Föreliggande uppsats utgår från ett potentiellt problem för Försvarsmakten att i det nyligen införda tvåbefälssystemet omhänderta den högskolemässigt utbildade officeren som sannolikt generellt innehar en högre utbildningsnivå och mer uttalad karriärambition än de äldre yrkesofficerarna från det tidigare enbefälssystemet NBO.Uppsatsens syfte är att tydliggöra vilka förutsättningar på arbetsplatsen som gäller för tvåbefälsystemets högskolemässigt utbildade officerare vid officersprogrammet ur ett anställningsbarhetsperspektiv. Anställningsbarhetsbegreppet kommer att utgöra det redskap som jag applicerar på det avgränsade empiriska materialet för att se vilka förutsättningar, som gäller på arbetsplatsen i jämförelse med kraven i examensbeskrivningen för de högskolemässigt utbildade officerarna då de tagit examen sommaren 2010. Är de anställningsbara? Genom en dokumentgranskning tolkas och jämförs de dokument som ligger till grund för officersutbildningen och de strategiska styrdokument som definierar Försvarsmaktens verksamhet.Resultatet visar utifrån ett anställningsbarhetsperspektiv att Försvarsmaktens dokument och officersprogrammets utbildningsplan samt examensbeskrivning i stort sett stämmer väl överens vilket borgar för en hög anställningsbarhet hos officeren..

The aim of this thesis is to investigate what chief librarians in Sweden know about the present education in Library and Information Science and what opinions they have of it. We have used the following four questions as a starting point for our work: + How much do the chief librarians know about the education in Library and Information Science? + What are their opinions of the education? + What emphasis do they put on Academic degrees and practical experience? + Are there any differences between various kinds of libraries regarding these issues? We decided to use questionnaires to gather our information. These were sent to 200 chief librarians on both public and research libraries all over Sweden. 151 of the questionnaires were answered.

I denna studie undersöks orsaker till att vissa elever inte är aktiva i någon föreningsidrott samt hur idrott och hälsa kan få fler elever intresserade och engagerade i föreningsidrotten. Fokus har varit att undersöka de föreningsinaktiva elevernas perspektiv och hur deras motivation i ämnet idrott och hälsa ser ut.Studien utgår från strukturerade intervjuer med tio elever samt en svensk version avSport motivation scale och Academic motivation scale för att tydliggöra elevernas motivation. Resultatet visar att de elever som inte är aktiva i en idrottsförening har låg motivation till idrott och hälsa. De anledningar som framkommer till att eleverna inte är delaktiga i någon idrottsförening är främst att de inte har något intresse eller har andra intressen. Även tidsbrist och för seriös satsning inom idrottsföreningarna uppges som orsak till att inte delta i en idrottsförening.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how religious topics and events are presented in five coursebooks in social studies. To do this the following questions were answered: In which context do discussions about religion take place? Are religions brought up in different contexts? To which extent do discussions about religion occur? The method consisted of a both quantitative and qualitative content analysis. The results of this essay showed that discussion regarding religion in social studies coursebooks mainly focuses on wars, conflicts, terrorism and to some degree the human rights. Islam was the religion that occurred most frequently in the coursebooks.

This Degree Project was about finding the best loudspeaker placement in a heavyweight truck and also the best suited loudspeaker for this task. The project took place in Södertälje, Sweden, on behalf of Scania CV AB. The goal was to create a new listening environment in a truck cabinet.The results were accomplished by the performance of a few different tasks. First a benchmark was made on Scanias top competitors. Second a listening test was made to get an apprehension of what people find lacking in the sound reproduction of the sound system.

SammanfattningSyftet med studien var att beskriva och belysa vilka faktorer som är av betydelse i sjuksköterskans omvårdnad och möte med patient med en annan kulturell bakgrund än sjuksköterskans egen kultur. Utifrån detta syfte var det främst följande frågor som lyftes fram: Vilka faktorer kunde ha betydelse i mötet mellan vårdpersonal och patient med annan kulturell bakgrund än vårdpersonalen egen kultur? Hur kan vårdpersonalen bemöta en patient med en annan kulturell bakgrund än vårdpersonalen egen kultur, för att denne skall känna sig respekterad och trygg?Metoden bestod i att aktivt söka efter vetenskapliga artiklar i databasen Academic Search Elite. 25 artiklar valdes ut.Resultatet visade att det är svårt att utforma en modell eller en riktlinje som kan beskriva hur mötet med patienter med annan kulturell bakgrund bör ske. Det finns olika faktorer som är beroende av varandras samverkan och utgör varandras förutsättningar.

The aim of the study is to examine how different factors,such as views on how knowledge is produced and howlearning takes place, effect the way an academic librarymanages space. This is done by looking into how a specificlibrary, namely Library & Learning Resources (LLR) at theUniversity of Borås, by re-planning the building?s structure,design and functions, can support the students? differentstudying habits. The analysis is performed by using a theoreticalperspective built by a model first created by thearchitect Daniel Koch. The model is designed to look uponhow space produces meaning and knowledge.

According to the theory of environmental Kuznets curve there is a relationship between carbon emissions and GDP. The relationship has an inverted U-shape. Carbon emissions rise initially and then decreases once a certain level of GDP is obtained.This essay interprets earlier studies in the field of environmental economics and uses public choice to seek answer on how the population acts on aggregate level. This essay analyses 115 countries in cross-sectional data. The analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and GDP that is increasing at first and then decreases for a certain level of GDP.

This study investigates the potential of a rhetorical theory of knowledge to expand beyond its own domain and into political theory, specifically theories of deliberative democracy. Despite the increasing interest in communication in democratic theory in the last decades, the majority of theorists have not turned their interest towards rhetorical science. On the contrary, theorists often regard rhetoric as dangerous and incompatible with the deliberative ideal of reason. The aim of this study is therefore to defend rhetorical science by investigating how the rhetorical theory of knowledge ? as it is presented by Chaïm Perelman and Oldbrecht Tyteca, and further developed by Mats Rosengren and Maria Wolrath Söderberg ? can contribute to the understanding of deliberative democracy.

The purpose of this literature review was to describe factors that can effect quality of life of people with diagnosis multiple sclerosis. The results shows ten different factors that effect quality of life of people with MS: fatigue, activities in daily life, position of dependence, limits of the functional abilities, sense of guilt and shame, comunicationdifficulty, social network, emootional factors, depression and degree of difficulty of the symtomes.
