Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the attitudes towards the labour movement?s strategies, goals and organisational issues in Swedish Miners? Union?s (Gruvindustriarbetareförbundet, hereafter Gruv) paper, Gruvarbetaren 1917-1925.The theoretical starting point is Engels? view on the class state. This perspective turns the question of socialism and the way to get there into an issue of working class power over the state. Another theoretical perspective is the partition of the labour movement into a trade-unionistic branch, seeing unions as financial organisations of interest, and a pro-state one, considering unions as political organisations.During the period investigated Gruvarbetaren was quite radical and advocated a firm class struggle strategy towards employers. Since these were considered unreliable, class struggle was seen as the only way to better the conditions for the working class.

Uppsatsen beskriver Lasse Landgren som person, nykterhetskämpe, präst och lärare under perioden 1920-1940 i jämförelse med bilden av honom idag, 1980-2006, utifrån de källor jag valt att använda mig av. Utifrån dessa källor som jag studerat kan jag se att bilden av honom förändrats från fullkomlig hjälte till en mer mänsklig person om än mycket uppskattad och omtyckt. Den största skillnaden enligt mig är det ordval författarna gjort i sina beskrivningar av honom. Anledningarna till denna förändring anser jag ligger dels i de olika författarnas bakgrund och dels samhällets förändring. Samhällets värderingar har förändrats/förskjutits och idag har vi ett mer kritiskt förhållandesätt till historien.

I början av 1990-talet blev bemanningsföretag lagliga och därefter har uthyrning av personal expanderat. Syftet med denna undersökning var att få en djupare förståelse för hur uthyrda personer upplever sin arbetssituation samt undersöka om det fanns olika uppfattningar hos personer anställda hos ett större respektive mindre bemanningsföretag. Totalt sju deltagare med erfarenhet av att arbeta som uthyrda hos ett större respektive mindre bemanningsföretag intervjuades. Efter en tematisk analys visade resultatet att grundinställningen till uthyrningsarbete hade betydelse för hur arbetsvillkoren upplevdes.

Under valrörelsen 1988 var andelen annonser klassade som negative campaigning som högst och låg på 13 %, för att under efterföljande decennium försvinna helt..

Internationella regelverk har kommit att få mycket stor inverkan på de svenska på grund av en internationell strävan efter harmoni-serade regelverk. Lagstiftaren strävar efter att anpassa reglerna efter utvecklingen och då risker mot revisorns oberoende ansetts öka har regleringarna på senare tid skärpts.

Under 1900-talet har en debatt om arbetstiden gett upphov till ett antal arbetstidsförkortningar vilket lett fram till den lagstiftade 40 timmars arbetsvecka som existerar idag i Sverige. På arbetsmarknaden skedde under 1900-talet en övergång från industrisamhälle till tjänstesamhälle vilket också ledde till förändrade arbetsförhållanden i arbetslivet. Denna studie ger en beskrivning av arbetstidsfrågan under 1900-talet och syftar till att beskriva hur arbetstidsfrågan ser ut idag mellan arbetsmarknadens parter. I den teoretiska ramen för studien presenteras ett postindustriellt perspektiv som används för att förklara den omvandling som skett i samhället från industrisamhälle till postindustriellt samhälle med en dominerande tjänstesektor. Dessa begrepp belyser hur arbetsförhållandena i arbetslivet har förändrats och vilka effekter detta har inneburit för arbetstidsfrågan.
