike, tench, common whitefish, and roach. Perch and roach dominated. There were few pikes.

Sedan den 1 januari 2005 har svenska onoterade koncerner haft möjligheten att välja mellan att redovisa enligt inhemska regler eller internationella standarder utfärdade av International Accounting standards Board (IASB). En tillämpning av IASB:s standarder innebär möjligheter till att redovisa ett högre resultat men samtidigt ett utökat upplysningskrav i koncernredovisningen. Syftet med denna uppsats är därför att undersöka om onoterade koncernmoderbolag valt att tillämpa IASB:s standarder i sin koncernredovisning samt utreda huruvida faktorerna antal ägare, ägarstruktur, belöningssystem för företagsledningen samt förekomsten av goodwill påverkat valet eller inte. Utifrån befintliga teorier och regelverk har fyra påståenden rörande faktorerna utformats och testats. Resultaten visar på ett svagt intresse för IASB:s standarder då endast tre av 57 företag som besvarat den enkät som sänts ut valt att tillämpa regelverket.

This qualitative study involves the implementation of Lean and Kaizen methods in a Swedish service industry. Lean philosophy is based on a method to achieve more with less. In practical terms this means that the use of an organization's resources is improved. The origin of Lean is the Toyota Production System. Now, Kaizen methods give managers and employees a better more efficient system to reach their goals within the organization or company.

What is relatively unexplored is how the gap changes over time within a country, and how it is affected by external events. This lack of knowledge has motivated this study.Problem: How has the audit expectation gap changed in Sweden, from the emergence of the definition until today? In which way have corporate scandals and legislative changes affected the gap?Purpose: The aim is to identify and create an understanding of how the audit expectation gap has changed in Sweden.

Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur controllerns roll ser ut i ett stort tjänsteföretag samt hur denna samverkar med chefer på den operativa nivån. Vidare studeras även vilket inflytande controllern har på den operativa nivåns arbete.  Studien bygger på intervjuer med controllern och ekonomidirektören på PayEx Solutions, ett företag som utvecklar elektroniska betalningslösningar. Därutöver har en enkätundersökning besvarats av chefer på den operativa nivån inom företaget.Controllerns uppgifter är inte väldefinierad i litteraturen och den har idag många olika arbetsuppgifter beroende på vilket företag som den är verksam i. De olika förväntningarna personer inom en organisation har på controllern påverkar också controllerns roll.

Den globala trenden över hela världen är en allt mer tilltagande urbanisering. För att städer ska kunna klara av en ökande mängd människor krävs att de jobbar med många olika lösningar, en lösning är att bygga mer på höjden. Detta är dock inte helt utan problem utan skapar viss problematik vad gäller säkerhet och då främst för utrymningen. Ett alternativ som finns för att underlätta för utrymningen är utrymningshissar. Den här rapportens huvudsyfte är att undersöka om det finns en efterfrågan och ett behov av ett särskilt regelverk för utrymningshissar i Sverige.

The purpose of this essay is to evaluate stock index bonds return to risk ratio in order to investigate to which degree an investor in a stock index bond take part of the underlying index return and what the investor must pay for the security of not losing his funds. In order to carry out this evaluation an average return per year and the Sharpe ratio will be calculated and a mean- standard deviation analysis will be made. All investigated stock index bonds are based on a Swedish underlying asset.The results show that the stock index bonds haven?t generated a higher risk adjusted return than its underlying asset. The stock index bonds took part of 57 % of the underlying assets return, and the loss of 10 percentage points per year for the stock index bonds compared to its underlying asset can be seen as the cost for the guarantee a stock index bond gives..
