The technical achievements that have occurred in recent years have led to a greater use of the Internet around the world. Today, more and more people are using virtual communities, a place where communication occurs with people who have similar interest. Due to the option of being an anonymous user, the concept of trust plays a big part in how virtual communities are working. It is therefore of interest to investigate how trust develops between users in virtual communities. This report asks the following question:"How is trust formed between users at a virtual community?"A qualitative and netnographical study was conducted to answer the question above.

Nurses working with palliative care of children experience a range of different emotions during the care. Palliative care is health promoting even though the purpose no longer is to cure. Customer Relationship Management This bachelor thesis is brought together to analyze the transformation from traditional marketing to Customer Relationship Management. The development in the technology world has made the marketing focus shift from products and their functionality to customers and value creation. Because of the tougher competition that developed from new channels of communication, corporations had to generate new sources of value for their customers in order to establish lasting relationships with them. Therefore we found it interesting to investigate how companies within the e-commerce business handle the transition towards customer relationship management.

Through a quantitative examination, 26 pedagogies in the pre-school activity answered a few questions in an enquiry about outdoor education. The purpose with this examination was to find out what pedagogies think and apprehend about outdoor education, and also if the "education plan" is in their minds during outdoor activities and if they see them self´s as competent in nature studies. They have also answered questions whether they think that they have good outdoor environment that stimulates children´s development and learning and if there´s any forest that they visit on regular basis.The pedagogies think that during time spent outdoor, it´s the motor skills that are best developed. All of the pedagogies mentioned above think that they need to get more educated in nature studies and also that pedagogies attitude towards time spent outdoors affect the children. They do not think about the goals and intentions of the "educations plan" all the time.

Syftet med studien var att öka kunskaperna om och förståelsen för de äldre anhörigvårdarnas situation genom att låta dem berätta om sin situation ur egen synvinkel för de äldre anhörigvårdarna, 75 år eller äldre, som vårdar sin maka / make.Metoden som användes för att samla information var semistrukturerad intervju. Intervjutexterna analyserades med manifest innehållsanalys och med separat analys av de underliggande känslouttryck som framkom i intervjun.Resultatet visar att dessa äldre anhörigvårdares situation innefattar många dagliga stressorer. Deras sömn blir störd av vårdtagaren, de har aldrig en lugn stund utan de har beredskap dygnet runt, deras avlastningstid i samband med inköp är otillräcklig och skapar stress, möjligheterna till dagavlastning för egen tid är obefintlig, de blir isolerade, de är oroade därför att back-up saknas som kan ta över om deras egen hälsa sviker, färdtjänstlagen ger inget stöd för besvär som uppkommer vid normalt åldrande, de önskar en universalkontakt, så kallad hjälpkontakt för äldre vid kommunen samt saknar känslan av förståelse från kommunen om de konsekvenser det innebär att bli äldre oavsett hälsotillstånd.Slutsatsen är att det behövs mer forskning inom området för att vi skall kunna hjälpa dessa äldre anhörigvårdare till en värdigare tillvaro..

Självbestämmande och livskvalitet är starkt kopplat till varandra och självbestämmande är samtidigt en viktig kvalitetsindikator på hur äldreboendet fungerar. Syftet med studien var att lyfta fram de äldres egna tankar och upplevelser av självbestäm-mande och värde på sitt särskilda boende. I denna kvalitativa studie har elva äldre personer på fem olika äldreboenden i en medelstor stad i Sydsverige intervjuats. Data har analyserat med manifest och latent kvalitativ innehållsanalys. I studien har följande fem huvudkatego-rier vuxit fram under analysens gång: Att ställas inför fullbordat faktum, Att vara till lags, Att vara beroende, Att känna uppgivenhet, Att inte värdesättas.

Fysisk aktivitet kan förebygga och minska åldersrelaterade fysiologiska och psykologiska förändringar. Effekterna av funktionell träning för äldre är dåligt studerat. I Sörmland pågår ett fallpreventionsprojekt som syftar till att halvera antalet höftfrakturer till år 2012. Studiens syfte var att undersöka om äldres balans, benstyrka och self-efficacy, en persons grad av självtillit att utföra en specifik aktivitet framgångsrikt, påverkades av att göra fem uppresningar från sittande till stående två gånger om dagen under fyra veckor. En intervention genomfördes med 23 deltagare på ett servicehus/äldreboende.

