Ledarskapsforskning och forskning kring ledarskapskulturer har varit ett populärt ämne det senaste decenniet och det finns stor tillgång till uppsatser, artiklar och böcker inom ämnet. Enligt Mats Alvesson är det svårt att sätta fingret på ämnet ledarskapskultur och skapa en definition av just begreppet kultur. En annan intressant utgångspunkt inom ledarskap har varit den forskning som handlar om att försöka se hur tydligt det tidiga ledarskapet och kulturen format ledarskapskulturen som återfinns senare inom organisationer.Syftet är att ge en djupare förståelse för vilka utmärkande drag från ledarskapskulturen och ledarskapet som fanns under 1970-1980 talet på IKEA som lever kvar än idag och beskriva de verktyg som IKEA använder sig av för att behålla kulturen. Frågeställningar som uppsatsen avser att besvara är: Hur mycket av den initiala ledarskapskulturen som är bestående i ett internationellt expanderande företag över en viss tidsperiod? Vilka verktyg använder sig IKEA av för att hålla ledarskapskulturen intakt?Fallstudien baserades på en kvalitativ studie för att kunna ge en djupare förståelse för vilka utmärkande spår från ledarskapskulturen och ledarskapet som fanns under 1970-1980 talet på IKEA som lever kvar än idag.

This thesis is a discourse theory analysis of two feminist anthologies - Det heter feminism! and F- ordet.  By analyzing these texts through the three categories feminism & feminists, gender equality & equality and sex/gender & sexuality I have raised questions about the feminist debate in Sweden in the 21st century.The discourse theory?s ideas of descriptions of reality and fixation of meaning lies as a foundation for this thesis. The concepts of social constructionism, post structuralism and essentialism/anti essentialism are central for the analysis as well as concepts connected to the three previously mentioned categories.The intention of this thesis is to describe and analyze a fraction of the Swedish feminist debate in the 21st century and discuss its meaning in a societal context. A number of conclusions were reached in the final discussion.

Malik Bendjelloul vann en Oscar 2013 med dokumentärfilmen Searching for Sugar Man. Det varSveriges första Oscar för en dokumentärfilm sedan Arne Sucksdorff belönades för Människor i stad1949. Searching for Sugar Man handlar om den amerikanske musikern Sixto Rodriguez somspåddes en lysande karriär i början av 1970-talet. I Sverige har filmen hyllats i medierna. Vissakritiker har dock ställt frågan om det går att välja bort vad som inte passar in i en dokumentär.Malik Bendjelloul har i filmen gjort valet att inte nämna Sixto Rodriguez karriär i Australien ibörjan av 1980-talet.I uppsatsen studeras hur filmen förhåller sig formmässigt och ämnesmässigt tilldokumentärfilmshistorien samt om dess uppbyggnad är påverkad av den klassiska Hollywoodfilmen.En studie görs också över hur synen på autenticitet inom dokumentärfilmen kommer tilluttryck hos recensenter och filmforskare.

AbstractThe purpose of this thesis has been to investigate if the Swedish legislation concerning taxation of dividends to foreign investment funds is in violation to EU law. Furthermore, the thesis will analyze if the Fondskatteutredningens suggestions to changes in the current legislation is appropriate to the purpose it tries to obtain.Today there is a difference in the taxation of dividends paid to Swedish investment funds and foreign investment funds. Dividends paid to foreign investment funds is being taxed in accordance with the Coupon Tax Act (1970:624), in which no deduction of the tax is possible. Swedish investment funds on the other hand have the possibility to deduct as much of the received dividends that they have given in dividends to its shareholders.The difference in the taxation between investment funds because of origin has been reviewed by both Swedish court and by the European Court of Justice. It has in these cases been up to the courts to review if a difference in taxation of dividends could constitute a violation of the free movement.

Bakgrunden till min uppsats är att man i slutet på 1970-talet började införa åldersblandade klasser med pedagogiska motiv. Det avgörande var inte som tidigare att det var för få elever för att bilda en åldershomogen klass utan tanken var att det skulle föra med sig andra fördelar. Syftet med min studie är att undersöka hur lärare me d erfarenhet från både åldershomogen och åldersblandad undervisning upplever utvecklingen av deras lärarroll och arbetssätt i och med att de bytt organisationsform. Jag har även försökt att i min litteraturgenomgång ge fler exempel på vad som kan påverka undervisningens utformning. Övergripande nämner de lärare som jag intervjuat att deras roll har gått från den traditionella lärarrollen då man undervisar inför hela klassen till att man istället är handledare till eleverna.

