Secondary data was taken from literature, articles and reports.

Sammanfattning/Abstract Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka om klassrumsobservationer med efterföljande diskussioner i arbetslagen kan vara en metod som leder till ett ökat kollegialt lärande. Att vi lär oss i samspel med varandra är inga nya tankar. Det hävdade den ryske utvecklingspsykologen Lev Vygotskij redan på 1920-talet då han lanserade sin teori om hur vi lär oss. I hans sociokulturella perspektiv på lärande är just interaktion en av hörnstenarna. För att få svar på mina problemformuleringar har jag använt mig av kvalitativa metoder; observationer och en enkät.

Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to study the importance of having a website for traditional service companies as well as the factors that might influence its importance. This is done by answering three research questions that all contribute to the answer of the main purpose. A qualitative study has been performed including eight interviews with respondents from eight different service companies presenting four different types of businesses. The empirical findings of the study are analyzed with the help of the theoretical frame of references in order to identify the most interesting conclusions. The results of the thesis state that the main purpose of the website among the studied companies is to rationalize and save costs.

AbstractSyfte:Att med resultat baserade på World Value Surveys undersökningar, studera de postmoderna värderingarnas betydelse för befolkningars aggregerade beteenden och dess eventuella konsekvenser för politiken. Inledningsvis redogörs för problematiken kring postmoderna värderingar från ett politiskt-teoretiskt perspektiv. AbstractThe aim of this study was to highlight who represents elderly immigrants and apply the theory of social exclusion. We chose channels for representation that we found important in relation to this group. The first part is a study of available litterature of the subject. We found three main arenas: participation in elections, participation in associations and clubs and representation in political institutions. The findings showed a democratic deficit among elderly immigrants, which gave an indication of social exclusion from the political arena and from participation in associations.For the second part we decided to concentrate on the arena of participation in associations and clubs that represent the elderly and/or immigrants.

AbstractGrowing up with a functionally disabled sibling can bring joy and positive experiences, but also complications. The purpose of this paper is to describe the experience of growing up with a functionally disabled sibling. I have chosen to focus the examination on how individuals with functionally disabled siblings believe they have been affected by their relationship to their functional disabled sibling and whether it has continued to affect them in adulthood.The examination was qualitative and conducted through interviews. The results showed that siblings of functionally disabled individuals tend to grow up with strong feelings of responsibility and anxiety that continue to affect them into adulthood. The investigation further showed that all interviewed chose occupations in care, and that they give great attention to relationships to others.

Abstract Syftet med det här arbetet är att undersöka och få kunskap om hur pedagoger på förskolan arbetar med språkutveckling hos flerspråkiga barn. Jag vill undersöka pedagogernas förhållningssätt till flerspråkigheten och vilka resurser de har för att stimulera språk-och identitetsutveckling hos flerspråkiga barn. Får att ta reda på pedagogernas uppfattningar och få in deras svar genomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med pedagogerna inom förskolan. Resultatet med hänsyn till pedagogernas svar och uppfattningar visade att det finns olika fakta som påverkar språkutveckling hos flerspråkiga barn, bland annat familjen och miljöns betydelse i den processen. Familjen och hemmamiljön påverkar flerspråkiga barns modersmålutveckling.

I am going to look into how people from that region looks upon their identity. Do they consider themselves as Swedish, Tornedaling or Finnish? I have two research questions on this topic: 1) What does a person from Tornedalen consider their identity? 2) If the way the Swedish state treated Tornedalen, from around the middle of the nineteenth century to the middle of the twentieth century, has affected the way people from this region looks upon their own culture, and if the treatment has affected peoples view of the Swedish state.