Bakgrund: Fall hos äldre är vanligt förekommande. Regelbunden balansträning krävs för att bibehålla och förbättra balansförmågan. En persons self-efficacy och utfallsförväntningar spelar roll för om träningen blir av eller inte då många äldre inte tränar på grund av att de inte tror sig få ut något av det. Nintendo Wii Fit är ett modernt sätt att träna balansförmågan på.Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka om Nintendo Wii Fit har effekt på balansförmågan, self-efficacy till balansförmågan i hemmet, utfallsförväntningar på balansförmågan av balansträningen samt fallrelaterad self-efficacy hos tre hemmaboende personer över 70 år under och efter tre veckor interventionsperiod.Metod: Experimentell single-case design A-B-A2 användes. Interventionen bestod av balansträning med Nintendo Wii Fit tre gånger i veckan under tre veckor.

Bakgrund: Verksamhetschefer, sjuksköterskor, utvecklingsledare och kostombud har påbörjat ett förbättringsarbete gällande kosten på ett särskilt boende för äldre i en mellansvensk kommun. Syftet: Att beskriva omvårdnadspersonalens uppfattning om förbättringar, försämringar samt inflytande gällande måltidsmiljön, efter att riktlinjer kring kosthållningen införts. Metod: Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats och en beskrivande design. Tjugofem omvårdnadspersonal intervjuades om sina uppfattningar. Resultat: Det framkom i studien att omvårdnadspersonalen till största del uppfattade att förbättringar skett kring kosthållningen efter införandet av de nya riktlinjerna.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to illustrate Serbia?s democratic development on the basis of consolidate democratic perspective. Linz & Stepan´s five arenas (political, civil, economic, legal and bureaucratic) are required for the possibility to become a consolidate democracy. In order to fulfil the aim, I have chosen to focus on the political and civil arenas that are most central in the study of consolidate democracy.The purpose of this study is to process how far Serbia has come towards a consolidate democracy and which obstacles still remain in the transition.The questions in this study are:? What problems has Serbia faced since the democratic transition in the beginning of 1990?? What possibilities are there for Serbia to consolidate the democracy, with focus on the two key arenas of consolidation?By applying the theoretical framework to the data, I have been able to present answers and build up an analysis.

AbstractMy purpose with this study is to find out if it helps children who have diffuculties with their concentration if they get to practise their motor behaviour knowledge during their day at the school to promote their learning capacity. My purpose is also to find out how schools works with motor behaviour training. To get answers to my questions have I done interviews with four educationalists and I have also used books and internet sites. Motor behaviour is of importance to how children learn things in the school, without a well working motor children gets difficulties to sit still and to concentrate. The children may put their energy at the wrong things in the classroom, when the energy instead should be need to learning things.

The purpose of this essay is to examine the approach of the EU towards the reform efforts of Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the countries ambitions for EU memberships. The question formulation of the essay is whether there is differences in Turkey?s and Bosnia and Herzegovina?s qualifications for an EU-membership from an EU perspective. In order to better answer the question, we use two part questions. One is about the criterias and qualifications that need to be met in order to get a membership.

We are currently in the midst of the current information revolution and it is increasinglyimportant to allocate and utilize the resources spent on IT. To accomplish this, one solutioncould be to work together with IT. For municipalities, this can be a complicated process whenyou are dependent on the resources that are given and subject to laws regarding procurement,this places great demands on the Swedish municipalities.One solution could be to work collaboratively with IT across municipal borders, this studyexamines the advantages and disadvantages of this. The study was conducted using interviewand survey of various municipalities in the Gothenburg region. The study shows that there isjoint work across municipal boundaries but that communication sometimes fails, this provesamong other things that some communities feel they have a partnership with a municipality,while the other sees that they have no partnership.With the results from the study are discussed and problematized the current conditions thatexist between the municipalities today, and how they could change.

IntroduktionEn god sömn är viktig för hela kroppens välbefinnande. Att sova på sjukhus innebär en ny situation förpatienten. När vi blir äldre sker en förändring i sömnmönstret. Olika faktorer som kan påverka sömnen negativtför patienter inlagd på sjukhus är till exempel olika ljud, störande ljus, en främmande miljö och varierandetankar.SyfteAtt undersöka äldre patienters erfarenhet av natten på geriatrisk klinik.MetodI studien intervjuades fjorton äldre patienter, tio kvinnor och fyra män med en medelålder på 79 år. En kvalitativinnehållsanalys gjordes av intervjuerna som kodades varefter de meningsbärande enheterna tolkades och bildadeteman.ResultatResultatet av denna studie visar på olika känslor som de deltagande personerna upplever under nattens timmarsom patient på sjukhus.