Research in computer graphics has since 1970 had as a main goal to achieve photorealism. When working on 3D-production for film, animation is a part of the process. This part aims to give life to digital characters, among other things.

At the beginning of the 1970´s forestry feared an imbalance in the future wood supply. Because of this anticipated "timber slump" forest companies undertook a variety of measures to counter this. One of these measures was the introduction of exotic tree species. The choice finally ended up with lodgepole pines which were considered a fast growing tree species compared to our native tree species. Theambition for the new lodgepole pine stands were to run these with rotation periods of between 40-60 years, thus smoothing out the ?timber slump? that was anticipated.

This study has been carried out in the spring of 2014 on behalf of PQR Consult AB in Stockholm. The aim of the study has been to analyse the energy usage of the building Skarpövägen 1 in order to explore the possibilites of saving energy by using appropriate equipment. These possible solutions have been simulated by using the programe IDA Indoor Climate and Energy, combined with a life cycle cost analysis. The laundry building, Skarövägen 23, has also been analysed due to its high amount of energy usage. The result of the energy analysis showed that the energy usage was much higher than the energy declaration.

Uppsatsen består av en fallstudie av IF Metall där intervjuer utförts på tre nivåer inom fackförbundet, lokal, regional och central. Uppsatsen syftar till att visa på åsikter över rådande situation av anslutningsgradsnedgång inom facket, även sett ur en postfordistisk synvinkel.Uppsatsen använder sig av Anders Kjellbergs forskning kring facklig anslutningsgradsnedgång som forskningsläge vilket visar på en stadig nedgång med tillfälliga fluktueringar från 1970-talet till 2012, och syftet är att ge ett perspektiv inifrån IF Metall över rådande situation.Resultatet visar att det finns en diskrepans mellan regional och central nivå huruvida postfordism är ett utbrett fenomen och om det är ett arbetsätt som kommer spridas mer inom industrin i Sverige. Samtliga nivåer är överens om att regeringens agerande och höjningen av a-kassan var en stark orsak till senaste tidens anslutningsgradsnedgång. Även liberalisering och rådande kultur av individualism bland yngre generationer samt undermålig utbildning över facklig verksamhet från grundskolans nivå nämns som tänkbara orsaker till nedgången inom den fackliga rörelsen..

SAMMANFATTNING Södra Sandby är vad man ofta kallar en villaförort. Här bor cirka 5 500 invånare och många pendlar till Lund. Större delen av bebyggelsen är från 1970-80-tal. En stor centrumanläggning uppförd i början av 1970-talet dominerar centrala Södra Sandby, anläggningen rymmer bland annat affärer, post och café. Generellt sett är hela orten en uppvisning i bristande variation, något som är tydligt både i parkerna och bebyggelsen.

The focus of myinvestigation has been the municipality public libraries in Vienna,and mainly the three libraries in the third district of the city. Themethod I have used is literature studies, examining and analysingsource material from the internal archive of the public libraries inVienna. I have also used the qualitative interview method in orderto examine the situation in the selected libraries Rabengasse,Erdbergstraße and Fasangasse.As there is no common library law, there are significantdifferences in the library structure in different parts of Austria andeach municipality decides how they want to prioritize the libraries.Since the public libraries of Vienna are well organized together inBüchereien Wien, the library structure in the separate librarybranches is coordinated.

The relational database model was defined in the 1970?s and is the dominating database type today.  The main difference between data from a relational database and a hierarchical data structure is that the relational database stores records in tables. The records have no particular order, but can include links in terms of relationships with other records. A hierarchical structure organizes data in the form of a tree structure  and  can for an example be found in organizational structures in which different levels involves different responsibilities. If the data stored in a relational database is to be presented in a hierarchically, a conversion of the data structure is required. The intention of this paper is to describe how such a conversion can be performed.  To investigate the conversion methods, case studies has been conducted on the basis of a specific organization?s hierarchical structure.
